背景技术
铝箔纸是将铝箔与基纸复合在一起形成的纸,广泛用于航空食品包装、普通肉食包装、烟卷包装等。环保香烟用铝箔纸要求对光、气、水具有高阻隔性,具有防潮防湿功能,从而烟卷不易因受潮而导致品质的下降和香气的流失。
本发明旨在制备一种保香、防霉性能好的环保香烟铝箔纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种保香、防霉性能好的环保香烟铝箔纸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种环保香烟铝箔纸,包括基纸层、铝箔层以及粘结层,所述基纸层两侧分别通过粘结层粘结内层铝箔层与外层铝箔层;所述内层铝箔层的镀铝基材为聚酰胺薄膜,通过真空镀铝后在铝层外层涂布一侧粘结性保护树脂;所述外侧铝箔层的镀铝基材为聚乙烯或聚丙烯薄膜,通过真空镀铝后将铝原子凝结在薄膜表面。
进一步的,所述粘结层由如下重量份的组分组成:钠基膨润土5-8份、聚丙烯酸10-20份、海藻酸钠5-15份、聚乙烯醇6-10份、羧甲基淀粉4-8份以及固化剂1-2份,其余为去离子水。
更进一步的,所述粘结层的制备方法 为:将钠基膨润土与羧甲基淀粉加入去离子水中,混合均匀,升温至100-150℃,后添加聚丙烯酸、海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇,降温至10-50℃,搅拌均匀后加入固化剂。
进一步的,所述粘结性保护树脂由如下重量份的组分组成:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5-8份、松香甘油酯6-15份、环氧树脂20-30份、聚乙烯10-20份;玻璃纤维3-5份、炭黑1-2份、分散剂2-3份以及抗氧化剂5-6份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保香烟铝箔纸,其特征在于:所述粘结性保护树脂由如下重量份的组分组成:马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯5-8份、松香甘油酯6-15份、环氧树脂20-30份、聚乙烯10-20份;玻璃纤维3-5份、炭黑1-2份、分散剂2-3份以及抗氧化剂5-6份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保香烟铝箔纸,其特征在于:所述粘结性保护树脂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按配方将马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、松香甘油酯、环氧树脂、聚乙烯;玻璃纤维、炭黑、分散剂以及抗氧化剂混合均匀后加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出,温度200~250℃,喂料转速30~ 35rpm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保香烟铝箔纸,其特征在于:所述铝箔层的真空镀铝步骤中真空度大于等于10-3Pa,薄膜卷曲速度为250-300m/min,铝丝直径小于等于2mm,送铝速度小于等于0.4-0.7m/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保香烟铝箔纸,其特征在于:所述聚酰胺薄膜含水量小于0.1%,聚乙烯或聚丙烯薄膜含水量小于0.5%;聚酰胺薄膜的表面张力大于30dyn/cm,聚乙烯或聚丙烯薄膜的表面张力大于50dyn/cm。
