车辆中,在车室内、发动机室内等当中搭载有发动机控制单元或自动变速器控制单元等电子控制装置。这些电子控制装置例如由控制基板、安装在控制基板上的连接器、收纳控制基板的框体、以及确保框体内的气密性的密封构件等构成。
电子控制装置大多安放在高振动、高热这样的严酷环境中。因此,为了长时间维持电子控制装置的可靠性,须尽可能抑制对安装有电子零件的控制基板的负荷。为此,控制基板的固定方法比较重要。在专利文献1中,是利用螺钉将电路基板外周的四角固定在金属制基座上。

通过利用4根螺钉将控制基板紧固在框体上,可以牢固地固定控制基板。但是,要将控制基板螺固在框体上,就会产生螺钉的生产或加工、内螺纹攻丝加工等工序,导致成本增加。此外,现有技术中有金属屑在电路部的附着造成的电路短路的担忧。在金属框体上形成内螺纹时,金属屑会留在螺孔中,在组装产品时,若落下的金属屑附着在电路基板上的电子零件端子之间,便会有电路短路之虞。近来,电子零件的端子之间越发窄间距化,电路短路的可能性在升高。为了保持竞争力,须提高电子控制装置的品质、抑制成本,因此,业界期望开发一种将控制基板固定在框体内而不使用螺钉的方法。
本发明是鉴于上述问题而成,其目的在于提供一种可以将控制基板固定在外壳内而不使用外壳和控制基板以外的特殊构件的电子控制装置以及电子控制装置的制造方法。
解决问题的技术手段
为了解决上述问题,本发明的电子控制装置是一种在外壳内设置有控制基板的电子控制装置,外壳内设置有至少一个通过与控制基板的规定区域粘合而将控制基板固定在外壳内的固定部。
发明的效果
根据本发明,通过外壳上设置的固定部粘合至控制基板的规定区域,可以将控制基板固定在外壳内。

具体实施方式
下面,根据附图,对本发明的实施方式进行说明。在本实施方式中,例如兼顾用于汽车的发动机控制单元、自动变速器控制单元等当中使用的电子控制装置的低成本、生产率、可靠性。在本实施方式中,通过使外壳的一部分变形而使外壳的一部分粘合至控制基板的规定区域、从而将控制基板固定在外壳内。外壳可由单一原材料一体形成,也可通过组合由同一或不同原材料形成的多个构件来形成。
实施例1
使用图1~图6,对实施例进行说明。图1展示电子控制装置1的外观。图2展示电子控制装置1的构成和组装顺序。
本实施例的电子控制装置1具备外壳2和设置在外壳2内的控制基板组件3(参考图2)。外壳2由成为安装基座的第1框体4和以覆盖第1框体4的方式安装的第2框体5形成为具有开口部的有底筒状。在第1框体4的四角分别设置有用于固定至未图示的车辆的车辆固定部41。
控制基板组件3在其一端侧设置有多个连接器7。当将控制基板组件3装配至外壳2时,各连接器7经由未图示的密封构件等将外壳2的开口部以液密方式密封。
如图2的(a)所示,控制基板6例如是包含以玻璃环氧树脂等为基底的印刷线路基板61和安装在印刷线路基板61上的电子零件62而构成。在将电子零件62连接至印刷线路基板61时,例如使用Sn-Cu焊料、Sn-Ag-Cu焊料、Sn-Ag-Cu-Bi焊料等无铅焊料。作为电子零件62,例如有微处理器、存储器、其他集成电路、电容器、电阻等。电子零件62可以安装在印刷线路基板61的单面或双面。
图2的(b)展示连接器7。连接器7用于将控制基板6连接至车辆内的其他电子电路(未图示)。连接器7具备用于连接控制基板6与车辆侧线束(未图示)的连接器端子72和用于使端子72排列成规定间距并加以保持的连接器罩壳71。
出于导电性、小型化、成本的观点,连接器端子72的材料优选为铜或铜合金。连接器罩壳71的材料例如优选使用PBT(Polybutylene Terephthalate(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯))、PA(Polyamide(聚酰胺))66、PPS(Polyphenylene Sulfide(聚苯硫醚))等轻量、耐热性优异的树脂。
