Abstract
本发明涉及一种含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的杀菌组合物;具体地,本发明涉及一种含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的杀菌组合物和制剂及其应用,其中有效成分氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的质量比为1~15∶15~1,氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯在杀菌组合物中的总含量为1~90质量%。本发明的杀菌组合物与单一的杀菌剂对比,对小麦白粉病的防治表现出明显的增效作用。本发明杀菌组合物和制剂也适用于白粉病、锈病、纹枯病、立枯病、叶斑病、霜霉病、瓜果蔬菜炭疽病的防治。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含有氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
肟菌酯是由拜耳公司开发的一种广谱内吸性的甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂,是线粒体呼吸作用抑制剂,主要通过结合于bc1复合物Ⅲ中细胞色素b的Qo位点,阻止bc1间的电子传递,从而通过阻止细胞所需能量(ATP)的产生而干扰真菌内的能量循环,最终导致细胞死亡。因其对作物安全、在土壤、水中可快速降解,故对环境安全。肟菌酯结构式为:
氟苯醚酰胺(开发代号:Y13149)为新型琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,具有一定的内吸传导性。氟苯醚酰胺对小麦白粉病具有卓越防效,同时对黄瓜、番茄等的霜霉病有较优的防治效果。氟苯醚酰胺结构式为:
就我国现状来看,由于科学知识以及环保意识的普及程度较低,导致农业生产中农药的滥用严重,造成了许多病害对农药的抗性越来越强,致使农药的使用量逐年增高,以至于环境压力越来越严重。因此合理的使用农药以及制备复配的杀菌剂来扩大杀菌谱和降低病害的抗性已迫在眉睫。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明在室内筛选和田间试验的基础上,提供一种含有氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的高效农药杀菌组合物。该杀菌组合物适用范围广、效果好、成本低、残留低,对人、畜、环境等安全,并且两种杀菌活性成分显示出显著的协同增效作用,同时,为进一步提高协同增效作用,本发明还对氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的质量比进行了进一步优化,例如:

进一步地,本发明提供一种包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的杀菌组合物在防治白粉病、锈病、纹枯病、立枯病、叶斑病、霜霉病、瓜果蔬菜炭疽病的应用。
另一方面,本发明提供一种包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的杀菌组合物的制剂,所制备的制剂为乳油、水乳剂、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、微囊悬浮剂。
进一步地,制剂中氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的质量比为1~15∶15~1。

本发明的详细说明
如果氟苯醚酰胺或肟菌酯可以以立体异构、光学异构或互变异构的形式存在,则应理解,即使各例中未明确提及,在适用情况下,这样的化合物在上下文中还包括相应的异构形式。
具有至少一个碱性中心的化合物氟苯醚酰胺或肟菌酯能够与酸形成酸加成盐,例如,所述酸是强无机酸,例如矿物酸(例如高氯酸、硫酸、硝酸、亚硝酸、磷酸或氢卤酸);强有机羧酸,例如未取代或取代的C1-C4-链烷羧酸(例如乙酸)、饱和或不饱和的二羧酸(例如草酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、马来酸、富马酸和邻苯二甲酸)、羟基羧酸(例如抗坏血酸、乳酸、苹果酸、酒石酸和柠檬酸或苯甲酸);或有机磺酸,例如未取代或取代的C1-C4-链烷磺酸或芳基磺酸(例如甲磺酸或对甲苯磺酸)。具有至少一个酸性基团的氟苯醚酰胺或肟菌酯能够与碱形成盐,所述盐为金属盐,例如碱金属盐或碱土金属盐,例如钠盐、钾盐或镁盐;或与氨或有机胺形成的盐,例如吗啉、哌啶、吡咯烷、单-、二-或三-低级烷基胺(例如乙胺、二乙胺、三乙胺或二甲基丙胺)或单-、二-或三羟基-低级烷基胺(例如单-、二-或三乙醇胺)。另外,可任选地形成相应的内盐。在本发明的上下文中,优选农业化学上有利的盐。鉴于氟苯醚酰胺或肟菌酯的游离形式与其盐的形式之间的密切关系,在有利且适当的情况下,在本发明上下文任意处提及的氟苯醚酰胺或肟菌酯或其盐应理解为还分别包括相应的盐或氟苯醚酰胺或肟菌酯。同样的情形也适用于氟苯醚酰胺或肟菌酯的立体异构体、光学异构体或互变异构体及其盐。
