Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1.
When a recipe recording instruction is received, a cooking process of the recipe in the cooking process is recorded, and the recorded cooking process of the recipe is shared to external equipment interconnected with a cooker.
The method specifically includes recording the cooking process from the time when a menu recording instruction is received to the time when cooking is finished, and can share the cooking process of the menu in real time and also can integrally share information of external equipment after the menu recording is finished. Or sharing part of the data in real time and sharing part of the menu data after recording.
The external equipment comprises at least one of air conditioning equipment, other household appliances except the kitchen range and the air conditioning equipment, and a cloud server.
The air conditioning equipment can be one or more of a range hood, an exhaust fan, a fresh air fan, an exhaust fan, a fan, an intelligent door window or the like. The air conditioning equipment automatically adjusts the air quality.
The external equipment is provided with other household appliances except for a stove and air conditioning equipment, and the other household appliances can be one or more of a refrigerator, a washing machine, an intelligent magic mirror, an intelligent sound box, a mobile phone, a water purifier, a floor sweeping robot and the like.
The kitchen range and the external equipment can be connected in a wireless or wired mode to transmit menu data.
According to the method for recording the menu and sharing the data in the cooking process, the cooking process of the recorded menu refers to temperature and time data in the cooking process. Along with the progress of the cooking process, the corresponding temperature information at different moments is different.
The temperature-time data may include at least one of section temperature change information, section temperature slope change information, instantaneous temperature information at a specific time, and instantaneous temperature slope information at a specific time. With the temperature time data, the user can reproduce the cooking process.
The recipe recording and data sharing method in cooking can record the recipe cooking process in the cooking process, and share the cooking process information of the recorded recipe with external equipment, so that a user can use the recipe recording and data sharing method conveniently.
Example 2.
The other characteristics of the method for recording the menu and sharing the data in the cooking process are the same as those of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the embodiment also records mode time data or action time data in the cooking process.
Wherein the mode information in the mode time data refers to a cooking mode, and the cooking mode is at least one of a dry pot cooking mode, a water cooking mode or an oil cooking mode. The dry pot cooking mode is that the cooker has no other medium or only a small amount of water or oil, and in the dry pot cooking mode, the amount of water or oil in the cooker is only a small amount, and the water or oil cannot meet the requirements of water boiling or frying. The water cooking mode refers to that the water is used as a medium in the cooker to cook food, such as water boiling. The oil cooking mode refers to that the cooking utensil cooks food by taking oil as a medium, such as frying. The action information in the action time data refers to cooking action, and the cooking action is at least one of hot pot action, blanking action, stir-frying action, turn-over action, juice collecting action or pan lifting action.
The cooking mode is identified through the mode identification unit, and specifically, the cooking mode is identified through the mode identification unit according to the temperature and time data.
The cooking action is identified through the action identification unit, and specifically, the action identification unit identifies the cooking action according to the temperature and time data.
The cooking mode and the cooking action form a cooking situation, and the temperature data displayed by the cooking temperature information characteristics are different under different cooking situations. Therefore, by analyzing the temperature change over a period of time, the current cooking situation can be identified. The selection of the specific time period can be flexibly determined according to actual needs. The specifically selected time period is typically expressed in terms of a sampling time period.
The temperature time data of cooking is temperature data in a sampling time period, and the temperature time data in this embodiment is continuous temperature information in the sampling time period. The temperature data in the sampling time period at least comprises at least one of interval temperature change information, interval temperature slope change information, instantaneous temperature information at specific time in the sampling time period and instantaneous temperature slope information.
Based on the same cooking mode, when no cooking action exists, the temperature and slope change in the cooker in the sampling time period meet the corresponding rules. By sampling the temperature data over a period of time, a specific cooking mode can be determined.
For example, when there is no cooking action, taking the temperature inside the cooker as an example, in the dry pot cooking mode, taking the cooker as an example that no other operation is performed before the dry pot cooking mode starts, during the dry pot cooking mode is turned on, the temperature inside the cooker rises with the increase of the heating time within a period of time just before the start, the slope corresponding to the temperature change also satisfies a certain range, and when the temperature inside the cooker reaches T1, the temperature inside the cooker is basically kept within the range of T1 with the increase of the heating time, and reaches a steady state. Generally, in the steady state of the dry pot cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker is kept in the range of 175 ℃ to T1 to 190 ℃.
