In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the end of the carton conveying mechanism 2 close to the carton opening mechanism 3 is inclined to facilitate the change of the posture of the carton.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the box suction mechanism 304 and the box erecting mechanism 303 each include a vacuum generator for sucking the carton, the gripping clamp 603 is also a vacuum generator, the vacuum generator is a suction block with a through hole, one end of the through hole is communicated with an air pump or a vacuum pump through a pipeline, and the other end of the through hole is in contact with the article to be sucked and gripped.

The working principle of the full-automatic unpacking and packing integrated machine is as follows: the method comprises the steps that an unfolded paper box enters from a paper box conveying mechanism and is adjusted in posture, the paper box is unfolded through a box opening mechanism and is moved to a box sealing mechanism, the flap and the hinge at the bottom of the paper box are folded through the box sealing mechanism, meanwhile, materials to be boxed sequentially pass through the conveying belt mechanism and a feeding pressing wheel mechanism and reach a material collecting platform, a base plate is conveyed through a base plate conveying mechanism, a cross arm grabbing mechanism puts the materials and the base plate into the paper box, then a specification putting mechanism puts specifications into the paper box, the boxed paper box is folded through a box sealing mechanism, the flap and the hinge at the upper part of the paper box are folded, the upper part and the lower part of the paper box are sealed through adhesive tapes, and accordingly boxing and box sealing are completed.

Claims (7)
1. Full-automatic unpacking all-in-one machine, its characterized in that includes:
the carton conveying mechanism comprises a plurality of height guide optical axes which are respectively arranged on two sides, the height guide optical axis on each side is sleeved with an adjusting seat capable of sliding along the length direction of the height guide optical axis, a width guide optical axis is arranged between the two adjusting seats, two first conveying rails can be sleeved on the width guide optical axis in a sliding manner along the length direction of the width guide optical axis, a conveying synchronous belt is paved on each first conveying rail, side guide upright columns are arranged on one sides of the two first conveying rails, and box blocking fingers are arranged in the middle parts of the two side guide upright columns;
the carton opening mechanism comprises a sliding track and a carton opening rotating arm capable of sliding along the length direction of the sliding track, one side of the carton opening rotating arm, which is far away from the sliding track, is provided with a carton suction mechanism for sucking the long side face of a carton and a carton standing mechanism for sucking the short side face of the carton, the carton standing mechanism can rotate around the joint of the carton standing mechanism and the carton opening rotating arm, the lower side of the carton standing mechanism is hinged with a rear flap box sealing mechanism, and the rear flap box sealing mechanism can be in contact with a rear flap at the lower end of the carton in a turnover manner;
the conveying belt mechanism is arranged on one side of the box opening mechanism in the width direction and comprises a supporting seat, a conveying belt arranged on the upper side of the supporting seat and a roller motor arranged on the lower side of the supporting seat and in driving connection with the conveying belt, and in addition, guardrails are arranged on two sides of the conveying belt in the length direction;
the feeding pressing wheel mechanism is arranged above the conveying belt and comprises an adjusting screw rod, a pressing plate fixing seat capable of moving along the length direction of the adjusting screw rod, a pressing plate arranged at the lower end of the pressing plate fixing seat and a plurality of pressing wheels linearly arranged at the lower end of the pressing plate;
the carton sealing mechanism is arranged at the other end of the carton opening mechanism in the length direction and comprises four second conveying rails which are arranged in a rectangular array, a front flap guide assembly is arranged on one side, close to the carton opening mechanism, of each second conveying rail, bottom hinge carton sealing units are arranged on the lower end faces of the two second conveying rails located below, carton supporting mechanisms and upper hinge carton sealing units are respectively arranged on the upper end faces of the two second conveying rails located above, an upper flap carton sealing unit is further arranged between the two second conveying rails located above, and adhesive tape carton sealing units are further arranged on the upper sides and the lower sides of the second conveying rails;
the material collecting platform is arranged between the box sealing mechanism and the conveying belt mechanism and comprises a platform and side guide plates arranged on the upper end face of the platform, and the platform can move along the length direction of the side guide plates;
the backing plate conveying mechanism is arranged on one side, away from the material collecting platform, of the box sealing mechanism and comprises a machine body frame, a long hole is formed in the upper end face of the machine body frame, a plurality of sucker units are arranged in the machine body frame, the sucker units can extend out of the long hole in a vertically moving mode, and the sucker units can move back and forth along the length direction of the long hole;
the cross arm snatchs the mechanism, the cross arm snatchs the mechanism setting and is in the platform that gathers materials the joint sealing mechanism and backing plate conveying mechanism's top, the cross arm snatchs the mechanism and includes linear guide, can follow linear guide length direction round trip movement's lifting bar and install the snatching of lifting bar lower extreme presss from both sides.