本发明杀菌组合物中除有效成分外,通常还含有农药上常用的辅助剂。辅助剂是农药制剂加工或使用中添加的,用于改善药剂理化性质的辅助物质,助剂本身基本无生物活性,但是能影响防治效果。其中辅助剂可以是润湿剂、分散剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、溶剂、防腐剂、稳定剂等,根据制剂的需要可适当添加。
所述的湿润剂可以为农药剂型领域所公知的各种润湿剂,具体地,该润湿剂可以为烷基苯磺酸盐(例如十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙)、烷基萘磺酸盐(例如二丁基萘磺酸钠、异丙基萘磺酸钠)、木质素磺酸盐(例如木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、琥珀酸二辛脂磺酸钠、二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)(例如壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷酚醚、二壬基酚醚和混合烷酚醚等)、烷基酚乙氧基化物(APES)、脂肪醇乙氧基化物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、AES)、拉开粉、蚕沙、皂角粉、无患子粉、SOPA、净洗剂、乳化剂2000系列、渗透剂JFC、湿润渗透剂F、润湿渗透剂快T、NP-10中的一种或两种一上。
所述的分散剂可以为农药剂型领域所公知的各种分散剂,具体地,该分散剂可以为木质素磺酸钠、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧基化物磷酸酯、脂肪醇乙氧基化物、烷基乙氧基化物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醚缩合物硫酸盐、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、EO-PO嵌段共聚物和接枝共聚物中的一种或两种一上。
所述的乳化剂可以为农药剂型领域所公知的各种乳化剂,具体地,该乳化剂可以为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚醚磷酸酯、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪醇环氧乙烷环氧己烷共聚物、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或两种以上。
所述的增稠剂可以为黄原胶、阿拉伯树胶、海藻酸钠、膨润土、硅酸铝镁、羧甲基纤维素或白炭黑中一种或两种以上。
所述的崩解剂可以为硫酸钠、硫酸铵、氯化铝、氯化钠、氯化铵、膨润土、葡萄糖、蔗糖、淀粉、纤维素、尿素、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸、酒石酸中的一种或几种。
所述的防冻剂可以为甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、异丙醇、二甘醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二氯甲烷、1,1-二氯乙烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、氯化钙、醋酸钠、氯化镁其中一种或两种以上。
所述的消泡剂可以为有机硅酮类消泡剂、C8~10的脂肪醇类消泡剂等其中的一种或两种以上。
所述的溶剂可以为甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、二甲基亚砜、环己酮、N-辛基吡咯烷酮、柴油、溶剂油、油酸甲酯、大豆油、环氧大豆、蓖麻油、水中的一种或两种以上。
所述的稳定剂可以为亚磷酸三苯酯、醋酐、环氧氯丙烷、间苯二酚、柠檬酸钠等其中的一种或两种以上。
所述的防腐剂可以为苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸钾、对羟基苯甲酸钠盐、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯其中的一种或两种以上。