如图2的(c)所示,连接器端子72与控制基板6在插入了连接器端子72的控制基板6的通孔部63中使用Sn-Cu焊料、Sn-Ag-Cu焊料、Sn-Ag-Cu-Bi焊料等无铅焊料来加以连接。由此,连接器7得以安装在控制基板6上,制造出控制基板组件3。再者,关于连接器7的类型,为表面安装型或压入配合型均可。
如图2的(d)所示,成为基座构件的第1框体4形成为在周缘部形成有台阶部40的有底方筒状。
如图2的(e)所示,以印刷线路基板61的周缘放在第1框体4的台阶部40上的方式在第1框体4上搭载控制基板组件3。
如图2的(f)所示,以将控制基板组件3夹在自身与第1框体4之间的方式在控制基板组件3上侧载置第2框体5。通过在第1框体4上载置第2框体5,形成在图2中的左侧具有开口部的有底方筒状的外壳2。
在成为盖体构件的第2框体5上,阶梯部51一体地形成于第2框体5的另一端侧(图2中右侧)。阶梯部51是将控制基板组件3固定在外壳2内的“固定部”的例子。阶梯部51以能粘合至控制基板6的规定区域的方式形成于第2框体5的另一端侧。在以下的说明中,也可以将阶梯部51称为固定部51。
再者,如后文所述,成为固定部的阶梯部51的形成部位不限于外壳2的另一端侧。也可形成于外壳2的左右两侧、除外壳2的一端侧的开口部以外的外壳2的左右两侧及另一端侧等。此处,所谓外壳2的左右两侧,意指与连结开口部和面对开口部那一面的法线平行的两侧。
第2框体5的材料宜使用例如BT(PolyButylene Terephthalate(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯))、PA(PolyAmide(聚酰胺))66、PPS(PolyPhenylene Sulfide(聚苯硫醚))等轻量、耐热性优异的树脂。第1框体4的材料宜为与第2框体5相同的材料,或者,就散热性的观点而言,宜为铝、铝合金、铁或铁合金中的任一种。
外壳2内形成有收纳控制基板组件3的基板收纳空间21。控制基板组件3的连接器7以对外壳2的开口部加盖的方式安装在外壳2上。连接器7与外壳2的开口部的周围之间通过未图示的密封构件以液密方式加以密封。
在图2的(f)的状态下,控制基板组件3的一端侧(图2中左侧)固定在外壳2上,而控制基板组件3的另一端侧(图2中右侧)只是载置在第1框体4的台阶部40上,并未加以固定。因此,将加热夹具8抵压至阶梯部51而使形成阶梯部51的树脂软化、流动。
如图2的(g)所示,加热夹具8一边使树脂软化一边朝印刷线路基板61的另一端侧抵压。当将加热夹具8从外壳2上拿开时,软化后的阶梯部51以粘合在印刷线路基板61的另一端侧的状态凝固。由此,阶梯部51将控制基板6固定在外壳2内。
进一步地,也可在控制基板6的表面设置用于提高与阶梯部51的密合性的粘接层。为了进一步提高阶梯部51与第1框体4的密合性,也可预先对第1框体4的表面进行粗化处理或表面处理并设置粘接层AL(参考图3)。
图3为放大表示变形例的电子控制装置的一部分的截面图。如图3的(a)所示,在该变形例中,在印刷线路基板61的规定区域(控制基板6的规定区域)内形成有通孔64。
从印刷线路基板61的另一端(图3中的右端)朝内侧隔开第1规定距离L1程度的范围是通过加热阶梯部51而与外壳2粘合的规定区域。从该规定区域进一步朝内侧隔开第2规定距离L2以上的区域是能够安装电子零件62的可安装区域。加热加工时,加热夹具8的热经由印刷线路基板61传递至电子零件62,为了避免对电子零件62产生影响,在与有可能变为高温的区域相隔距离L2以上的区域内配置电子零件62。以上叙述过的规定区域以及能够进行安装的可安装区域相关的说明也适用于图1、2中叙述过的第1实施例。
如上所述,也可在外壳2的组装时第2框体5与第1框体4相接触的区域内设置粘接层AL。进一步地,通过将粘接层AL的热导率设定为恰当的值,还能抑制加热加工时加热夹具8的热跑到第1框体4侧、缩短加热加工时间。
