Abstract

本发明涉及一种打印纸的分离装置,包括基座和卡纸件,基座上设有打印纸容纳腔,还包括使打印纸中部拱起且两侧贴近打印纸容纳腔底部的塑形结构,卡纸件设有与塑形结构相配合的让位中部和设于其两侧的仅能让一张打印纸通过的挡纸部。本发明的打印纸分离装置解决了在传送打印纸时多张打印纸同时传送的问题。本发明还提供了一种打印机,由于打印纸传输顺畅,减少因多重打印纸传入而造成打印机无法打印或使打印机出现故障等问题。

Description

一种打印纸的分离装置及打印机
技术领域
本发明涉及打印机技术领域,尤其是一种打印纸的分离装置及打印机。
背景技术
由于打印机都是逐张打印的,所以必须保证从进纸仓内未打印的纸张每次进入打印机中的打印纸有且只有一张,目前采用的分离装置都是利用搓纸辊、打印纸及摩擦片之间的不同摩擦力来对纸张进行分离送入,从而避免两张或多张打印纸同时进入到打印机的问题,但是由于打印纸张之间的摩擦力并非固定不变的,当环境较为潮湿时,打印纸会发生受潮而出现粘粘,从而导致打印机一次进纸两张或多张,最终造成打印机不能正常吃进而停机的情况,而当环境较为干燥时,打印纸张之间会产生静电而相互吸附在一起,使用现有的搓纸辊和摩擦片难以将其分离开来,同样会出现打印机一次进纸多张的问题,而且干燥的纸张会降低其与搓纸辊和摩擦片之间的摩擦力,从而导致搓纸轮出现空转而不进纸的情况。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种打印纸的分离装置及打印机,解决上述问题中可能出现的传输打印纸纸张不是唯一的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种打印纸的分离装置,包括基座和卡纸件,所述基座上设有打印纸容纳腔,还包括使所述打印纸中部拱起且两侧贴近所述打印纸容纳腔底部的塑形结构,所述卡纸件设有与所述塑形结构相配合的让位中部和在其两侧至少设有一个仅能让一张打印纸通过的挡纸部。
进一步的,所述塑形结构包括从所述打印纸容纳腔底部向上凸起的使所述打印纸中部拱起的支撑部和对所述打印纸两侧向下施压使所述打印纸两侧贴近所述打印纸容纳腔的压紧部。
进一步的,所述打印纸容纳腔底部的前端中部设有搓纸辊,所述搓纸辊从所述打印纸容纳腔底部向上凸起,所述支撑部设于所述搓纸辊上。
进一步的,所述搓纸辊在驱动装置带动下把所述打印纸向前传送。
进一步的,还包括施压件,所述压紧部设于所述施压件前端两侧,其使所述打印纸两侧贴近所述打印纸容纳腔底部。
进一步的,所述塑形结构包括两限位壁和与两限位壁配合给所述打印纸施加朝所述打印纸容纳腔底部方向压力的施压件,所述两侧壁平行设置且距离小于一张纸的宽度。
进一步的,所述卡纸件靠近所述打印纸容纳腔侧的让位中部设有呈拱门状导角,所述导角与所述中部拱起的打印纸相适配。
进一步的,所述卡纸件两侧设有所述挡纸部,所述卡纸件两端部设有两让位端,所述两侧的挡纸部分别位于所述让位中部与所述两让位端之间。
本发明还提供了一种打印机,包括外壳,和所述的一种打印纸的分离装置。
进一步的,所述施压件与所述外壳之间设有朝所述打印纸容纳腔方向给所述打印纸施加压力的弹性件。
本发明提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
1、本方案通过塑形结构使打印纸中部拱起,使打印纸拱起的底部纸张间容易抽出,有利减少打印纸之间的相互吸附,利于传输单张打印纸,而卡纸件设置仅能让一张纸通过的挡纸部,保证了送入打印机的打印纸张是唯一的,解决多张打印纸同时传送的问题。
2、在施压件与壳体之间设有朝打印纸容纳腔方向的打印纸施加压力弹性件,增大打印纸传输的摩擦力,使搓纸辊不会因为摩擦力过小而出现搓纸辊空转不进纸的情况,减少打印机出现故障率。