关于各种辅助剂、各种制剂,由于表述上的差异,会造成理解上的差异。应当理解的是,本领域公开的各种辅助剂、制剂都属于本发明涵盖的范围,例如《农药制剂加工技术》,骆焱平,宋薇薇,化学工业出版社,2015;《农药制剂学》,王开运,中国农业出版社,2009;《现代农药剂型加工技术丛书》,刘广文,化学工业出版社,2018;《农药剂型与制剂及使用方法》,屠豫钦,金盾出版社,2008;《中国农药》,中国农药工业协会;等等中所描述的那些。
上述制剂可以本身已知的方式制备,例如通过将活性化合物或活性化合物结合物与至少一种添加剂混合。合适的添加剂为所有常规的制剂辅料,例如有机溶剂、填充剂、溶剂或稀释剂、固体载体和填料、表面活性剂(例如佐剂、乳化剂、分散剂、保护性胶体、湿润剂和增粘剂)、分散剂和/或粘合剂或固定剂、防腐剂、染料和颜料、消泡剂、无机和有机增稠剂、憎水剂,如果合适,还可添加催干剂和UV稳定剂、赤霉素以及水和其他加工助剂。在每种情况下,根据所要制备的制剂类型,可能需要其他加工步骤,例如湿研磨、干研磨或制粒。
本发明的组合物不仅包含随时可用的组合物(可用合适的装置将其施用于植物或种子),而且包含市售浓缩物(使用之前必须用水稀释)。

用本发明提供的包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的组合物或制剂对植物和植物部分进行的处理可使用常规处理方法直接进行或作用于其周围环境、生境或存储地,例如通过浸渍、喷洒、喷雾、灌溉、蒸发、撒粉、弥雾、撒播、发泡、涂抹、涂布、浇水(浇灌)、滴注,以及在繁殖材料的情况下,特别是在种子的情况下,还可通过包壳(incrust)、包被一层或多层包衣等以粉末处理干种子、以溶液处理种子、以水溶性粉末处理浆液。还可将组合物或制剂注射到土壤中。
在可通过本发明方法保护的植物中,可提及的是主要农作物,如玉米、大豆、棉花、油菜、稻、小麦、甜菜、甘蔗、燕麦、黑麦、大麦、粟、黑小麦、亚麻、藤本植物以及来自各种植物分类群的各种水果及蔬菜,园艺和森林作物;观赏植物;以及这些作物的遗传修饰的同系物。
本发明还包含处理种子的方法。本发明的组合物可以直接施用,即,不包括其他组分并且不经稀释。通常,优选将所述本发明组合物以合适的制剂形式施用于种子。处理种子的合适的制剂和方法为本领域常规的。本发明组合物可被转化为常规的拌种制剂,例如溶液、乳剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、泡沫剂、浆剂或其他用于种子的包衣材料,以及ULV制剂。
本发明提供的包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的组合物/制剂,能够产生协同效应,在氟苯醚酰胺和肟菌酯的施用率降低的同时保持同样良好的作用。
除杀菌协同活性之外,本发明提供的包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的组合物/制剂,具有其他惊人特性,在广义上,这些特性也可称为协同,例如:活性谱拓宽至其他植物病原体(例如植物病害的抗性菌株);降低活性化合物的施用率;即使在单一化合物显示无活性或几乎无活性的施用率下,借助本发明的活性化合物结合物仍然足以防治害虫;配制或使用过程中(例如研磨、筛分、乳化、溶解或分散)的有利特性;增强的储存稳定性和光稳定性;有利的残留物形成;改进的毒物学和生态毒理学特性。
根据植物物种或植物栽培种、它们的位置和生长条件(土壤、气候、营养期、营养),本发明的处理还可带来超加性(“协同”)效应。可提供改进的植物特性,例如更好的生长、提高对高温或低温的耐受性、提高对干旱或水或土壤含盐量的耐受性、提高开花品质、使开花更早、加速成熟、提高的采收产量、更发达的根系、更大的果实、更高的植物高度、更大的叶面积、更绿的叶子、更强壮的嫩枝、更少的种子需求、更低的植物毒性、植物防御系统的调动、与植物良好的相容性,采收产品的品质更高和/或营养价值更高、果实中的糖浓度更高、采收产品的贮存稳定性和/或加工性更好。因此,使用本发明提供的包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的组合物/制剂,非常有助于使植物保持健康,还能保障品质和产量。此外,本发明提供的包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的组合物/制剂,可有助于增强内吸作用(systemic action)。即使结合物的单一化合物没有足够的内吸性,本发明提供的包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的组合物/制剂仍可具有该性质。以类似的方式,本发明提供的包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的组合物/制剂可带来更持久的杀菌作用。
