本发明涉及生理鞋,主要但非排他性地应用于婴儿和幼儿,动态构造优选聚合物或者天然存在的微粒,其应用于位于支撑鞋垫和不平整鞋底之间的腔室,不平整的布置和鞋跟稳定器应用于地板,模拟自然地板,这是刺激肌肉激活的因素,因此有助于脚的正常和理想的成熟。
本发明来自关于足部发育、儿童步态、足部发育中的必要步骤以及干扰该发育的因素的硕士论文,以及来自材料分析测试、步态分析以及穿鞋的和赤足的婴儿的肌电图。除了产生的产品-生理鞋之外,还开发了一种技术以及用于嵌入本文提到的微粒的新型装置。
该技术符合经济学研究学会apud读物(2005)提出的人体工程学概念。穿鞋的脚不仅应该代表与风俗和社会地位相关的必要服装,更重要的是,作为与人体直接接触的产品;它们应该源于对人类以及人类的工作,设备和环境之间关系的研究,以获得解剖学,生理学和心理学方面的知识,以解决因这种关系而产生的问题。
基本上,鞋子由子集组成。根据O'Keeffe(1996)和Kohlrausch(2009)的说法,制作鞋子最重要的基本要素是鞋楦,鞋楦是人脚的程式化复制品,其决定了鞋子的形状,以及体重如何分布在脚上,这是鞋子舒适度的两个关键特征。然而,安装在鞋楦上和鞋楦下方的每个部件被细分为一系列其他的具有很特定的特征和功能的部件。为此,对0-24个月的儿童的脚进行了人体学测量研究,以找到用于婴儿脚的理想的鞋楦的尺寸。
本发明采用全新的技术和布置,提供了保护使用者的脚的鞋底的新形状,当其尖端被抬起时有助于标准的脚部卷曲,通过起到防止扭转的脚跟稳定器的作用来保护脚踝,该鞋底为对天然鞋底的不平坦仿造,因此有助于加强肌肉并改善平衡,提供高阻力,柔韧性和轻盈性,使得除了减轻冲击力外,还为使用者提供了高舒适度。
因为材料被模制成每只脚在每个脚步中的形状,因此,构成鞋垫的动态微粒允许鞋与脚的更大的接触面积,这样除了通过其动态性为脚部肌肉提供更大的激活以外,还防止了由于脚的骨骼肌发育不良导致的可能的异常。另外,鞋底上部和鞋垫顶部的材料允许吸汗。
在现有技术中,如专利数据库中的研究所证明的,尤其是在方法中,专利号PCTBR/2013000559、US4524539A、DE3833231C2、BR 202012009273-0U2、CN203194703U、CN201420370638U、CN201520013085U、US2006644005A、JP200839064A、CN200920073368U、CN201120401373U证明绝大多数的鞋子是基于简单的技术,密集的劳动,或者仅仅是基于细分;也就是说,在简化的过程中,使产品在价格方面更具有吸引力,而不利于思考开发解决脚部发育阶段(脚部成熟期)的人体工程学问题的产品,无论是在快速发育的阶段(即独立行走的第一个六个月),还是在缓慢发育阶段(直到7岁),都是脚部发育阶段。
因此,现有的鞋子很少或没有带来人体工程学和人体测量学研究,这可能引起异常,例如所谓的“平足”。还可以看出,在当前的现有技术中,大多数鞋垫由弹性体材料形成,不管它们是切割板还是已经处于最终形状的热成型材料。
与现有技术不同,本发明具有一种产品,该产品已经将微粒注入位于安装鞋垫和鞋底之间的腔室中,该产品试图使行走时提供的冲击最小化,特别是保护脚后跟,以及有时会减少热量,从而有助于脚的正确构造和成熟。应用于鞋底的不规则排列延伸到脚后跟区域,起到了扶壁作用。