如图1所示,在本发明的第一实施例中,一种打印纸的分离装置,包括基座1、基座1上用于堆放打印纸4的打印纸容纳腔11、打印纸容纳腔底部111向上突起且能带动打印纸4向前传送的搓纸辊5、用于容纳一张打印纸4通过的卡纸件2、用于压住打印纸4使打印纸4中部起拱的塑形结构和施加给塑形结构两侧的压紧部72压力使打印纸4两侧紧贴打印纸容纳腔底部111的施压件3。
结合图1至图5所示,卡纸件2为大致为一长条形结构,其左右两侧设有加长的支撑板21,与基座1上的卡槽12相匹配,用于限制卡纸件2的前后移动,两端向前还设有延伸部22,延伸部22上设有扣件221,用于和打印纸容纳腔11侧壁上的开口13相配合,使卡纸件2固定在基座1上,卡纸件2底部设有让位中部23、两挡纸部24和两让位端25,让位中部23位于底部中间,两让位端25位于底部的两端部,两挡纸部24位于让位中部23与两让位端25之间,两挡纸部24相对于让位中部23与两让位端25更加凸出,卡纸件2底部与打印纸容纳腔底部111具有间隙,可容纳打印纸4通过。如图4所示,具体而言,所述卡纸件2用于分离打印纸容纳腔11内传输过来的堆叠在一起的打印纸4,为了有利提高打印效果,逐张打印的效果最好,通过控制卡纸件2与打印纸容纳腔11之间的间隙,达到分离堆叠打印纸4的目的,卡纸件2的挡纸部24与打印纸容纳腔11之间的间隙仅能容纳打印纸4最底端的一张打印纸4通过,不能允许两种打印纸4同时通过,保证了送入打印机的打印纸4是唯一的。可以假设打印纸4的厚度为L,则卡纸件2的挡纸部24与打印纸容纳腔11之间的间隙为L到2L之间,可以取最优的1.5L,这样既能保证最底端一张之间通过具有足够的间隙,又能保证间隙不足两张打印纸4同时通过。可能打印纸4的制造厚度不一,但也会在一定的范围,例如,打印纸4的厚度为0.3mm~0.5mm之间,则两张打印纸4的厚度在0.6mm~1mm之间,这样我们可以选择的间隙在0.5mm~0.6mm之间,可以取个最优值0.55mm,可以满足再此范围内都能通过唯一的打印纸4。
结合图1、图6、图7和图8所示,在打印纸容纳腔底部111的前端中部设有搓纸辊5,搓纸辊5从打印纸容纳腔底部111向上凸起,搓纸辊5在驱动装置带动下把打印纸4向前传送,为了使堆叠的打印纸4能向前传送,且能方便分离,在打印纸4上设有一塑形结构,所述塑形结构施压使打印纸4中部起拱且两侧贴紧打印纸容纳腔底部111,堆叠的打印纸4中间起拱能使底部的打印纸4容易抽出,不会吸附在一起,两侧贴紧使打印纸4传送能通过卡纸件2,不会因拱起而抵接卡纸件2导致无法传输。
具体的,结合图8和图9所示,塑形结构包括从打印纸容纳腔底部111向上突起的使打印纸4中部拱起的支撑部51、对打印纸4两侧向下施压使打印纸4两侧贴近打印纸容纳腔11的压紧部72,优选地,支撑部51设于搓纸辊上,搓纸辊5从打印纸容纳腔底部111向上突起。压紧部72设于施压件3前端两侧,通过施压件3施加向下的压力,使打印纸4两侧贴近所述打印纸容纳腔底部111,而中间部分由于搓纸辊5突起打印纸容纳腔底部111而使打印纸4拱起,从而使打印纸4容易抽出,有利于打印纸4的分离。
在卡纸件2靠近打印纸容纳腔11侧的让位中部23上设有呈拱门状导角26,拱门状导角26的形状与中部拱起的打印纸4形状相适配,用于中部拱起打印纸4的导向面,打印纸4两侧被压紧部72压紧贴向打印纸容纳腔11,在搓纸辊5传送中,最底端打印纸4中部拱起的最高点与打印纸容纳腔底部111的高度可能大于卡纸件2的让位中部23,设置拱门状导角26,使最底端打印纸4中部拱起在传输中会慢慢展平通过卡纸件2,不是抵接在卡止件上无法通过导致需要更大的传输力,会导致打印纸4破损出现卡纸状况。
为了防止打印纸4贴紧打印纸容纳腔底部111时,可能产生的静电吸附作用,导致最底端的打印纸4无法正常传送导致空转情况,可在打印纸容纳腔底部111分布一些支撑条112,支撑条112的高度很小,即能保证不会压皱打印纸4,又能使打印纸4与打印纸容纳腔底部111每一小段具有微小的缝隙,使打印纸4更加容易传送。
在本实施例中的使用方法和工作原理为:首先将规定量的打印纸4放入打印纸容纳腔11,并用通过施压件3使塑形结构抵紧打印纸4,然后打开打印机的驱动装置,搓纸辊5带动打印纸4传送,由施压件3施加通过塑形结构在打印纸4上的压紧力,当打印纸4经搓纸辊5时,会使打印纸4中部沿搓纸辊5上的支撑部51拱起,两端由压紧部72使打印纸4两侧贴近打印纸容纳腔11,当两张或者多张打印纸4传送到卡纸件2,由于卡纸件2挡纸部24的间隙仅能容纳一张打印纸4通过,通过压紧力和搓纸辊5向前传输的摩擦力作用下,最底端的打印纸4通过卡纸件2,其中部拱起的部分被卡纸件2上拱门状导角26慢慢向前传输展平传送至打印机内打印,当最底端的纸传输通过卡纸件2后,倒数第二张的打印纸4在施压件3的作用下就会贴紧打印纸容纳腔11底端,成为最底端的打印纸4,在压紧力和搓纸辊5向前传输的摩擦力作用下,继续向前传送到打印机内打印,依次动作下去,使每次向打印机中传送的打印纸4有且仅有一张。
本发明还提供第二种实施例,结合图10和图11所示,本实施例与实施例一相同,仅为塑形结构不同,实施例二的塑形结构包括两限位壁8和与两限位壁8配合给打印纸4施加朝打印纸容纳腔底部111方向压力的施压件3,通过施压件3施压前端两侧的压紧部72使打印纸4两侧紧贴打印纸容纳腔底部111,两限位壁8在打印纸容纳腔11内平行设置且距离小于一张纸的宽度,使打印纸4置于打印纸容纳腔11内可以中部起拱,从而使打印纸4之间容易抽出,有利于打印纸4的分离。具体的,也可以把两限位壁8设成者一端可移动,或者两端均可移动,可以根据打印不同类型的打印纸4移动一端或者同时移动两端,移动至两限位壁8的距离小于一张纸的宽度,使置于打印纸容纳腔11内的打印纸4可以中部起拱。
本发明还提供了一种打印机,如图12所示,包括外壳(图中未示)和上述的打印纸分离装置,在施压件3与外壳之间设有使朝打印纸容纳腔11方向给打印纸4施加压力的弹性件6,弹性件6优选为弹簧,弹性件6一端固定在施压件3上,一端固定在外壳上,外壳通过弹性件6给施压件3一压紧力,从而达到压紧打印纸4的效果。