Taking the water cooking mode as an example, in the water cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker rises with the increase of the heating time within a period of time when the heating is just started, the slope of the temperature change in the cooker in the water cooking mode satisfies a corresponding range, and when the temperature in the cooker reaches T2, the temperature in the cooker is basically kept near T2 with the increase of the heating time, and a steady state is reached. In a stable state of a normal water cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker is kept within the range of more than or equal to 95 ℃ and less than or equal to T2 and less than or equal to 105 ℃.
Taking the oil cooking mode as an example, in the oil cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker rises with the increase of the heating time during the period of time when the heating is just started, the slope of the temperature change in the cooker in the oil cooking mode satisfies the corresponding range, and when the temperature in the cooker reaches T3, the temperature in the cooker is basically maintained around T3 with the increase of the heating time. In a normal stable state of the oil cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker is kept within the range of 140 ℃ to T3 to 170 ℃.
Therefore, according to the temperature and slope conditions within the sampling period, the cooking mode within the cooker can be identified.
It should be noted that, the cooking mode identification generally analyzes the temperature information within a period of time, the length of the sampling time is generally greater than 20 seconds, and the instantaneous temperature information less than 20 seconds is not used.
When a cooking action occurs, there is often a sharp change in temperature over a brief period of time. For example, during blanking, the temperature in the cooker changes abruptly and then rises. For example, when the turning-over operation is performed, the temperature in the cooker is suddenly decreased and then gradually increased over a period of time. The slope change condition of the temperature is different corresponding to different cooking actions, and different cooking actions can be identified based on the slope change information of the temperature.
The temperature time information used for motion recognition is slope information of the continuous temperature within the acquisition instant sampling period. The continuous temperature information acquired over the sampling period may be represented by a temperature change slope-time curve. By analyzing the temperature change condition in the sampling time period, the temperature reduction rate and the temperature rise condition are obtained according to the curve slope of the temperature change, and the corresponding cooking action is judged.
For example, taking the temperature in the cooker as an example, in a cooking mode in the cooker, when the cooker is heated, the temperature in the cooker gradually rises from the room temperature, the slope of the temperature curve keeps relatively stable along with the increase of time, when the oil temperature in the cooker reaches the temperature of T20, a user starts to put in food and seasonings, the temperature in the cooker instantly decreases △ T1, and then the temperature in the cooker gradually rises after a few seconds, so that different cooking actions can be identified according to the temperature change and the temperature change rate in the cooker.
The specific cooking mode, the parameters of the cooking action and the identification characteristics are identified, and those skilled in the art can obtain the parameters through previous experiments as required, and are not described herein again. Cooking situation recognition may also be performed by purchasing already sold cooking situation recognition modules. The mode recognition module and the action recognition module of the invention are used for recognizing and obtaining the cooking mode and the cooking action on the basis of the temperature and time data formally based on the principle.
The detection of temperature information in the cooking process may be obtained by a temperature detection module. The temperature detection module can be implemented by selecting a temperature sensor or a temperature detection device, and can be implemented by selecting an infrared temperature sensor or a thermocouple or other devices capable of detecting temperature. The skilled person can select the required temperature detection module according to the requirements of the present technical solution, which is not listed here.
According to the method for recording and sharing the recipes, the corresponding cooking modes or the cooking action information can be obtained on the basis that the temperature and time data are obtained through the recorded recipe information. The recorded cooking process data is more diverse.
Example 3.
A method for recording a menu and sharing data in cooking is the same as embodiment 1 or 2 in other characteristics, and is different in that temperature time data, mode time data and action time data in the cooking process are recorded at the same time. The recording of the temperature time data, the mode time data, and the action time data is the same as that of embodiment 1 or 2.
After the recording is finished, according to the recorded temperature time data, the recorded mode time data and the recorded action time data, interval division is carried out on the temperature time parameters according to the cooking action, and a temperature control interval corresponding to the cooking action is obtained.
Each temperature control interval is provided with at least one temperature control node, and the parameters of the temperature control nodes comprise node time and node temperature. Thus, temperature control intervals corresponding to the cooking actions are obtained, and each temperature control interval is provided with a plurality of temperature control nodes. And accurately obtaining key points of the cooking process of each action interval by acquiring the information of the temperature control nodes in the control interval.