如图3的(b)所示,将加热夹具8抵压至阶梯部51,一边加热一边朝第1框体4按压阶梯部51。形成阶梯部51的树脂软化而一边流动一边变形,粘合至控制基板6的规定区域。
如图3的(c)所示,阶梯部51的树脂的一部分流入至通孔64内。通孔64的一部分或全部被流入的树脂52填充。由此,控制基板6与第2框体5的粘合面积增加,因此,即便施加至基板的应力比螺钉固定时小,也能更牢固地将控制基板6固定在外壳2内。
图4为另一变形例的电子控制装置的局部截面图。如图4的(a)所示,在该变形例中,在控制基板6的规定区域内形成通孔64,而且也在第1框体4上的与通孔64相对应的位置形成凹部42。
如图4的(b)所示,将加热夹具8抵压至阶梯部51,一边加热一边朝第1框体4按压阶梯部51。由此,因加热而软化了的树脂流入至通孔64,进而经由通孔64流入至凹部42。
如图4的(c)所示,第2框体5的树脂52流入至通孔64及凹部42进行填充,由此,第2框体5与控制基板6及第1框体4的密合面积进一步增加。由此,能够更牢固地将控制基板6固定在外壳2内。
再者,也可在凹部42的内表面像内螺纹一样切出槽。通过在凹部42的内表面侧形成螺纹槽,第1框体4与树脂52的密合力提高。结果,对于因环境温度的变化、振动等而产生的应力,树脂不易剥离,粘合的可靠性提高。
图5为表示又一变形例的电子控制装置的局部截面图。如图5的(a)所示,在该变形例中,在与控制基板6的通孔64相对应的位置上、在第1框体4上设置凸部43。
如图5的(b)所示,以凸部43卡合至控制基板6的通孔64的方式在第1框体4上安装控制基板6。通过凸部43嵌合至通孔64,控制基板6在第1框体4上得以定位。继而,将加热夹具8抵压至第2框体5的阶梯部51而使树脂变形。
如图5的(c)所示,通过利用加热夹具8进行加热,阶梯部51的一部分树脂52流入至通孔64并固化。阶梯部51的一部分树脂52与凸部43在通孔64内碰面。
根据图5的变形例,通过使第1框体4上设置的凸部43嵌合至控制基板6的通孔64,可以在外壳2内对控制基板6进行定位。进一步地,凸部43与通孔64以及阶梯部51的树脂52相结合而将控制基板6固定在外壳2内。因而,能够获得将控制基板6定位在外壳2内的功能和固定在外壳2内的功能兼具的构成。因此,可以省略仅用于定位的构成,相应地,能够谋求控制基板6的小型化。
图6为表示又一变形例的电子控制装置的局部截面图。图6中,对作为固定部的阶梯部的形状和加热夹具的形状进行说明。
如图6的(a)所示,在第2框体5的侧壁为直线的情况下,如果将加热夹具8a放在第2框体5的上表面而欲使树脂软化、流动,则由于到控制基板6的距离较长,因此会因树脂流动而导致第2框体5的壁厚减少、刚性降低。另一方面,在将加热夹具8b放在第2框体5的侧面而使树脂软化、流动的情况下,由于到控制基板6的距离较短,因此能抑制成为盖体的部分的壁厚减少导致的刚性降低,但是,只能用树脂覆盖控制基板6的侧面,所以有控制基板6的固定力降低的担忧。
因此,宜像图6的(b)、(c)所示那样在第2框体5上与控制基板6的规定区域相对应的位置设置阶梯部51、51a。
图6的(b)中,是利用顶端为L字形的加热夹具8c一边加热一边按压阶梯部51。图6的(c)中,是使阶梯部51a带有倾斜,利用加热夹具8d从斜上侧进行按压。
如此,通过在第2框体5上形成阶梯部51、51a,能使被加热夹具加热的树脂的流动距离变得最短,从而能抑制成为盖体的部分的壁厚减少导致的刚性降低。进一步地,可以利用树脂来覆盖固定控制基板6的上表面及侧面,从而能提高控制基板6的固定可靠性。
作为将第2框体5固接至第1框体4的方法,例如可以使用热铆接、振动熔敷、超声波熔敷、激光熔敷等。
根据电子控制装置1的搭载场所的不同,有时需要防水性。在需要防水性的情况下,宜在第1框体4与第2框体5之间、第1框体4与连接器7之间、连接器7与第2框体5之间分别涂布具有粘接性的密封材料。关于密封材料的硬化类型,热硬化或湿度硬化均可。由此,可以防止异物、水等浸入至电子控制装置1内部。