1.一种打印纸的分离装置,包括基座(1)和卡纸件(2),所述基座(1)上设有打印纸容纳腔(11),其特征在于,还包括使所述打印纸(4)中部拱起且两侧贴近所述打印纸容纳腔底部(111)的塑形结构,所述卡纸件(2)设有与所述塑形结构相配合的让位中部(23)和在其两侧至少设有一个仅能让一张打印纸(4)通过的挡纸部(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种打印纸的分离装置,其特征在于,所述塑形结构包括从所述打印纸容纳腔底部(111)向上凸起的使所述打印纸(4)中部拱起的支撑部(51)和对所述打印纸(4)两侧向下施压使所述打印纸(4)两侧贴近所述打印纸容纳腔(11)的压紧部(72)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种打印纸的分离装置,其特征在于,所述打印纸容纳腔底部(111)的前端中部设有搓纸辊(5),所述搓纸辊(5)从所述打印纸容纳腔底部(111)向上凸起,所述支撑部(51)设于所述搓纸辊(5)上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种打印纸的分离装置,其特征在于,所述搓纸辊(5)在驱动装置带动下把所述打印纸(4)向前传送。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种打印纸的分离装置,其特征在于,还包括施压件(3),所述压紧部(72)设于所述施压件(3)前端两侧,其使所述打印纸(4)两侧贴近所述打印纸容纳腔底部(111)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种打印纸的分离装置,其特征在于,所述塑形结构包括两限位壁(8)和与两限位壁(8)配合给所述打印纸(4)施加朝所述打印纸容纳腔底部(111)方向压力的施压件(3),所述两侧壁平行设置且距离小于一张纸的宽度。
7.根据权利要求1至6任意一项所述的一种打印纸的分离装置,其特征在于,所述卡纸件(2)靠近所述打印纸容纳腔(11)侧的让位中部(23)设有呈拱门状导角(26),所述导角(26)与所述中部拱起的打印纸(4)相适配。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种打印纸的分离装置,其特征在于,所述卡纸件(2)两侧设有所述挡纸部(24),所述卡纸件(2)两端部设有两让位端(25),所述两侧的挡纸部(24)分别位于所述让位中部(23)与所述两让位端(25)之间。
9.一种打印机,包括外壳,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的一种打印纸的分离装置。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种打印机,其特征在于,所述施压件(3)与所述外壳之间设有朝所述打印纸容纳腔(11)方向给所述打印纸(4)施加压力的弹性件(6)。
