Abstract

本发明提供一种燃气开关装置,其内部的燃气输送路径采L形设计。该燃气开关装置包含设置有一阀座、一由旋钮控制的一阀塞。该阀座采L形设计,使燃气的输入孔道与输出孔道呈相互垂直连接。该阀座设置有一内腔部,该内腔部设置在该输入孔道与该输出孔道的中间,以连通该输入孔道与该输出孔道。该内腔部的下端与该输入孔道连通,侧壁面与该输出孔道连通。凭借该阀塞的转动,能够令该穿孔对正或错开该输出孔道,而作燃气输出或封闭燃气输出路径的操作。该燃气开关装置更可设置超流量封闭装置,以及超流量复位装置,而能够保有因超流量而自动封闭流道的功能。

Description

燃气开关装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气开关装置,其燃气输送路径为L形延伸,可因应燃气管路必须作直角弯折连接的场所使用。
背景技术
不论是家庭用燃气或工业用燃气都是凭借输送管输送到用户端。使用者只需打开燃气开关,即可点火使用,极为便利。图1、图2所示为坊间所售的燃气开关10,其输入孔道11与输出孔道12为直线延伸状态,中间以一具有横向穿孔131的阀塞13封闭燃气输送路径或令燃气输送路径畅通。当燃气输出管16必须作L形的垂直连接时,必须先连接一弯管接头14,再安装该燃气开关10,如图3所示。如此,会增加安装燃气开关10的工作流程,也增加了零组件。
当该燃气开关10一端所连接的软管17发生破孔或脱落的情形时,瓦斯会大量的溢出,而容易发生火灾,或造成一氧化碳中毒。因此,在燃气开关10的输送孔道内可设置超流量封闭装置15,在瓦斯流量异常大量时,适时地遮断瓦斯输送孔道,如图2所示。当要解除该超流量封闭装置15的封闭输送路径的状态时,只要旋动该阀塞13,借由阀塞13推动该伞帽151的顶端152,使伞帽151后退,燃气流通,伞帽151两端压力平衡了,再凭借抗压弹簧153的恢复力,使伞帽151回复原位,不再遮断燃气输送路径。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在提供一种燃气开关装置,其内部的燃契输送路径采L形设计,可因应安装场所的直角弯曲需求,直接安装,以简化安装流程,减少配管零件。
本发明所提供一种燃气开关装置,其可设置超流量封闭装置,以及超流量复位装置,能够保有因超流量而自动封闭流道的功能。
本发明提供一种燃气开关装置,其特征是包含:
一阀座,其设置有一输入孔道、一输出孔道、及一内腔部;该内腔部设置在该输入孔道与该输出孔道的中间,以连通该输入孔道与该输出孔道;该内腔部的下端与该输入孔道连通;该内腔部的侧面与该输出孔道连通;则该输入孔道与该输出孔道之间呈L形连通;该内腔部的顶端为开口状;以及,
一由旋钮控制的阀塞,其可吻合地由该阀座的上端的开口塞入该内腔部内,以阻隔该输入孔道与该输出孔道之间的连通状态;该阀塞中央设有底部呈开口状的凹穴,凹穴的侧方壁面设有一穿孔;凭借该阀塞的转动,能够令该穿孔对正该输出孔道,而将燃气输出;或令该穿孔错开该输出孔道,而封闭燃气输出路径。
所述的燃气开关装置,还包含设置一超流量封闭装置;该超流量封闭装置设置在该输入孔道内,包含设置有一环形铜座、一伞帽、一支架、一抗压弹簧;该环形铜座固定在该输入孔道内;该支架固定在该铜座内,并做为该伞帽的支架;该抗压弹簧能够赋予该伞帽的恢复力;当发生超流量时,该伞帽会封闭该环形铜座的穿孔,使该伞帽的顶端凸出该环形铜座的穿孔外。
所述的燃气开关装置,还包含设置一超流量复位装置,其设置在该阀塞与该超流量封闭装置之间;该超流量复位装置包含设置一固定环、及一拨杆;该固定环固定在该输入孔道内;该固定环设有一插孔,以容许该拨杆下端的凸销插入;该拨杆的上端插入该阀塞下端预设的凹孔内;该阀塞可带动该拨杆座转动,使该拨杆能够拨动已封闭该环形铜座穿孔的伞帽,使该伞帽退回原位。
综上所陈,本发明所提供的燃气开关装置,具有L形燃气输送路径,可运用在垂直输送管路上,以简化安装流程。又,本发明增设了超流量复位装置,以解除超流量封闭装置的封闭状态,让燃气开关的安全性提高。实作中,也可增设现有的过热封闭装置,使进一步地提高本发明的安全性。

