本发明涉及油漆施工领域,具体的是一种油漆喷涂工艺。
背景技术
目前对木质家具进行油漆喷涂是应用非常广泛的表面处理及美化技术,油漆喷涂的主要特点有:经过强紫外线光固化处理,色泽稳定,历久常新,有效解决木料褪色及色差问题;木料镜面纯平效果较好,并且漆膜饱满均匀,是目前世界上比较环保健康的烤漆木料之一;木料硬度是其他烤漆木料的2倍,耐刮划,耐酸碱,不易变形。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种油漆喷涂工艺,解决木质家具喷漆后易挥发有毒物质的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的方案为:
一种油漆喷涂工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥;
2)磨面:将干燥后的喷漆面用抛光机初步打磨;
3)吸尘:采用吸尘器吸除喷漆面上的灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的喷漆面喷涂均匀的底漆;
5)光照:对底漆面进行16—18分钟的紫外光照射;
6)抛光:使用抛光机对底漆面进行抛光;
7)刷面漆:抛光后的底漆面进行面漆喷涂;
8)二次光照:对喷漆面进行16—20分钟紫外光照射;
相应的,所述步骤1)烘房的温度控制在28—33℃;
相应的,所述步骤2)中抛光机采用200-300目的砂纸型号;
相应的,所述步骤4)中底漆的厚度为0.08—0.1mm;
相应的,所述步骤6)中抛光机采用500—700目的砂纸型号;
相应的,所述步骤7)中面漆的厚度为0.12—0.15mm。

2)磨面:将干燥后的喷漆面用抛光机,采用200目的砂纸初步打磨;
3)吸尘:采用吸尘器吸除喷漆面上的灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的喷漆面喷涂均匀的底漆,厚度0.08mm;
5)光照:对底漆面进行250mj/m2,持续16分钟的紫外光照射;
6)抛光:使用抛光机,采用500目的砂纸对底漆面进行抛光;
7)刷面漆:抛光后的底漆面进行面漆喷涂,厚度0.12mm;
8)二次光照:对喷漆面进行500mj/m2,持续16分钟紫外光照射。
实施例2
一种油漆喷涂工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥,温度控制在30℃;
2)磨面:将干燥后的喷漆面用抛光机,采用300目的砂纸初步打磨;
3)吸尘:采用吸尘器吸除喷漆面上的灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的喷漆面喷涂均匀的底漆,厚度0.09mm;
5)光照:对底漆面进行250mj/m2,持续17分钟的紫外光照射;
6)抛光:使用抛光机,采用600目的砂纸对底漆面进行抛光;
7)刷面漆:抛光后的底漆面进行面漆喷涂,厚度0.13mm;
8)二次光照:对喷漆面进行500mj/m2,持续18分钟紫外光照射。
实施例3
一种油漆喷涂工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)干燥:将家具置于烘房内干燥,温度控制在33℃;
2)磨面:将干燥后的喷漆面用抛光机,采用300目的砂纸初步打磨;
3)吸尘:采用吸尘器吸除喷漆面上的灰尘和小颗粒物;
4)刷底漆:在除尘后的喷漆面喷涂均匀的底漆,厚度0.1mm;
5)光照:对底漆面进行250mj/m2,持续18分钟的紫外光照射;
6)抛光:使用抛光机,采用700目的砂纸对底漆面进行抛光;
7)刷面漆:抛光后的底漆面进行面漆喷涂,厚度0.15mm;
8)二次光照:对喷漆面进行500mj/m2,持续20分钟紫外光照射。

7)刷面漆:抛光后的底漆面进行面漆喷涂;
8)二次光照:对喷漆面进行16—20分钟紫外光照射;
