技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种橡胶工业用布及其制造方法与制造设备。
背景技术
橡胶的弹性大、弹性模量较低,在外力作用下极易产生变形。因此,很多橡胶制品都会粘合特定的用布来增加其强度和抗形变的能力,我们将这种粘合在橡胶制品中起保护和支撑作用的用布称之为橡胶工业用布。
在橡胶工业用布的制备过程中,用布材质的选择、用布制造方法的应用、用布制造设备的配置都至关重要。当前,涤棉混纺布、纯棉布、人造棉布三种材质的布料最为常用,但从质量上来讲,他们模量低,不耐磨,且经浸渍加热后的粘合力差,唯有通过两层布的包裹才能实现其功能,但也会带来诸如两层布之间剪切、带体生热快、易破损等问题,由此影响橡胶制品的使用寿命。对于橡胶工业用布制造方法,尤其对于浸渍过程中的加热问题,传统的加热多采用电加热板加热、热风机加热或天然气加热,该种加热使物料本身由外向内接受热量,热量给速慢,耗时长,温度穿透能力差,橡胶工业用布与浸渍溶液不能迅速结合,进而影响橡胶工业用布与橡胶之间的粘合力,最终影响橡胶制品的使用寿命。与此同时,传统的橡胶工业用布制造工艺烦长,尤其是蒸汽干燥或导热油干燥步骤拥杂多样,生产效率低下。除此之外,运用上述布料和制造方法制备橡胶工业用布的过程冗长,设备复杂,且占地面积大,投资成本高,已不能满足当下生产生活的需要。
因此,亟需一种设备简单且投资成本低的橡胶工业用布制造设备,一种工艺简单的橡胶工业用布制造方法以及一种强度大、粘合力强、高模量的橡胶工业用布。
发明内容
为了克服现有橡胶工业用布制造设备冗长、复杂,占地面积大,投资成本高的问题,传统橡胶工业用布制造工艺冗长复杂的问题,橡胶工业用布模量低,不耐磨,粘合力差以及需两层的问题,本发明提供了一种橡胶工业用布及其制造方法、制造设备。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种橡胶工业用布制造设备,包括放布机、浸渍机、固化机、收布机,放布机位于设备的始端,依序连接浸渍机、固化机和收布机,固化机内部包括依序连通的固相区和熟化区,并内置有定型机。
进一步地,定型机由两条环状滑道和若干针板组成,针板附着于滑道之上,滑道平行于固相机的水平方向并置于固相机的垂直方向的正中部,与进料炉孔和出料炉孔处于同一水平方向。
进一步地,固相区和熟化区内部上表面和/或下表面设有红外线辐射器。
进一步地,固相区和熟化区的内部上表面设有贯通内外的排风口,内部下表面设有进风口。
一种橡胶工业用布制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)放布:将聚酯短纤维原布输入放布机;
(b)浸渍:将(a)中原布输入浸渍机进行浸渍;
(c)固化:将(b)中所得布输入固化机,经定型机拉伸固定,依次通过固化机体,并接受加热;
(d)收布:将(c)中所得输入收布机内收布,即得橡胶工业用布。
进一步地,步骤(c)中的固化机包括依序排列的固相区和熟化区,固相区的温度为170℃~190℃,熟化区的温度为200℃~240℃,加热方式为红外线方式的加热。
一种橡胶工业用布,其通过上述橡胶工业用布制造设备和制造方法制备而成,所用用布材质包含聚酯短纤维,且其表面包裹有浸渍层。
进一步地,上述用布中聚酯短纤维含量为70%~100%。
进一步地,浸渍层是浸渍溶液在红外线加热方式下,在固相、熟化后形成的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点主要在于:
本发明橡胶工业用布制造设备淘汰了传统的电加热板加热、热风机加热或天然气加热装置,采用红外线辐射器的方式进行加热,能够使热量由内向外迅速渗透物料,使加热效率和质量都得到极大的提高,改变了传统的由外向内加热方式所产生的热量给速慢,耗时长,温度穿透能力差等问题。且只采用放布机、浸渍机、固化机和收布机即可实现橡胶工业用布的加工制造,大大简化了工艺流程,降低了设备本身的投资成本。与此同时,装置本身占地面积与传统装置相较,明显缩小,能够使生产车间的空间得到极大的节约。
本发明橡胶工业用布制造方法采用放布、浸渍、固化和收布四个步骤,即实现了橡胶工业用布的制备。用红外线加热方式代替了电加热板加热、热风机加热或天然气加热,并用高效的固相、熟化联合工艺淘汰了传统拥杂的蒸汽干燥或导热油干燥程序,使整个生产工艺得到极大简化,生产效率得到极大提高。