The specific temperature control interval and the acquisition of the control node can be flexibly set according to specific situations.
For example, in the dry pan mode, only the last temperature time point in the temperature interval in the recipe cooking process is used as a temperature control node in the hot pan action temperature time interval, and the maximum load is used for heating in the hot pan action.
In the dry pan mode, the blanking action temperature is within the time interval. According to the temperature time in the temperature interval in the recipe cooking process, several temperature time points can be selected as temperature control nodes in the range before and after the temperature fluctuation point.
In addition, the user can manually modify the temperature control interval and the temperature control nodes in the temperature control interval to serve as the modified temperature control interval and the newly modified temperature control nodes. When there is a manual modification by the user, the data after the manual modification by the user is taken as final data.
The method for recording the menu and sharing the data in the cooking process can further comprise at least one of food composition for recording the menu or cooker information. The food material composition of the menu can be obtained by shooting through an imaging device or obtained through user input or obtained through preset food material information selected by a user. The cooker information is obtained by photographing with an imaging device or by user input or by user selection of preset cooker information.
The user names and stores the cooking processes of the recorded menu. The cooking process of the recorded menu can be stored in the kitchen range or stored in the cloud or stored in external equipment interconnected with the kitchen range.
According to the recipe recording and data sharing method in cooking, when a recipe recording instruction is received, the cooking process of the recipe in the cooking process is recorded, temperature time data, mode time data and action time data in the cooking process can be obtained, each action temperature control interval and temperature control node are obtained on the basis of analysis, and the recorded recipe cooking process is shared with external equipment. The recorded recipe has richer cooking process information and stronger practicability.
Example 4.

The recipe recording instruction is input through the instruction input module, the instruction input module sends the recipe recording instruction to the main control module, the main control module outputs a control signal to enable the recipe recording module to record the cooking process of the recipe in the cooking process, and the cooking range shares the cooking process of the recipe to external equipment.
The cooking utensils can share the cooking process of the recipe to the external equipment through the main control module or the recipe recording module, and can also share the cooking information of the recipe to the external equipment through the data sharing module independently arranged on the cooking utensils. The skilled person can know how to send the cooking process of the recipe to the external device, and the details are not repeated herein.
Specifically, the temperature detection module is connected with the main control module and the menu recording module; the main control module outputs temperature detection information to the temperature detection module, the temperature detection module sends the detected temperature time data in the cooking process to the menu recording module, and the cooker can share the temperature time data to external equipment in real time.
It should be noted that the recipe recording module may also be connected to output temperature detection information to the temperature detection module so that the temperature detection module performs temperature detection, the temperature detection module may also send detected temperature time data in the cooking process to the main control module as required, and these transmission control modes may be flexibly set and adjusted according to specific needs, and are not limited to the situation of this embodiment.

With the temperature time data, the user can reproduce the cooking process. The cooking utensils device that carries out recipe recording and share of this embodiment can carry out the recipe culinary art at the culinary art in-process and record to share external equipment, convenience of customers uses.
Example 5.

And the mode identification module transmits the identified cooking mode time data to the menu recording module. And the action recognition module transmits the recognized current cooking action time data to the menu recording module.
Wherein the pattern in the pattern time data refers to a cooking pattern, and the cooking pattern is at least one of a dry pot cooking pattern, a water cooking pattern or an oil cooking pattern. The action in the action time data refers to a cooking action, and the cooking action is at least one of a pan heating action, a blanking action, a stir-frying action, a turn-over action, a juice collecting action or a pan lifting action.
Specifically, the mode identification unit identifies and obtains the cooking mode according to the temperature time data. And the action recognition unit recognizes and obtains the cooking action according to the temperature and time data.
In addition, the recipe recording module may further include at least one of food material composition or cooker information for recording the recipe. An imaging device can be arranged, and the imaging device obtains the food material structure or cooker information of the menu through imaging; or an input unit is arranged, and the user inputs the food material composition or the cooker information of the menu through the input unit; or a menu food material composition list is preset, a user selects food material composition from the list, and the food material composition information selected by the user is input to the menu recording module.
The user names and stores the cooking processes of the recorded menu. The cooking process of the recorded menu can be stored in the kitchen range or stored in the cloud.