术语“包含”、“可以为”为开放式表达,即包括本发明所指明的内容,但并不排除其他方面的内容。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明的杀菌组合物的有益效果为:(1)组合物在一定范围内表现出很好的增效作用,混合后的组合物杀菌效果较其单剂的简单加和有明显的提高;(2)该组合物的应用能延缓单剂的抗药性发展;(3)降低使用成本,同时降低了对环境的影响程度;(4)对作物安全。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实例用以进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明绝非仅仅限于以下这些实施例。氟苯醚酰胺原药为自制,制备方法参考CN104557709A实施例1;其他所使用的原药、助剂、制剂等均是可商购的,其中肟菌酯原药购买于常熟恒荣商贸有限公司。
室内生测试验
在室内采用盆栽法,测定不同药剂对小麦白粉病菌(Erysiphe graminis)生长的抑制作用,计算各药剂对病原菌的EC50值。施药:选择一叶一心期长势一致的盆栽小麦苗供实验用。单剂或各组合物(见表1)用溶剂DMSO溶解后加入0.1%吐温80水稀释至5、2.5、1.25、0.625、0.3125、0.15625mg/L。茎叶喷雾处理后将试材阴干24h。
接种:将成熟的小麦白粉病菌孢子轻轻抖落,接种于麦苗上。将接种后盆栽小麦苗置于温室低湿培养(15~26℃),7d左右根据空白对照发病情况分级调查。
分级标准:
0级:无病;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%~10%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的11%~25%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的26%~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的50%以上。
药效计算:
根据各组合物浓度及对应的防效做相应的回归分析,求出各组合物的EC50值。
采用孙云沛介绍的共毒系数计算方法,计算出混剂的共毒系数(CTC),确定混剂的增效性。
以混剂中某一单剂为标准药剂(通常选择EC50较低者),进行计算:
单剂毒力指数=标准药剂EC50/某单剂EC50×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A单剂的毒力指数×A单剂在混剂中所占比例+B单剂的毒力指数×B单剂在混剂中所占比例。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=标准单剂的EC50值/混剂的EC50值×100
共毒系数=实测毒力指数/理论毒力指数×100
CTC大于120时混剂具有协同增效性,CTC小于80时为拮抗,CTC在80-120之间为相加作用。

结论:由表1可以看出,本发明以氟苯醚酰胺和肟菌酯为有效成分,按照表1中的质量比进行复配时,复配的杀菌组合物对小麦白粉病有明显的增效作用,氟苯醚酰胺和肟菌酯在质量比例为1:10~10:1之间,共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用。
制备例
制备例1 15%氟苯醚酰胺·肟菌酯乳油的配制
将7.5g氟苯醚酰胺、7.5g肟菌酯原药加入至50g环己酮(阿拉丁试剂)、25g芳烃150#(扬州天达化工)的混合溶剂中,用超声波清洗机超声震荡5min至原药完全溶解。再将乳化剂BY-110(蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,邢台市燕诚化学助剂有限公司)6g、农乳500#(十二烷基苯磺酸钙,邢台市燕诚化学助剂有限公司)4g加入至上述溶液中搅拌均匀制得有效成分质量含量为15%的乳油。
制备例2 25%氟苯醚酰胺·肟菌酯水乳剂的配制
①油相制备
将氟苯醚酰胺原药20g、肟菌酯5g加入到环己酮(阿拉丁试剂)18g和AG-1705(环保型溶剂,Huntsman)12g的混合溶剂中,然后将乳化剂BY-110(蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,邢台市燕诚化学助剂有限公司)4g、农乳1601#(三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,邢台市燕诚化学助剂有限公司)2g加入并缓慢搅拌至完全溶解。
