Example 5.
A cooking target temperature control device based on pattern recognition is provided with a pattern recognition module, a main control module and a temperature execution module, as shown in figure 2.
The mode recognition module recognizes a cooking mode and sends the recognized cooking mode information to the main control module, the main control module obtains a cooking target temperature corresponding to the cooking mode according to the cooking mode information and outputs a signal for regulating and controlling the output power of the cooker according to the cooking target temperature, the signal for outputting the power of the cooker is sent to the temperature execution module, and the temperature execution module controls the cooker to work according to the output power sent by the main control module.
Wherein the cooking mode is a dry pot cooking mode, a water cooking mode, or an oil cooking mode.
The main control module of the cooking target temperature control device based on pattern recognition is provided with a storage unit, and the storage unit prestores a corresponding relation between a cooking pattern and a cooking target temperature. And the main control module obtains the cooking target temperature corresponding to the identified cooking mode according to the corresponding relation between the cooking mode and the cooking target temperature. The relationship between the cooking pattern stored in the storage unit and the cooking target temperature may be a relationship obtained through a previous experiment or a relationship of a fitting curve obtained based on a previous test result.
The cooking modes are different, the cooking target temperatures required by the corresponding cookers are different, and the control on the power output of the cooker is also different. For example, an oil cooking mode may require a relatively higher cooking target temperature than a water cooking mode. According to the invention, the required cooking target temperature is obtained by identifying the cooking mode, the obtained cooking target temperature is more consistent with the actual cooking mode, and the blindness in the prior art is avoided.
According to the invention, the main control module outputs a signal for adjusting the output power of the cooker in real time according to the temperature difference between the actual cooking temperature and the cooking target temperature, and the signal for adjusting the output power of the cooker is sent to the temperature execution module.
When the temperature difference between the actual cooking temperature and the cooking target temperature is larger than a first threshold value, the main control module outputs a signal for enabling the cooker to output high-level power to the temperature execution module, and the temperature execution module controls the cooker to work at the high-level power according to the received information; when the temperature difference between the actual cooking temperature and the cooking target temperature is smaller than a second threshold value, the main control module outputs a signal enabling the cooker to output low-gear power to the temperature execution module, and the temperature execution module controls the cooker to work at the low-gear power according to the received information.
The reference principle of regulating and controlling the output power of the cooker is that the larger the temperature difference between the actual cooking temperature and the cooking target temperature is, the lower the output gear of the cooker is regulated; the smaller the temperature difference is, the lower the gear is; and when the temperature difference is smaller than a second threshold value, the cooker works at a low gear. And when the actual cooking temperature is equal to the target cooking temperature, adjusting the cooker to work at a low gear.
It should be noted that the first threshold is a relatively large value, and the second threshold is a relatively small value. The skilled person should know that, the first threshold and the second threshold are listed here as objects of temperature difference comparison, and the objects of temperature difference comparison are not limited to only two thresholds, and only two thresholds may be set as required, or one or more other thresholds between the first threshold and the second threshold may be set as required as a basis for determining the power output gear of the range. It should be noted that, as those skilled in the art should also know, the cooking range here lists two gears, namely, a high gear and a low gear, but does not mean that the cooking range has only two gears, and two gears may be provided, or multiple gears may be provided as needed.
The cooking target temperature control device based on pattern recognition is provided with a pattern recognition module, a main control module and a temperature execution module; the mode recognition module recognizes a cooking mode and sends the recognized cooking mode information to the main control module, the main control module obtains a cooking target temperature corresponding to the cooking mode according to the cooking mode information and outputs a signal for regulating and controlling the output power of the cooker according to the cooking target temperature, the signal for outputting the power of the cooker is sent to the temperature execution module, and the temperature execution module controls the cooker to work according to the output power sent by the main control module. According to the cooking target temperature control device, different cooking modes are identified through the mode identification module, the cooking target temperature corresponding to the identified cooking mode is obtained through the main control module, the temperature execution module regulates and controls the output power of the cooker to realize working at the cooking target temperature, the cooking target temperature control device can regulate and control the cooker to output the cooking target temperature conforming to the actual cooking mode, high-quality cooking operation is realized, and the control on the cooker is more accurate and effective.
Example 6.
A cooking target temperature control device based on pattern recognition, as shown in fig. 3, the other features are the same as those of embodiment 4, except that the following technical features are provided: the pattern recognition module recognizes a cooking pattern through temperature information of cooking. The temperature changes over time are different in different cooking modes. By analyzing the temperature information over a period of time, a cooking pattern may be identified. The selection of the specific time period can be flexibly determined according to actual needs. The specifically selected time period is typically expressed in terms of a sampling time period.
The temperature information of cooking is temperature information in a sampling time period, and the temperature time information in this embodiment is continuous temperature information in the sampling time period. The temperature information in the sampling time period at least comprises at least one of interval temperature change information, interval temperature slope change information, instantaneous temperature information at specific time in the sampling time period and instantaneous temperature slope information.
Based on the same cooking mode, the temperature and slope change in the cooker in the sampling time period satisfy the corresponding rules. By sampling the temperature information within the time period, a specific cooking mode can be determined.
For example, taking the temperature inside the cooker as an example, in the dry pot cooking mode, taking the cooker as an example that no other operation is performed before the dry pot cooking mode starts, during the dry pot cooking mode is started, the temperature inside the cooker rises with the increase of the heating time within a period of time just before the start, the slope corresponding to the temperature change also satisfies a certain range, and when the temperature inside the cooker reaches T1, the temperature inside the cooker is basically kept within the range of T1 with the increase of the heating time, and a stable state is reached. Generally, in the steady state of the dry pot cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker is kept in the range of 175 ℃ to T1 to 190 ℃.
