The temperature data in the sampling time period at least comprises at least one of interval temperature change information, interval temperature slope change information, instantaneous temperature information at specific time in the sampling time period and instantaneous temperature slope information.
Based on the same cooking mode, when no cooking action exists, the temperature and slope change in the cooker in the sampling time period meet the corresponding rules. By sampling the temperature data over a period of time, a specific cooking mode can be determined.

Taking the water cooking mode as an example, in the water cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker rises with the increase of the heating time within a period of time when the heating is just started, the slope of the temperature change in the cooker in the water cooking mode satisfies a corresponding range, and when the temperature in the cooker reaches T2, the temperature in the cooker is basically kept near T2 with the increase of the heating time, and a steady state is reached. In a stable state of a normal water cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker is kept within the range of more than or equal to 95 ℃ and less than or equal to T2 and less than or equal to 105 ℃.
Taking the oil cooking mode as an example, in the oil cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker rises with the increase of the heating time during the period of time when the heating is just started, the slope of the temperature change in the cooker in the oil cooking mode satisfies the corresponding range, and when the temperature in the cooker reaches T3, the temperature in the cooker is basically maintained around T3 with the increase of the heating time. In a normal stable state of the oil cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker is kept within the range of 140 ℃ to T3 to 170 ℃.
Therefore, according to the temperature and slope conditions within the sampling period, the cooking mode within the cooker can be identified.
It should be noted that, the cooking mode identification generally analyzes the temperature information within a period of time, the length of the sampling time is generally greater than 20 seconds, and the instantaneous temperature information less than 20 seconds is not used.
When a cooking action occurs, there is often a sharp change in temperature over a brief period of time. For example, during blanking, the temperature in the cooker changes abruptly and then rises. For example, when the turning-over operation is performed, the temperature in the cooker is suddenly decreased and then gradually increased over a period of time. The slope change condition of the temperature is different corresponding to different cooking actions, and different cooking actions can be identified based on the slope change information of the temperature.
The temperature time information used for motion recognition is slope information of the continuous temperature within the acquisition instant sampling period. The continuous temperature information acquired over the sampling period may be represented by a temperature change slope-time curve. By analyzing the temperature change condition in the sampling time period, the temperature reduction rate and the temperature rise condition are obtained according to the curve slope of the temperature change, and the corresponding cooking action is judged.
For example, taking the temperature in the cooker as an example, in a cooking mode in the cooker, when the cooker is heated, the temperature in the cooker gradually rises from the room temperature, the slope of the temperature curve keeps relatively stable along with the increase of time, when the oil temperature in the cooker reaches the temperature of T20, a user starts to put in food and seasonings, the temperature in the cooker instantly decreases △ T1, and then the temperature in the cooker gradually rises after a few seconds, so that different cooking actions can be identified according to the temperature change and the temperature change rate in the cooker.
The specific cooking mode, the parameters of the cooking action and the identification characteristics are identified, and those skilled in the art can obtain the parameters through previous experiments as required, and are not described herein again. Cooking situation recognition may also be performed by purchasing already sold cooking situation recognition modules. The mode recognition module and the action recognition module of the invention are used for recognizing and obtaining the cooking mode and the cooking action on the basis of the temperature and time data formally based on the principle.
The detection of temperature information in the cooking process may be obtained by a temperature detection module. On the basis of obtaining the temperature time data, corresponding cooking modes and cooking action information can also be obtained.
The recipe recording module is provided with an analysis unit, and the analysis unit performs interval division on temperature time parameters according to cooking actions and temperature control intervals corresponding to the cooking actions according to recorded temperature time data, mode time data and action time data.
Each temperature control interval is provided with at least one temperature control node, and the parameters of the temperature control nodes comprise node time and node temperature. Thus, temperature control intervals corresponding to the cooking actions are obtained, and each temperature control interval is provided with a plurality of temperature control nodes. And accurately obtaining key points of the cooking process of each action interval by acquiring the information of the temperature control nodes in the control interval.
The specific temperature control interval and the acquisition of the control node can be flexibly set according to specific situations.
For example, in the dry pan mode, only the last temperature time point in the temperature interval in the recipe cooking process is used as a temperature control node in the hot pan action temperature time interval, and the maximum load is used for heating in the hot pan action.
In the dry pan mode, the blanking action temperature is within the time interval. According to the temperature time in the temperature interval in the recipe cooking process, several temperature time points can be selected as temperature control nodes in the range before and after the temperature fluctuation point.
In addition, the user can manually modify the temperature control interval and the temperature control nodes in the temperature control interval to serve as the modified temperature control interval and the newly modified temperature control nodes. When there is a manual modification by the user, the data after the manual modification by the user is taken as final data.
In addition, the recipe recording module may further include at least one of food material composition or cooker information for recording the recipe. The user names and stores the cooking processes of the recorded menu. The cooking process of the recorded menu can be stored in the kitchen range or stored in the cloud.