根据如此构成的本实施例,通过使作为固定部的阶梯部51粘合至控制基板6的规定区域,可以将控制基板6固定在外壳2内而不使用螺钉等特殊构件。
根据本实施例,连接器7是以液密方式对外壳2的开口部加盖的方式设置,因此,可以经由连接器7将外部装置与控制基板6电连接。
根据本实施例,将从控制基板6的另一端(印刷线路基板61的另一端)朝内侧隔开第1规定距离L1程度的区域设定为固定至外壳2的规定区域。距离L1可以设定成为了将控制基板6固定在外壳2内所需的最小限度的长度。由此,能使控制基板6小型化。
根据本实施例,将从规定区域进一步地朝内侧隔开第2规定距离L2以上的区域设定为能够安装电子零件62的区域。由此,能够抑制将控制基板6固定至外壳2内的时候的热对电子零件62产生影响。
根据本实施例,在控制基板6的规定区域设置通孔64,利用外壳2的树脂(详细而言,为第2框体5的树脂的一部分)来填埋通孔64,由此将控制基板6固定在外壳2内。由此,可以增加外壳2与控制基板6粘合的面积,从而能提高密合的可靠性。
实施例2
使用图7~图9,对第2实施例进行说明。在包括本实施例在内的以下各实施例中,以与第1实施例的不同点为中心来进行说明。
图7为电子控制装置1a的外观立体图。图8展示电子控制装置1a的构成和组装顺序。
与第1实施例中叙述过的电子控制装置1一样,本实施例的电子控制装置1a也具备外壳2a和设置在外壳2a内的控制基板组件3。在外壳2a的下侧设置有多个车辆固定部22。
此处,与第1实施例中叙述过的外壳2不一样,本实施例的外壳2a没有分割成多个框体,而是通过使用例如注塑成型技术来一体地形成为具有开口部的有底方筒状。
参考图8。在控制基板6中,在印刷线路基板61的安装区域内安装有微电脑等电子零件62。印刷线路基板61例如使用以玻璃环氧树脂等为基底的印刷线路基板。在该印刷线路基板61上连接控制基板6的电子零件62时,使用Sn-Cu焊料、Sn-Ag-Cu焊料、Sn-Ag-Cu-Bi焊料等无铅焊料。
将图8的(b)所示的连接器7像图8的(c)所示那样安装至控制基板6。由此,生成控制基板组件3。连接器7由用于连接控制基板6与未图示的车辆侧线束的连接器端子72和用于使端子72排列成规定间距并加以保持的连接器罩壳71a构成。出于导电性、小型化、成本的观点,连接器端子72的材料宜为铜或铜合金。连接器罩壳71a上一体地设置有朝图8中的上侧突出的上侧加盖部711和朝图8中的下侧突出的下侧加盖部712。通过这各加盖部711、712,在将控制基板组件3装配固定在外壳2a内时,外壳2a的开口部得到加盖。
连接器罩壳71a的材料宜使用PBT、PA66、PPS等轻量、耐热性优异的树脂。在印刷线路基板61上连接电子零件62时,例如使用Sn-Cu焊料、Sn-Ag-Cu焊料、Sn-Ag-Cu-Bi焊料等无铅焊料。再者,关于连接器7a的类型,表面安装型或压入配合型均可。
如图8的(d)所示,外壳2a由PBT、PA66、PPS等轻量、耐热性优异的树脂通过注塑成型技术等一体形成。在外壳2a内形成有基板收纳空间21,而且在面对开口部那一面设置有供控制基板6的另一端侧插入的基板安装部24。并且,在与基板安装部24相对应的位置上、在外壳2a的表面一体地形成有作为固定部的阶梯部23。
如图8的(e)所示,将控制基板6插入至基板安装部24直至控制基板6的另一端侧抵接至外壳2a的内表面而停止为止,由此将控制基板组件3安装在外壳2a内。
继而,如图8的(e)所示,将加热夹具8抵压至外壳2a的阶梯部23,由此使构成外壳2a的树脂的一部分软化而流动,从而使软化后的树脂抵压至控制基板6的另一端侧而粘合。
如图8的(f)所示,外壳2a的阶梯部23以从上侧覆盖基板安装部24中插入的控制基板6的另一端侧的方式进行粘合。由此,控制基板6的另一端侧在基板安装部24内得以固定。控制基板6的一端侧经由连接器7a固定在外壳2a的开口部。结果,控制基板6的两端部得以固定在外壳2a内。再者,为了使得控制基板6的固定更加牢固,宜利用树脂将控制基板6的侧面也加以覆盖。此外,也可在控制基板6的表面设置提高与树脂的粘合的粘接层。