Taking the water cooking mode as an example, in the water cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker rises with the increase of the heating time within a period of time when the heating is just started, the slope of the temperature change in the cooker in the water cooking mode satisfies a corresponding range, and when the temperature in the cooker reaches T2, the temperature in the cooker is basically kept near T2 with the increase of the heating time, and a steady state is reached. In a stable state of a normal water cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker is kept within the range of more than or equal to 95 ℃ and less than or equal to T2 and less than or equal to 105 ℃.
Taking the oil cooking mode as an example, in the oil cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker rises with the increase of the heating time during the period of time when the heating is just started, the slope of the temperature change in the cooker in the oil cooking mode satisfies the corresponding range, and when the temperature in the cooker reaches T3, the temperature in the cooker is basically maintained around T3 with the increase of the heating time. In a normal stable state of the oil cooking mode, the temperature in the cooker is kept within the range of 140 ℃ to T3 to 170 ℃.
Therefore, according to the temperature and slope conditions within the sampling period, the cooking mode within the cooker can be identified.
This culinary art target temperature control device based on pattern recognition, the acquirement of temperature information is accomplished through temperature detection module, and temperature detection module detects the culinary art temperature and carries the temperature information who detects to the pattern recognition module. It should be noted that the clock unit may be independently disposed, or the clock unit may be integrated with the temperature detection module, or the pattern recognition module and the main control module are respectively integrated with the clock unit. It is also possible to provide a clock unit for only one module and to connect the other modules to a clock signal.
The cooking target temperature control device based on pattern recognition can obtain the cooking target temperature corresponding to the cooking pattern, and regulate and control the output power of the cooker according to the cooking target temperature, so that the purpose that the cooking target temperature is more consistent with the actual cooking pattern is achieved.
It should be noted that the temperature detection module of the present invention can detect the temperature inside the cooker, and can also select the temperature of the outer surface of the cooker, and the detected result can be converted into temperature data detected at other positions by performing temperature compensation. The mode identification unit identifies the cooking mode by selecting temperature information in the cooker or temperature information on the outer surface of the cooker as a basis, and temperature information at different temperature detection positions can obtain temperature information corresponding to other positions as detection points through temperature compensation. Correspondingly, the relationship between the cooking mode and the cooking target temperature stored in the storage unit may be the relationship information stored in advance for corresponding to different detection points, or may be the relationship information stored in one of the detection points and converted. Correspondingly, the output power of the cooker is adjusted according to the difference between the cooking target temperature and the actual cooking temperature, and the output power can be converted into required reference according to the conversion relation.
Example 7.
A cooking target temperature control device based on pattern recognition, the other features are the same as those of embodiment 5 or 6, except that the cooking temperature information is constituted by temperature information at each sampling time, and includes at least one of temperature information at each sampling time or temperature slope information at the sampling time. The temperature or the temperature slope at different sampling moments is obtained, and judgment is carried out according to each sampling point, so that the cooking mode can be identified, and the sampling workload can be reduced.
Example 8.
A cooking target temperature control device based on pattern recognition, the other features being the same as those of embodiment 5 or 6 or 7 except that: the temperature detection module is used for performing temperature compensation processing on the detected temperature and then taking the processed temperature as temperature information of cooking.
Due to different use situations, the detection temperature of the temperature detection module can generate certain difference, and the detection temperature of the temperature detection module is compensated through temperature compensation to obtain cooking temperature information under the unified standard. The influencing factor of the temperature compensation information is at least one of cooker information, heat conversion efficiency of the cooker and food material condition. The temperature compensation information relationship under different influence factors is obtained in advance, temperature compensation information suitable for actual use conditions is obtained by combining actual cooking conditions, and the detected temperature information is compensated.
The current actual use situation can be obtained through imaging judgment or through user input of the current use situation.
If an imaging module can be provided, the imaging module images the cooker information and the food material condition to acquire the cooker information and the food material condition information in the current cooking situation. The heat conversion efficiency of the cooker can be input to the temperature compensation unit by a user or input to the temperature compensation unit by the prior experimental result data.
According to the cooking target temperature control device based on the mode identification, the temperature detection module is used for performing temperature compensation treatment on the detected temperature and then is used as the cooking temperature information, the obtained temperature information is more accurate, and the control on the output power of the cooker is more accurate.
Example 9.
A cooker performs cooker output power regulation and control by sampling the method of embodiment 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 to realize cooker power control at a cooking target temperature, and is provided with a cooking target temperature control device based on mode identification as in any one of embodiments 5 to 8. The cooker can obtain the cooking target temperature corresponding to the cooking mode, and the output power of the cooker is controlled according to the cooking target temperature so as to work at the cooking target temperature.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

s1, identifying different cooking modes;
s2, obtaining a cooking target temperature corresponding to the identified cooking mode;
and S3, regulating and controlling the output power of the cooker to work at the cooking target temperature.

7. The method of controlling a cooking target temperature based on pattern recognition according to claim 4, wherein: the cooking temperature information is at least one of temperature information at the sampling moment or temperature slope information at the sampling moment.
8. The method of controlling a cooking target temperature based on pattern recognition according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: and obtaining cooking temperature information through a temperature detection module.
