本发明属于汽车设备的技术领域,特指一种减震降噪音汽车空调管,所述空调管包括五层结构,依次为外橡胶层、编织层、中橡胶层、尼龙层和内橡胶层,所述中橡胶层和内橡胶层为卤化丁基橡胶,中橡胶层、内橡胶层与尼龙层之间均通过粘接剂粘接。本发明提供的减震降噪音汽车空调管,能够降低空调软管脉冲震动发出噪音,同时具有更高的冷媒屏蔽性和减震性能。

一种减震降噪音汽车空调管
技术领域
本发明属于汽车设备的技术领域,特指一种减震降噪音汽车空调管。
背景技术
汽车空调软管是用于汽车空调制冷系统中的连接软管,为了避免发动机的振动或汽车行驶中颠簸造成的制冷系统连接管路的破裂,压缩机与冷凝器和蒸发器之间、冷凝器与蒸发器之间必须用橡胶软管连接。
但是,汽车空调压缩机工作时制冷剂在橡胶中流动会产生脉冲震动发出噪音,会通过橡胶管路与金属管路传到车内,影响车内人员舒适度,因此,降低脉冲震动发出噪音就成了本技术领域亟需解决的技术问题。
目前国际、国内汽车空调管市场使用软管是以下材料组合:一种是编织四层管,分别为EPDM材料的外胶层、PET材料的编织层、EPDM材料的内胶层和PA材料的尼龙层;另一种是编织五层管,分别为EPDM材料的外胶层、PET材料的编织层、EPDM材料的中胶层、PA材料的尼龙层和EPDM材料的内胶层。上述两种空调软管的不足之处在于:1、EPDM橡胶含胶率过低、硬度过高,因此减震效果差;2、如果要降低EPDM橡胶的硬度,则需要增加塑解剂,而增加塑解剂后容易抽出;3、EPDM是非极性分子,与尼龙附着力差(粘接力在2.7左右KN/m),因此阻隔性能差。
中国发明专利申请CN102261527A公开了一种复合材料汽车空调软管的制备工艺,所述工艺包含下述步骤:1)将聚酰胺和含羧基的改性聚烯烃共混,获得改性的聚酰胺尼龙合金,内衬层由此聚酰胺尼龙合金制成;2)内胶层通过以下方法获得:在每100份胶料中,混入10至50份硅的氧化物或其盐,以及5至15份溴化烷基酚甲醛树脂;3)骨架层由聚酯纤维编织而成,编织密度高于50%,低于90%;4)外胶层是EPDM或卤化丁基橡胶。上述空调软管虽然改进了软管的结构,但并未很好解决降低脉冲震动发出噪音的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种减震降噪音汽车空调管,能够降低空调软管脉冲震动发出噪音,同时具有更高的冷媒屏蔽性和减震性能。
本发明的发明目的通过下述技术方案得以实现:
一种减震降噪音汽车空调管,所述空调管包括五层结构,依次为外橡胶层、编织层、中橡胶层、尼龙层和内橡胶层,所述中橡胶层和内橡胶层为卤化丁基橡胶,中橡胶层、内橡胶层与尼龙层之间均通过粘接剂粘接。
优选的,上述中橡胶层和内橡胶层的硬度小于60度,含胶率大于50%。
上述中橡胶层和内橡胶层的配方为:卤化丁基橡胶:100份,炭黑:65份,滑石粉:10份,氧化镁:0.5份,硬脂酸:1.0份,粘合剂:7份,油:5份,氧化锌:5份,HVA-2:2份,CZ:0.3份。
上述中橡胶层和内橡胶层的生产方法及生产设备为本技术领域的公知方法和设备。
优选的,上述尼龙层采用牌号LT5050的尼龙。
上述尼龙层的生产方法及生产设备为本技术领域的公知方法和设备。
优选的,上述中橡胶层、内橡胶层与尼龙层之间的粘接力大于4.0KN/m。
上述粘接剂的配方为:聚丁二烯马来酸酐接枝。
上述粘接剂的生产方法是:采用热引发或引发剂引发进行接枝反应,优选为热引发。称取定量的液体聚丁二烯和马来酸酐,加入适量抗凝胶剂,在140-200℃下反应3-7h,冷却,提纯。
上述外橡胶层的材料为本领域公知的橡胶材料,如EPDM,上述编织层的材料为PET。
上述编织层的编织方法和编织设备,外橡胶层的配方、挤出复合方法及生产设备均为本技术领域的公知方法和设备。
上述外橡胶层的厚度为1.3-1.5mm、所述编织层的厚度为0.5-0.65mm、所述中橡胶层的厚度为0.6-0.8mm、所述尼龙层的厚度为0.18-0.22mm、所述内橡胶层的厚度为0.7-0.9mm。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、本发明选择了具有更好地减震降噪的材料卤化丁基橡胶,具有较高的物理强度、良好的减振性能、低渗透性、耐老化以及耐天候老化,卤化丁基橡胶的减振性能、渗透性都比其它橡胶优越,它对空气的透过率仅为天然橡胶的1/7,丁苯橡胶的1/5,而对蒸汽的透过率则为天然橡胶的1/200,丁苯橡胶的1/140。
2、本发明提供的空调软管具有更高的冷媒屏蔽性:卤化丁基橡胶具有极性性能,内橡胶层及中橡胶层与尼龙的附着力更强,粘接力达到4.0KN/m以上,超过了橡胶自身的强度。因此橡胶与尼龙形成整体更高效的屏蔽制冷剂。
3、本发明的尼龙采用LT5050牌号,此牌号尼龙延展性、硬度低于55度、柔韧性与屏蔽性更好、降噪音性能更佳。
4、本发明采用的内橡胶层与中橡胶层硬度在65度左右、柔性更好,不使用增塑剂,含胶率可以达到50%以上。因为本发明使用的卤化丁基橡胶具有良好的降噪音性能和减振性能。

