本发明涉及一种化纤绒的制备,特别涉及一种释放负离子的环保型化纤绒及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上化纤绒种类有很多,使用的原料也不尽相同,所生产的化纤绒质量不客观,而且有很多化纤绒由于原料使用不当,消费者在使用时会对人的身心健康造成一定影响;因此,为了消费者的身心健康,化纤绒的改善尤其重要。
本发明根据上述存在的问题提出了一种释放负离子的环保型化纤绒及其制备方法,其采用PP化纤与化纤线、负离子粉、多离子去醛粉等原料,结合化纤绒传统制备工艺制备释放负离子的环保型化纤绒,可以具有释放负离子和有效去除甲醛等有害物质。并且该释放负离子的环保型化纤绒可以长期有效释放负离子,降解甲醛等有害气体,改善空气质量,符合健康、绿色环保理念,释放的负离子不仅可以杀菌消毒、对人体有增强抗氧化性和抗老化性以及清除自由基的能力;对老化的肌肤,具有修复与再生的能,可以缓解人体亚健康。

一种释放负离子的环保型化纤绒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将负离子粉用气流粉碎机细粉碎至细度为D500.5μm的负离子微粉,再将其制好的负离子微粉和其他助剂分散在水中,充分搅拌,形成负离子水乳浆料;
步骤二,将多离子去醛粉用气流粉碎机细粉碎至细度为D500.5μm的多离子去醛微粉,再将其制好的多离子去醛微粉和其他助剂分散在水中,充分搅拌,形成多离子去醛水乳浆料;
步骤三,将负离子水乳浆料和多离子去醛水乳浆料投入到研磨机内用湿法研磨方式进行循环研磨直到原料浆料中的目标物质粒径达到纳米级的标准,形成负离子去醛混合水乳浆料;
步骤四,将化纤和化纤纱线置于负离子去醛混合水乳浆料中进行二浸二轧,得到释放负离子的环保型化纤和释放负离子的环保型化纤纱线,在此过程中,负离子去醛混合水乳浆料的温度为100-105℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为18-24r/min,轧余率85-88%;
步骤五,将步骤四得到的释放负离子的环保型化纤和释放负离子的环保型化纤纱线依次进行脱水与烘干处理,其中烘干温度为95-100℃;
步骤六,使用释放负离子的环保型化纤纱线纺出1.50×51mm的纱线,然后和化纤一起混纺,织出化纤绒布料;
步骤七,对化纤绒布料进行拉毛与摇粒,得到化纤绒成品。

5.一种释放负离子的环保型化纤绒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将负离子粉用气流粉碎机细粉碎至细度为D500.5μm的负离子微粉,再将其制好的负离子微粉和其他助剂分散在水中,充分搅拌,形成负离子水乳浆料;
步骤二,将多离子去醛粉用气流粉碎机细粉碎至细度为D500.5μm的多离子去醛微粉,再将其制好的多离子去醛微粉和其他助剂分散在水中,充分搅拌,形成多离子去醛水乳浆料;
步骤三,将负离子水乳浆料和多离子去醛水乳浆料投入到研磨机内用湿法研磨方式进行循环研磨直到原料浆料中的目标物质粒径达到纳米级的标准,形成负离子去醛混合水乳浆料;
步骤四,将化纤和化纤纱线置于负离子去醛混合水乳浆料中进行二浸二轧,得到释放负离子的环保型化纤和释放负离子的环保型化纤纱线,在此过程中,负离子去醛混合水乳浆料的温度为100-105℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为18-24r/min,轧余率85-88%;
步骤五,将步骤四得到的释放负离子的环保型化纤和释放负离子的环保型化纤纱线依次进行脱水与烘干处理,其中烘干温度为95-100℃;
步骤六,使用释放负离子的环保型化纤纱线纺出1.50×51mm的纱线,然后和化纤一起混纺,织出化纤绒布料;
步骤七,对化纤绒布料进行拉毛与摇粒,得到化纤绒成品。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种释放负离子的环保型化纤绒的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一和步骤二中所述的其他助剂为分散剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种释放负离子的环保型化纤绒的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一和步骤二中所述的负离子微粉与水的重量比以及多离子去醛微粉与水的重量比均为1:10。
