Abstract
本发明公开了一种橡胶工业用布及其制造方法,包括聚酯短纤维基布,所述聚酯短纤维基布的一侧固定连接有第一橡胶片,所述聚酯短纤维基布远离第一橡胶片的一侧固定连接有第二橡胶片,所述第一橡胶片与第二橡胶片的表面均设有凸点,本发明选用聚酯短纤维材质的布料作为基础原布,其质地佳、强度大、高模量且浸渍后的粘合力强,通过在两侧设置第一橡胶片与第二橡胶片增大耐磨性能,也增加了橡胶制品的使用寿命,代替了传统的涤棉混纺布、纯棉布和人造棉布。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶制造技术领域,具体涉及一种橡胶工业用布及其制造方法。
背景技术
橡胶的弹性大、弹性模量较低,在外力作用下极易产生变形。因此,很多橡胶制品都会粘合特定的用布来增加其强度和抗形变的能力,我们将这种粘合在橡胶制品中起保护和支撑作用的用布称之为橡胶工业用布,在橡胶工业用布的制备过程中,用布材质的选择、用布制造方法的应用、用布制造设备的配置都至关重要,现有的橡胶工业用布强度较低、抗磨性能较差导致使用质量下降,寿命低下,具有一定的缺陷性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种橡胶工业用布及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种橡胶工业用布,包括聚酯短纤维基布,所述聚酯短纤维基布的一侧固定连接有第一橡胶片,所述聚酯短纤维基布远离第一橡胶片的一侧固定连接有第二橡胶片,所述第一橡胶片与第二橡胶片的表面均设有凸点。
优选的,所述凸点之间连成凸点纹,且凸点纹的高度相同。
一种橡胶工业用布制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚酯短纤维基布通过输送带输送至浸胶机中进行浸胶;
步骤二,将步骤一中浸胶完成后的聚酯短纤维基布通过输送带输送至检测设备中进行检测,观察其质量状态,观察其表面是否有污垢;
步骤三,将步骤二中检测合格的聚酯短纤维基布两侧放置第一橡胶片与第二橡胶片并通过压合机进行压合,制得橡胶工业用布坯料;
步骤四,将步骤三中压合后的坯料输送至切割机中进行分切;
步骤五,将步骤四中分切完成后的所得布输入固化机,经定型机拉伸固定,依次通过固化机体,并接受加热;
步骤六,将步骤五中所得输入收布机内收布,即得橡胶工业用布。
本发明的技术效果和优点:本发明提出的一种橡胶工业用布及其制造方法与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明选用聚酯短纤维材质的布料作为基础原布,其质地佳、强度大、高模量且浸渍后的粘合力强,通过在两侧设置第一橡胶片与第二橡胶片增大耐磨性能,也增加了橡胶制品的使用寿命,代替了传统的涤棉混纺布、纯棉布和人造棉布。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
一种橡胶工业用布,包括聚酯短纤维基布1,聚酯短纤维基布1的一侧固定连接有第一橡胶片2,聚酯短纤维基布1远离第一橡胶片2的一侧固定连接有第二橡胶片3,第一橡胶片1与第二橡胶片3的表面均设有凸,4。
进一步的,凸点4之间连成凸点纹,且凸点纹的高度相同。
一种橡胶工业用布及其制造方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚酯短纤维基布1通过输送带输送至浸胶机中进行浸胶;
步骤二,将步骤一中浸胶完成后的聚酯短纤维基布1通过输送带输送至检测设备中进行检测,观察其质量状态,观察其表面是否有污垢;
步骤三,将步骤二中检测合格的聚酯短纤维基布1两侧放置第一橡胶片2与第二橡胶片3并通过压合机进行压合,制得橡胶工业用布坯料;
步骤四,将步骤三中压合后的坯料输送至切割机中进行分切;
步骤五,将步骤四中分切完成后的所得布输入固化机,经定型机拉伸固定,依次通过固化机体,并接受加热;
步骤六,将步骤五中所得输入收布机内收布,即得橡胶工业用布。

1.一种橡胶工业用布,包括聚酯短纤维基布(1),其特征在于:所述聚酯短纤维基布(1)的一侧固定连接有第一橡胶片(2),所述聚酯短纤维基布(1)远离第一橡胶片(2)的一侧固定连接有第二橡胶片(3),所述第一橡胶片(1)与第二橡胶片(3)的表面均设有凸点(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶工业用布及其制造方法,其特征在于:所述凸点(4)之间连成凸点纹,且凸点纹的高度相同。
3.一种橡胶工业用布的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚酯短纤维基布1通过输送带输送至浸胶机中进行浸胶;
步骤二,将步骤一中浸胶完成后的聚酯短纤维基布1通过输送带输送至检测设备中进行检测,观察其质量状态,观察其表面是否有污垢;
步骤三,将步骤二中检测合格的聚酯短纤维基布1两侧放置第一橡胶片2与第二橡胶片3并通过压合机进行压合,制得橡胶工业用布坯料;
