背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用,只要是应用于两个相对运动的物体之间,而可以减少两物体因接触而产生的磨擦与磨损之功能,即为润滑油。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
现有的润滑油只是起到润滑作用,没有自修复作用,且防冻及抗氧化性能较差,因此我们提出了一种含有氧化石墨烯的抗氧体自修复润滑油,用来解决上述问题。

S3:对氯化镁、酸性磷酸酯胺盐、烷基胺、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、硫代二丙酸、叔丁基对苯二酚、二聚酸乙二醇单酯进行混合,制得第三混合剂;
S4:将第一混合剂、第二混合剂和第三混合剂混匀,然后加入润滑油基础油,搅拌混合,制得含有氧化石墨烯的抗氧体自修复润滑油。
优选的,所述S2中,将硫酸钠、聚羧酸减水剂、木质素磺酸钠、亚硝酸盐、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、聚丁烯基琥珀酸酰胺、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、氯化钙、醋酸钠加入到反应设备内,使用搅拌设备进行搅拌混合,搅拌设备转速为500-600r/min,反应温度为20-35℃,反应时间为15-20min。
优选的,所述S1中,将四钛酸、氧化石墨烯、对羟基苯甲基醛、聚丙烯酸钠、硫化烷基酚钙、聚乙烯醇投入反应设备内,进行混合反应,反应温度为25-35℃,反应时间为10-15min。
优选的,所述S3中,将氯化镁、酸性磷酸酯胺盐、烷基胺、丙二醇、三乙醇胺、硫代二丙酸、叔丁基对苯二酚、二聚酸乙二醇单酯放进混合设备内进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度为550-600r/min,搅拌时间为10-15min。

