Abstract

本发明公开了二肽YY在制备降血压药物或保健品中的应用。本发明根据已经确定的ACE酶晶体结构，采用分子对接法，利用自研软件对二肽的ACE抑制作用进行虚拟筛选，并对虚拟筛选得到的二肽的ACE抑制活性进行实验验证，发现二肽YY具有较好的ACE抑制活性。多个Y组成的肽或蛋白质，在体内可以水解成活性YY肽，从而发挥相同或类似的效果。