本发明实施例中所用的各种原料和试剂如无特别说明均为市售购买。
参见附图1,本发明的减震降噪音汽车空调管包括五层结构,依次为外橡胶层5、编织层4、中橡胶层3、尼龙层2和内橡胶层1,所述中橡胶层和内橡胶层为卤化丁基橡胶,中橡胶层、内橡胶层与尼龙层之间均通过粘接剂粘接。
本发明较佳的实施方式,所述外橡胶层的厚度为1.3-1.5mm、所述编织层的厚度为0.5-0.65mm、所述中橡胶层的厚度为0.6-0.8mm、所述尼龙层的厚度为0.18-0.22mm、所述内橡胶层的厚度为0.7-0.9mm。
为了达到更好的降噪音性能和减振性能,所述中橡胶层和内橡胶层的硬度小于60度,含胶率大于50%。
为了达到更好的柔韧性、屏蔽性和降噪音性能,本发明的尼龙层采用牌号LT5050的尼龙。
为了达到更好的屏蔽性,所述中橡胶层、内橡胶层与尼龙层之间的粘接力大于4.0KN/m。
以下对空调软管的制备方法做进一步的说明:
1、形成内橡胶层和中橡胶层:即将下述配方的原材料混合均匀后送入到挤出机中挤出成型。
配方:卤化丁基橡胶:100份,炭黑:65份,滑石粉:10份,氧化镁:0.5份,硬脂酸:1.0份,粘合剂:7份,油:5份,氧化锌:5份,HVA-2:2份,CZ:0.3份。
2、形成尼龙层:将牌号LT5050的尼龙原材料送入到挤出机中挤出成型。
3、粘接剂的制备:采用聚丁二烯马来酸酐接枝。
4、粘接:粘接内橡胶层、外橡胶层和尼龙层。
5、编织编织层:牵引上述步骤中的内橡胶层、中橡胶层和尼龙层,采用编织机编织编织层。
6、形成外橡胶层。
上述制备方法生产出的空调软管的主要技术指标检测结果如下:

1.一种减震降噪音汽车空调管,所述空调管包括五层结构,其特征在于,依次为外橡胶层、编织层、中橡胶层、尼龙层和内橡胶层,所述中橡胶层和内橡胶层为卤化丁基橡胶,中橡胶层、内橡胶层与尼龙层之间均通过粘接剂粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种减震降噪音汽车空调管,其特征在于:所述中橡胶层和内橡胶层的硬度小于60度,含胶率大于50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种减震降噪音汽车空调管,其特征在于:所述中橡胶层和内橡胶层的配方为:卤化丁基橡胶:100份,炭黑:65份,滑石粉:10份,氧化镁:0.5份,硬脂酸:1.0份,粘合剂:7份,油:5份,氧化锌:5份,HVA-2:2份,CZ:0.3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种减震降噪音汽车空调管,其特征在于:所述尼龙层采用牌号LT5050的尼龙。