②水相制备
将乙二醇(阿拉丁试剂)4g、黄原胶(阿拉丁试剂)0.1g、高效有机硅消泡剂(杭州左土新材料有限公司)0.2g、水加34.7g搅拌均匀。
③组合物水乳剂调配
将油相缓慢加入水相中,并不断搅拌直至完全加入后在高速分散机(商品名:TG25,德国IKA)高剪切下(10000r/min)15分钟制得有效成分质量含量为25%的水乳剂。
制备例3 30%氟苯醚酰胺·肟菌酯悬浮剂的配制
①预粉碎浆料制备
将氟苯醚酰胺原药25g、肟菌酯5g、分散剂TERSPERSE 4894(非烷基酚类高效分散剂,Huntsman)3g、TERSPERSE 2500(梳型结构高分子化合物,Huntsman)2g、润湿剂MorwetEFW(烷基萘磺酸盐和阴离子润湿剂的混合物,阿克苏诺贝尔)2g、水性消泡剂AFE-1520(道康宁)0.4g以及42.6g去离子水混合均匀后用高速分散机(德国IKA)高速剪切10min制得粉碎浆料。
②砂磨浆料制备
③组合物悬浮剂调配
将硅酸镁铝(阿拉丁试剂)0.5g、黄原胶(阿拉丁试剂)0.2g、乙二醇(阿拉丁试剂)4g、苯甲酸钠(阿拉丁试剂)0.5g以及去离子水14.8g搅拌均匀,再将步骤二制得的砂磨后均匀浆料加入至上述混合液中混合均匀后用高速分散机(德国IKA)高速剪切15min制得有效成分质量含量为30%的悬浮剂。
制备例4 45%氟苯醚酰胺·肟菌酯可湿性粉剂的配制
将氟苯醚酰胺原药37.5g、肟菌酯7.5g,萘磺酸盐缩聚物(商品名:Morwet D-425,阿克苏诺贝尔)5g、木质素UNA(鲍利葛)3g、硫酸钠(阿拉丁试剂)5g、黄原胶(阿拉丁试剂)0.4g、有机硅酮(商品名:DOW CORNING ANTIFOAM C EMULSION,DOW CORNING)0.3g、凹凸土(杭州左土新材料有限公司)加至100g,先预粉碎混匀,再经气流粉碎(昆山优纳克机械有限公司)至所需粒径,制得有效成分质量含量为45%的可湿性粉剂。
制备例5 15%氟苯醚酰胺·肟菌酯微乳剂的配制
①油相制备
将氟苯醚酰胺原药13.6g、肟菌酯1.4g加入到环己酮(阿拉丁试剂)15g和AG-1705(环保型溶剂,Huntsman)10g的混合溶剂中,然后将乳化剂TERMUL 200(烷基酚嵌段聚醚共聚型乳化剂,Huntsman)10g、农乳1601#(三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,邢台市燕诚化学助剂有限公司)8g加入并缓慢搅拌至完全溶解。
②水相制备
将正丁醇(阿拉丁试剂)4g、高效有机硅消泡剂(杭州左土新材料有限公司)0.2g、去离子水37.8g搅拌均匀。
③组合物水乳剂调配
将油相缓慢加入水相中,并不断搅拌直至透明状制得有效成分质量含量为25%的微乳剂。
制备例6 45%氟苯醚酰胺·肟菌酯水分散粒剂的配制
将氟苯醚酰胺原药37.5g、肟菌酯7.5g,烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物分散剂(商品名:Morwet D425,阿克苏诺贝尔)4g、非离子型羟基聚环氧乙烷嵌段共聚物分散剂(商品名:Ethylan NS-500LQ,阿克苏诺贝尔)2g、非离子型润湿剂(商品名:WS-10,北京广源益农)3g、崩解剂硫酸铵(阿拉丁试剂)4g、填料高岭土(杭州左土新材料有限公司)加至100g混合均匀后,用气流粉碎机(昆山优纳克机械有限公司)气流粉碎至所需粒径、再采用旋转制粒机(张家港市开创机械制造有限公司)造粒,制得有效成分质量含量为45%的水分散粒剂。
制备例7 30%氟苯醚酰胺·肟菌酯可湿性粉剂的配制
将氟苯醚酰胺原药6g、肟菌酯24g,改性的萘磺酸盐分散剂(商品名:HMK-D1006,北京汉莫克)4g、木质素UNA(鲍利葛)3g、十二烷基硫酸钠(商品名:SDS阿拉丁试剂)4g、高岭土(杭州左土新材料有限公司)加至100g,先预粉碎混匀,再经气流粉碎(昆山优纳克机械有限公司)至所需粒径,制得有效成分质量含量为30%的可湿性粉剂。
制备例8 25%氟苯醚酰胺·肟菌酯乳油的配制
将5g氟苯醚酰胺、20g肟菌酯原药加入至35g环保型溶剂(商品名:AG1705南京捷润科技)、30g芳烃150#(扬州天达化工)的混合溶剂中,用超声波清洗机超声震荡5min至原药完全溶解。再将乳化剂601#(三苯乙基酚与环氧乙烷加成物,邢台市燕诚化学助剂有限公司)6g、农乳500#(十二烷基苯磺酸钙,邢台市燕诚化学助剂有限公司)4g加入至上述溶液中搅拌均匀制得有效成分质量含量为25%的乳油。
对照例
对照例1 30%氟苯醚酰胺悬浮剂的配制
①预粉碎浆料制备