图9为第2实施例的变形例的电子控制装置1a的局部截面图。如图9的(a)所示,控制基板6也可具有通孔64。如图9的(b)所示,可将加热夹具8抵压至外壳2a的阶梯部23,由此,如图9的(c)所示,使外壳2a的树脂的一部分软化而在通孔64内的一部分或全部填充树脂。由此,控制基板6与树脂的粘合面积增加,可以更牢固地固定控制基板6。结果,对于因环境温度变化、振动等而产生的应力,树脂不易剥离,粘合可靠性提高。此外,在金属框体的情况下,在形成内螺纹时金属屑会留在螺孔内,在组装产品时,若落下的金属屑附着在电路基板上的电子零件端子之间,则电路有可能短路,而在本实施例中,由于使用非导电性的树脂来进行固定,因此没有电路短路的担忧,可以提供高品质的电子控制装置。
实施例3
使用图10,对第3实施例进行说明。在本实施例中,对将控制基板6固定在外壳2a内的区域9的设定例进行说明。图10中是列举运用于第2实施例的情况为例来进行说明,但也能运用于第1实施例的情况。
如图10的(a)所示,可在外壳2a的除开口部以外的周缘(面对开口部那一侧和外壳2a的左右两侧)设定固定区域9。即,能以固定控制基板6的四边当中除与外壳2a的开口部相对应的边以外的三边的方式设定固定区域9。在固定区域9内设置作为固定部的阶梯部23。
通过从外侧利用加热夹具对与这三边相对应的外壳2a的表面进行加热,能够牢固地将控制基板6固定在外壳2a内。再者,由于控制基板6上设置的连接器7a经由密封构件(未图示)安装在外壳2a的开口部,结果,控制基板6的四边得以固定在外壳2a上。
可像图10的(b)所示那样在控制基板6的左右两侧设定固定区域9,或者,也可像图10的(c)所示那样局部地、断续地设定所需数量的多个固定区域9。所谓控制基板6的左右两侧,在图10的例子中意指从连接器7侧观察(从正面观察)控制基板6时的左右两侧。
如此构成的本实施例也取得与第1、第2实施例同样的作用效果。进而,在本实施例中,可以根据电子控制装置1a的使用状况、目的等来酌情设定将控制基板6固定至外壳2a的区域9,设计的自由度提高。
实施例4
使用图11,对第4实施例进行说明。在本实施例中,在一体形成的外壳2b的大致中央部设置有作为“其他固定部”的阶梯部26。
与第2实施例中叙述过的外壳2a一样,外壳2b一体形成为具有开口部的有底方筒状。在外壳2b的图11中的上侧的大致中央部形成有阶梯部26。
即,在本实施例的外壳2b中,除了对应于设定在控制基板6的另一端侧的规定区域而设置的阶梯部23以外,还设置有与设定在控制基板6的大致中央部的其他规定区域相对应的其他阶梯部26。
此处,为方便说明,对在控制基板6的大致中央部设定“其他规定区域”的情况进行说明,但并不限于此。其他规定区域可以在位于控制基板6的周缘部内侧的任一位置设定至少一个。
在外壳2b的下侧设置有支承部27,所述支承部27的位置与阶梯部26相对,用于将控制基板6的大致中央部夹持在自身与阶梯部26之间。支承部27可形成于外壳2b内,也可形成于控制基板6的下表面。
通过使加热夹具8e一边发热一边按压至阶梯部26,能使外壳2b的上部大致中央附近的树脂软化而粘合至控制基板6的大致中央部,从而可以利用支承部27和阶梯部26将控制基板6固定在外壳2b内。由此,控制基板6通过粘合至其另一端侧的阶梯部23和粘合至其大致中央部的阶梯部26及支承部27而固定在外壳2b内,而且,控制基板6的一端侧经由连接器7a及密封构件固定至外壳2b。