氧化石墨烯:是石墨烯的氧化物,其颜色为棕黄色,市面上常见的产品有粉末状、片状以及溶液状的。因经氧化后,其上含氧官能团增多而使性质较石墨烯更加活泼,可经由各种与含氧官能团的反应而改善本身性质,氧化石墨烯可视为一种非传统型态的软性材料,具有聚合物、胶体、薄膜,以及两性分子的特性。氧化石墨烯长久以来被视为亲水性物质,因为其在水中具有优越的分散性,但是,相关实验结果显示,氧化石墨烯实际上具有两亲性,从石墨烯薄片边缘到中央呈现亲水至疏水的性质分布,作为石墨烯基材料一类重要的衍生物,尽管氧化过程破坏了石墨烯高度共轭结构,但是仍保持着特殊的表面性能与层状结构。含氧基团的引入不仅使得氧化石墨烯具有化学稳定性,而且为合成石墨烯基/氧化石墨烯基材料提供表面修饰活性位置和较大的比表面积。氧化石墨烯作为合成石墨烯基复合材料的前驱物与支撑载体,易功能化与可控性高。在与金属,金属氧化物,高分子聚合物等材料复合过程中,可以提供大的比表面积有效分散附着材料,防止团聚。
聚丙烯酸钠:是一种新型功能高分子材料和重要化工产品,固态产品为白色(或浅黄色)块状或粉末,液态产品为无色(或淡黄色)粘稠液体。溶解于冷水、温水、甘油、丙二醇等介质中,对温度变化稳定,具有固定金属离子的作用,能阻止金属离子对产品的消极作用,是一种具有多种特殊性能的表面活性剂;
聚乙烯醇:有机化合物,白色片状、絮状或粉末状固体,无味。溶于水(95℃以上),微溶于二甲基亚砜,不溶于汽油、煤油、植物油、苯、甲苯、二氯乙烷、四氯化碳、丙酮、醋酸乙酯、甲醇、乙二醇等。聚乙烯醇是重要的化工原料,用于制造聚乙烯醇缩醛、耐汽油管道和维尼纶合成纤维、织物处理剂、乳化剂、纸张涂层、粘合剂、胶水;
硫酸钠:是硫酸根与钠离子化合生成的盐,硫酸钠溶于水且其水溶液呈中性,溶于甘油而不溶于乙醇。无机化合物,高纯度、颗粒细的无水物称为元明粉。元明粉,白色、无臭、有苦味的结晶或粉末,有吸湿性。外形为无色、透明、大的结晶或颗粒性小结晶。硫酸钠暴露于空气中易吸水,生成十水合硫酸钠,又名芒硝。主要用于制造水玻璃、玻璃、瓷釉、纸浆、致冷混合剂、洗涤剂、干燥剂、染料稀释剂、分析化学试剂、医药品、饲料等。在241℃时硫酸钠会转变成六方型结晶。在有机合成实验室硫酸钠是一种最为常用的后处理干燥剂。上游原料包括硫酸,烧碱等;
木质素磺酸钠:是一种阴离子表面活性剂,是木浆与二氯化硫水溶液和亚硫酸盐反应产物,是生产纸浆的副产物,一般为4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯的多聚物。由于木材种类不同,磺化反应的差异,木质素磺酸盐的分子量由200到10000不等,化学结构尚未确定。一般说低分子木素质磺酸盐,多为直链,在溶液中缔合在一起;高分子木质素磺酸盐多为支链,在水介质中显示出聚合电介的行为。粗制的木质素磺酸盐大量用于在动物饲料的粒化,精制木质素磺酸盐用于石油钻井泥浆的分散剂;矿石浮选剂,矿泥、染料、农药的分散剂;对重金属,尤其是铁、铜、亚锡离子有较好的螯合能力,是有效的螯合剂;
亚硝酸盐:一类无机化合物的总称。主要指亚硝酸钠,亚硝酸钠为白色至淡黄色粉末或颗粒状,味微咸,易溶于水,具有防腐的作用;
氯化钙:一种由氯元素和钙元素组成的化学物质,化学式为CaCl2。微苦。它是典型的离子型卤化物,室温下为白色、硬质碎块或颗粒。它常见应用包括制冷设备所用的盐水、道路融冰剂和干燥剂。因为它在空气中易吸收水分发生潮解,所以无水氯化钙必须在容器中密封储藏。氯化钙在食品制造、建筑材料、医学和生物学等领域均有重要的应用价值。氯化钙对氨具有突出的吸附能力和低的脱附温度,在合成氨吸附分离方面具有很大的应用前景。将氯化钙担载于高比表面载体上,可以大大提高氯化钙与气氨的接触面积。研究表明,将氯化钙担载于分子筛上而制备的复合吸附剂比单一吸附剂有更好的吸附性能和稳定性;
丙二醇:为一种化学试剂,与水、乙醇及多种有机溶剂混溶,其化学式为C3H8O2。常态下为无色粘稠液体,近乎无味,细闻微甜。丙二醇可用作不饱和聚酯树脂的原料.在化妆品、牙膏和香皂中可与甘油或山梨醇配合用作润湿剂。在染发剂中用作调湿、匀发剂,也用作防冻剂,还用于玻璃纸、增塑剂和制药工业;
硫代二丙酸:也叫硫代二丙,可作抗氧化剂,并用于生产硫代酯类抗氧剂;
叔丁基对苯二酚:又名叔丁基氢醌,简称TBHQ,分子式为C10H14O2,相对分子质量为166.22。叔丁基对苯二酚为白色粉状晶体,有特殊气味,熔点126.5~128.5,沸点300摄氏度。易溶于乙醇和乙醚,可溶于油脂,不溶于水。对热稳定,遇铁、铜离子不形成有色物质,但在见光或碱性条件下可呈粉红色;叔丁基对苯二酚有较强的抗氧化能力;
本发明的有益效果是:
通过四钛酸和氧化石墨烯可以提高产品的润滑性能,同时四钛酸可以提高自修复性能;
通过氯化钙、醋酸钠、氯化镁、酸性磷酸酯胺盐、烷基胺、丙二醇、三乙醇胺可以有效的提高防冻性能;
通过硫代二丙酸、叔丁基对苯二酚、二聚酸乙二醇单酯可以有效的提高产品的抗氧化性能。
本发明具有良好的润滑作用的同时还具有自修复作用,同时防冻、抗氧化性能好。

由上述表格可知,本发明提出的含有氧化石墨烯的抗氧体自修复润滑油在防冻、抗氧化性能方面具有明显提高,且实施三为最佳实施例。