将氟苯醚酰胺原药30g、分散剂TERSPERSE 4894(非烷基酚类高效分散剂,Huntsman)3g、TERSPERSE 2500(梳型结构高分子化合物,Huntsman)2g、润湿剂Morwet EFW(烷基萘磺酸盐和阴离子润湿剂的混合物,阿克苏诺贝尔)2g、水性消泡剂AFE-1520(道康宁)0.4g以及42.6g去离子水混合均匀后用高速分散机(德国IKA)高速剪切10min制得粉碎浆料。
②砂磨浆料制备
③组合物悬浮剂调配

田间药效试验
试验处理:根据表2中的供试药剂试验设计,对制备例1-3的试验药剂分别设定三个有效成分用量。对照药剂分别是自制30%氟苯醚酰胺悬浮剂、市售农药50%肟菌酯水分散粒剂(河北兴柏农业科技有限公司)和空白清水试验。
表2:供试药剂试验设计
小区设置:每个小区面积为66.7m2;
施药方法:药剂于小麦白粉病发病初期施药,叶面喷雾处理,喷液量以不滴水滴为主;
施药次数:3次,大风天或预计1小时内降雨,不施药。首次施药前调查病情基数,以后每隔7天施药1次,第3次施药后7天调查防效。
调查时间和次数:施药后1天进行基数调查,药后7天、14天、21天进行病指调查。
调查方法:根据小麦叶片危害症状程度分级,以株为单位,每小区对角线五点取样,每点调查相连5丛,共25丛,记录总株数、病株数和病级数。
施药前调查及防治后的检查药效方法为:在试验处理区内随机取样5点,记录总叶数、病叶数,病级数。分级标准方法如下:
0级:无病;
1级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的5%以下;
3级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的6%~10%;
5级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的11%~25%;
7级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的26%~50%;
9级:病斑面积占整片叶面积的50%以上。
药效计算:
注:对照病情指数为使用空白清水对照(即对照例3)时的病情指数
试验结果详见表3。
表3:不同药剂对小麦白粉病的防效
结论:由表3可知,本发明氟苯醚酰胺和肟菌酯的杀菌组合物对小麦白粉病有良好的防治效果,药后21天的防效可达84%以上。本发明杀菌组合物与单剂相比,速效性和持效性均优于对照单剂。同时,在试验过程中,对小麦的其他种类病害有预防和兼治作用。另外,在用药范围内未发现本发明的农药组合物对小麦有药害产生,表明本发明的杀菌组合物对作物安全性好,可以推广应用。
综上所述,以氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯作为有效成分的本发明杀菌组合物,对小麦白粉病有很好的防治效果,且其对靶标作物安全。复配制剂不仅提高了防效,而且降低成本,减轻人力物力,提高生产效益。所以,本复配制剂的发明与推广对社会具有十分重要的意义。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
Claims (10)
1.一种杀菌组合物,其特征在于:包含氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的质量比为1~15∶15~1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的质量比为1~10∶5~1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯的质量比为1~5∶1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯在杀菌组合物中的总含量为1~90质量%。
6.根据权利要求5所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯在杀菌组合物中的总含量为10~60质量%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氟苯醚酰胺与肟菌酯在杀菌组合物中的总含量为15~45质量%。
8.权利要求1-7任意一项所述的杀菌组合物在防治白粉病、锈病、纹枯病、立枯病、叶斑病、霜霉病或瓜果蔬菜炭疽病中的应用。
9.权利要求1-7任意一项所述的杀菌组合物所制备的制剂,其特征在于:所述制剂的剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、颗粒剂、水分散粒剂、微乳剂、水乳剂或微胶囊剂。
10.权利要求9所述的制剂在防治白粉病、锈病、纹枯病、立枯病、叶斑病、霜霉病或瓜果蔬菜炭疽病中的应用。
