Abstract

本发明公开了一种锦涤易撕布的生产方法,其以锦涤丝作为经丝和纬丝织成坯布,此锦涤并不局限与100%锦纶,也可以是复合丝即锦涤及再生涤或涤其它合成纤维。坯布在精炼和染色过程中用碱和醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)处理,再皂洗和定型得到锦涤易撕布。通过上述方式,本发明的锦涤易撕布的生产方法,得到的易撕布能作为商标布行业使用,易撕布脆损后的撕破强力与进口台湾锦涤复合布基本相同,其撕破强力测试结果为:经为2.5~5.8N、纬为3.5~9N,经与纬向强度不局限经是经纬是纬,也可倒置过来使用,大大的提高了原来的进口台湾锦涤复合布基的经纬局限性。测试方法是国家标准即GB/T 3917.1‑2009冲击摆锤法,处理前后布面风格基本不变,该生产方法采用的是国内最容易得到的普通锦涤原料,成本降低,生产周期缩短,提高效率,织造工艺喷气改喷水后,生产难度降低。

一种锦涤易撕布的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及功能性布料领域,特别是涉及一种锦涤易撕布的生产方法。
背景技术
现在商标布行业用布的主要材料一般是以进口台湾锦涤可催丝为原料织成基布-来使用的,因为用台湾锦涤可催丝作为基布可以达到经纬方向可以撕开的目的,经涂胶切割制作而成,这样商标行业可以加快生产的速度。但是台湾锦涤可催丝纤维必须依赖台湾地进口,物流的周期及成本费用比较高,然后织造必须采用喷气织机才可以生产,这样织造成本就会增加,后期染色的技术也是靠台湾的染色技术才可以更好的做出来,国内染色技术一直不是很稳定。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种锦涤易撕布的生产方法,其成本降低且生产容易。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种锦涤易撕布,所述锦涤易撕布的经纱线和纬纱线成分为锦涤,此锦涤并不局限与100%锦纶,也可以是复合丝即锦涤及再生涤或涤其它合成纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述易撕布应用于商标布行业,所述易撕布的撕破强力测试结果为:经为2.5~5.8N、纬为3.5~9N,经与纬向强度不局限经是经纬是纬,也过倒至过来使用,大大的提高了原来的进口台湾锦涤可催丝的经纬局限性。测试方法是国家标准即GB/T 3917.1-2009冲击摆锤法。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碱和醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)处理的过程中采用的碱为氢氧化钠与碳酸钠和醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等等等),温度为100-140℃,所述氢氧化钠与碳酸钠用量为5--50g/L,醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)用量为5--50g/L。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碱和醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)处理的过程中采用的碱为氢氧化钠与碳酸钠和醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等),温度为100-140℃,所述氢氧化钠与碳酸钠用量为5--50g/L,所述醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)用量为5--50g/L。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碱和醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)处理过程在平幅卷染机中进行。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述染色过程中采用无卤素染料、冰醋酸和匀染剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的锦涤易撕布的生产方法,得到的易撕布能作为商标布行业布使用,其撕破强力测试结果为:经为2.5~5.8N、纬为3.5~9N,经与纬向强度不局限经是经纬是纬,也过倒至过来使用,大大的提高了原来的进口台湾锦涤可催丝的经纬局限性。测试方法是国家标准即GB/T 3917.1-2009冲击摆锤法,处理前后布面风格基本不变,该生产方法采用的是国内容易得到的普通原料,成本降低,生产周期缩短,提高效率,织造工艺喷气改喷水后,生产难度降低。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
提供一种锦涤易撕布的生产方法,所述易撕布的经纱线和纬纱线成分为锦涤,此锦涤并不局限与100%锦纶,也可以是复合丝即锦涤及再生涤或涤其它合成纤维。
所述锦涤易撕布的生产方法,包括步骤为:
锦涤纱→坯布→精炼→碱和醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)处理→酸中和→染色→易撕布。
(1)本发明采用国内最普通原料——锦涤纤维制作成易撕布,先是以锦涤丝作为经丝和纬丝织成各种规格坯布(此锦涤并不局限与100%锦纶,也可以是复合丝即锦涤及再生涤或涤其它合成纤维),规格是根据商标布行业用布这些不同用途而规定的。
(2)将坯布经炼染加工在高温高压平幅卷染机内进行碱和醇类(如乙二醇,笨甲醇等)处理,使其强力脆损。

成品出来得到易撕布。
实施例:手撕胶布
使用国家标准即GB/T 3917.1-2009冲击摆锤法进行测试。
测试结果:

本发明的有益效果是:
一、经过处理脆损后的撕破强力与传统用的进口台湾锦涤可催丝基本相同,处理前后米克重及表面纹理等布面风格也基本不变;
二、该易撕布能在商标布行业取代进口台湾锦涤可催丝布;
三、易撕布原料进口改为国产,进口台湾锦涤可催丝纤维改成国内普通锦涤纤维(此锦涤并不局限与100%锦纶,也可以是复合丝即锦涤及再生涤或涤其它合成纤维),原料成本是原来的四分之一,生产周期缩短(三个月变二十天),提高效率;
四、织造工艺由喷气改为喷水,生产难度和织造成本均降低。

1.一种锦涤易撕布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述易撕布的经纱线和纬纱线成分为锦涤丝,其生产步骤为:以锦涤丝作为经丝和纬丝织成坯布,所述坯布在精炼和染色过程中用碱和醇类交替处理,再皂洗和定型得到易撕布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦涤易撕布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述易撕布应用于商标布行业使用,所述易撕布的撕破强力测试结果为:其撕破强力测试结果为:经为2.5~5.8N、纬为3.5~9N,经与纬向强度不局限经是经纬是纬,也过倒至过来使用,大大的提高了原来的进口台湾锦涤复合布基的经纬局限性。测试方法是国家标准即GB/T 3917.1-2009冲击摆锤法。

6.根据权利要求1、3、4、5任一权利要求所述锦涤易撕布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述碱和醇类处理过程中温度为100-140℃,碱用量为5--50g/L,醇类用量为5--50g/L。
7.根据权利要求1所述锦涤易撕布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述织成坯布的过程中用喷水织机进行织造。
8.根据权利要求1、3、4、5任一权利要求所述锦涤易撕布的生产方法,其特征在于,所述碱和醇类交替处理过程在平幅卷染机中进行。