具体实施方式
请参阅图4~图7。本发明所揭示的燃气开关装置,包含设置有一阀座20、一由旋钮31控制的一阀塞30。该阀座20的内部流道采L形设计,使燃气的输入孔道21与输出孔道22呈相互垂直的连通。则该燃气开关装置可直接与燃气输出管16连接,呈现垂直连接的状态。如图8所示。
前述的阀座20设置有一输入孔道21、一输出孔道22、及一内腔部23。该内腔部23设置在该输入孔道21与该输出孔道22的中间,以连通该输入孔道21与该输出孔道22。该内腔部23的下端与该输入孔道21连通,上端呈一开口状。该内腔部23的侧面与该输出孔道22连通。该输入孔道21与该输出孔道22之间呈L形连通。
以一插销32穿过该阀塞30顶端凸轴33的卡槽331,以及该阀座30顶端的二水平槽道34。该旋钮31可带动该插销32转动,以控制该阀塞作90°角度的转动。该弹簧35能够对该阀塞30产生制压力。该旋钮31与该阀塞30的连接为现有结构,且非本发明所诉求的技术特征,故不作更详细的叙述。
该阀塞30可吻合地由该阀座20的上端的开口塞入该阀座20的内腔部23内,以阻隔该输入孔道21与该输出孔道22之间的连通状态。该阀塞30中央设有底部呈开口状的凹穴36,凹穴36的侧方壁面设有一穿孔361。转动该阀塞30,使该穿孔361对正该输出孔道22。则燃气可经由该输入孔道21、凹穴36、穿孔361,而送入该输出孔道22内,并送出该阀座20外。转动该阀塞30,使该穿孔361与该输出孔道22之间为错开状。则该阀塞30封闭燃气输出路径。
本发明还包含设置一超流量封闭装置40。该超流量封闭装置设置在该输入孔道21内,包含设置有一环形铜座42、一伞帽41、一支架43、一抗压弹簧44。该环形铜座42固定在该输入孔道21内。该支架43固定在该环形铜座42内,并做为该伞帽41的支架。该抗压弹簧44能够赋予该伞帽41的恢复力。当发生超流量时,该伞帽41会封闭该环形铜座42的穿孔421,使该伞帽41的顶端411凸出该环形铜座42的穿孔外,如图9所示。此超流量封闭装置40为现有的构件,但配置在本发明中时,该阀塞30的转动无法直接拨动该伞帽41,使之恢复成原状。故该超流量封闭装置40无法直接被运用在本发明内。因此,本发明必须另外配置一种超流量复位装置50。
该超流量复位装置50设置在该阀塞30与该超流量封闭装置40之间。该超流量复位装置50包含设置一固定环51、及一拨杆52。该固定环51固定在该输入孔道21内。该固定环51设有一插孔511,以容许该拨杆52下端的凸销521插入。则该拨杆52能够以该凸销521为为轴心作转动。该拨杆52的上端插入该阀塞30下端预设的凹孔37内。请参阅图10。该阀塞30转动90°的开关操作中,可带动该拨杆52以凸销521为轴心转动45°角度,使该拨杆52能够拨动已封闭该环形铜座52的穿孔521的伞帽51,使该伞帽51退回原位。
综上所陈,本发明所提供的燃气开关装置,具有L形燃气输送路径,可运用在垂直输送管路上,以简化安装流程。又,本发明增设了超流量复位装置50,以解除超流量封闭装置40的封闭状态,让燃气开关的安全性提高。实作中,也可增设现有的过热封闭装置60,使进一步地提高本发明的安全性。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (1)

1.一种燃气开关装置,其特征是包含:
一阀座,其设置有一输入孔道、一输出孔道、及一内腔部;该内腔部设置在该输入孔道与该输出孔道的中间,以连通该输入孔道与该输出孔道;该内腔部的下端与该输入孔道连通;该内腔部的侧面与该输出孔道连通;则该输入孔道与该输出孔道之间呈L形连通;该内腔部的顶端为开口状;
一由旋钮控制的阀塞,其可吻合地由该阀座的上端的开口塞入该内腔部内,以阻隔该输入孔道与该输出孔道之间的连通状态;该阀塞中央设有底部呈开口状的凹穴,凹穴的侧方壁面设有一穿孔;凭借该阀塞的转动,能够令该穿孔对正该输出孔道,而将燃气输出;或令该穿孔错开该输出孔道,而封闭燃气输出路径;
一超流量封闭装置,其设置在该输入孔道内,设置有一环形铜座、一伞帽、一支架、一抗压弹簧;该环形铜座固定在该输入孔道内;该支架固定在该铜座内,并做为该伞帽的支架;该抗压弹簧能够赋予该伞帽的恢复力;当发生超流量时,该伞帽会封闭该环形铜座的穿孔,使该伞帽的顶端凸出该环形铜座的穿孔外;以及,
一超流量复位装置,其设置在该阀塞与该超流量封闭装置之间;该超流量复位装置设置一固定环、及一拨杆;该固定环固定在该输入孔道内;该固定环设有一插孔,以容许该拨杆下端的凸销插入;该拨杆的上端插入该阀塞下端预设的凹孔内;该阀塞能够带动该拨杆座转动,使该拨杆能够拨动已封闭该环形铜座穿孔的伞帽,使该伞帽退回原位。