再者,在控制基板6中,在加热工序时加热夹具8e使得大致中央部的温度上升,因此,为了避免电子零件62受到温度上升的影响,可将从阶梯部26粘合至控制基板6的位置隔开另一第2规定距离L3以上的区域设定为电子零件62的可安装区域。因而,在图11的情况下,例如在控制基板6的另一侧,可在与阶梯部26粘合的位置隔开距离L3以上而且与控制基板6的另一端侧的规定区域也隔开距离L2以上的区域内搭载电子零件62。可以安装电子零件62的区域的设定方法为一个优选例,本实施例不限定于上述的安装区域设定方法。具备在控制基板6的周缘以外的区域(例如大致中央部)内将控制基板6固定至外壳2b而不使用螺钉等的构成的电子控制装置包含在本实施例的揭示范围内。
如此构成的本实施例也取得与第1、第2实施例同样的作用效果。进而,在本实施例中,由于在控制基板6的周缘部以外的区域内也能固定至外壳2b,因此能进一步提高可靠性。本实施例也能运用于第1实施例,也能与第3实施例组合。
以上,对本发明的电子控制装置的实施方式进行了详细叙述,但本发明并不限定于所述各实施例,可以在不脱离权利要求书记载的本发明的精神的范围内进行各种设计变更。

1.一种电子控制装置,其在外壳内设置有控制基板,该电子控制装置的特征在于,
所述外壳由热塑性树脂形成,
所述外壳上一体地形成有至少一个固定部,
所述固定部通过进行热变形而与所述控制基板的规定区域内设置的贯穿所述控制基板的通孔粘合并填埋所述通孔的至少一部分,从而将所述控制基板固定在所述外壳内,
所述外壳具备安装至车体的第1框体和以覆盖所述第1框体的一面的方式设置的第2框体,
所述第1框体在与所述控制基板的所述通孔相对应的位置上设置有凸部,在所述第2框体上形成有所述固定部,
所述第1框体的所述凸部嵌合至所述控制基板的所述通孔,在所述通孔内与所述固定部碰面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电子控制装置,其特征在于,
所述外壳形成为一端侧成为开口部的有底筒状,在与所述一端侧相对的另一端侧设置有所述固定部,
所述控制基板在一端侧设置有嵌装至所述开口部的连接器部,与所述一端侧相对的另一端侧粘合固定至所述固定部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电子控制装置,其特征在于,
所述规定区域被设定为从所述控制基板的另一端侧朝内侧隔开第1规定距离的区域,
在所述控制基板上的所述规定区域以外的可安装区域内安装电子零件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电子控制装置,其特征在于,
所述可安装区域的端部被设定为从所述规定区域朝内侧隔开第2规定距离以上的区域。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的电子控制装置,其特征在于,
所述固定部以将所述控制基板的所述规定区域包入进去的方式进行粘合,由此将所述控制基板固定在所述外壳内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电子控制装置,其特征在于,
在所述外壳上还设置有其他固定部,所述其他固定部在所述控制基板的周边部以外的其他规定区域内将所述控制基板固定在所述外壳内。
7.根据权利要求2所述的电子控制装置,其特征在于,

8.一种电子控制装置的制造方法,其特征在于,执行如下工序:
准备外壳,所述外壳上一体地设置有至少一个通过与控制基板的规定区域粘合而将控制基板固定在内部用的固定部,具备安装至车体并设置有凸部的第1框体和以覆盖所述第1框体的一面的方式设置并形成有所述固定部的第2框体,而且该外壳是由热塑性树脂一体形成的;
以所述控制基板的规定区域对应于所述固定部的方式将所述控制基板安装在所述外壳内,使所述第1框体的所述凸部嵌合至所述控制基板的所述规定区域内设置的贯穿所述控制基板的通孔;以及
从所述外壳的外侧加热所述固定部而使所述固定部热变形,由此,使所述固定部与所述通孔粘合并填埋所述通孔的一部分,所述凸部在所述通孔内与所述固定部碰面,从而以将所述控制基板的所述规定区域包入进去的方式使所述固定部粘合,由此将所述控制基板固定在所述外壳内。