本发明橡胶工业用布选用聚酯短纤维材质的布料作为基础原布,其质地佳、强度大、高模量且浸渍后的粘合力强,能够从根本上克服现有技术中橡胶工业用布粘合力低、不耐磨、易破损的缺陷,同时,它可以改变传统两层橡胶工业用布的现状,实现橡胶工业用布的单层化,这大大降低了生产成本,也增加了橡胶制品的使用寿命,代替了传统的涤棉混纺布、纯棉布和人造棉布。

(c)固化:将(b)中所得布输入固化机,经定型机拉伸固定,依次通过固化机体,并接受加热;
(d)收布:将(c)中所得输入收布机内收布,即得橡胶工业用布。
步骤(c)中的固化机包括依序排列的固相区和熟化区,固相区的温度为170℃,熟化区的温度为200℃,加热方式为红外线方式的加热。
实施例2
(a)放布:将聚酯短纤维原布输入放布机,聚酯短纤维含量为85%;
(b)浸渍:将(a)中原布输入浸渍机进行浸渍,浸渍温度为常温,浸渍机内的浸渍溶液包含异氰酸酯粘合剂、酚醛树脂间苯二酚、合成胶乳和水;
(c)固化:将(b)中所得布输入固化机,经定型机拉伸固定,依次通过固化机体,并接受加热;
(d)收布:将(c)中所得输入收布机内收布,即得橡胶工业用布。
步骤(c)中的固化机包括依序排列的固相区和熟化区,固相区的温度为180℃,熟化区的温度为220℃,加热方式为红外线方式的加热。
实施例3
(a)放布:将聚酯短纤维原布输入放布机,聚酯短纤维含量为100%;
(b)浸渍:将(a)中原布输入浸渍机进行浸渍,浸渍温度为常温,浸渍机内的浸渍溶液包含异氰酸酯粘合剂、酚醛树脂间苯二酚、合成胶乳和水;
(c)固化:将(b)中所得布输入固化机,经定型机拉伸固定,依次通过固化机体,并接受加热;
(d)收布:将(c)中所得输入收布机内收布,即得橡胶工业用布。
步骤(c)中的固化机包括依序排列的固相区和熟化区,固相区的温度为190℃,熟化区的温度为240℃,加热方式为红外线方式的加热。
下面对上述橡胶工业用布制造方法所使用的制造设备做如下说明:
如图1所示,本发明橡胶工业用布制造设备包括依加工顺序布置的放布机1、浸渍机2、固化机3和收布机4。
如图2、图3、图4所示,固化机3,一端设有进料炉孔31,另一端设有出料炉孔32,固化机3内部从进料炉孔31至出料炉孔32的方向上依次设置有相连通的固相区36、熟化区37,并设有贯穿固相区36和熟化区37的定型机,定型机由两条环状滑道38和若干针板39组成,针板39附着于滑道38之上,滑道38平行于固相机3的水平方向并置于固相机3的垂直方向的正中部,同时与进料炉孔31和出料炉孔32处于同一水平面,固化机3上方设有贯通固化机3内外的排气孔34,固化机3下方设有贯通炉体3内外的进风口35,固相区36、熟化区37的上表面和/或下表面都设有红外线辐射器33,红外线辐射器33的数量和安放位置可以根据具体的需求灵活设定,并不局限于本实施例所列举的情况。
固相机3内定型机中两条滑道38,一个沿顺时针方向旋转,一个沿逆时针方向旋转,两者旋转速度相同且匀速,旋转过程中分布在两条滑道38上的针板39位置一一对应。聚酯短纤维原布经过放布机1输入、浸渍机2浸渍,输入固化机3时,由固化机3的一端进料炉孔31输入,经定型机两条滑道上针板39的固定,沿进料炉孔31至出料炉孔32的方向上匀速通过固相区36和熟化区37,并在固相区36和熟化区37内接受红外线辐射器33的加热,加热过程中所需的空气由进风口35进入,加热过程中所产生的气体和热量由排气孔34输出,最终聚酯短纤维布由出料炉孔32输出,再输入收布机4即得成品橡胶工业用布。

1.一种橡胶工业用布制造设备,其特征在于:包括放布机、浸渍机、固化机、收布机,所述放布机位于设备的始端,依序连接浸渍机、固化机和收布机,所述固化机内部包括依序连通的固相区和熟化区,并内置有定型机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶工业用布制造设备,其特征在于:所述定型机由两条环状滑道和若干针板组成,针板附着于滑道之上,滑道平行于固相机的水平方向并置于固相机的垂直方向的正中部,与进料炉孔和出料炉孔处于同一水平方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶工业用布制造设备,其特征在于:所述固相区和熟化区内部上表面和/或下表面设有红外线辐射器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橡胶工业用布制造设备,其特征在于:所述固相区和熟化区的内部上表面设有贯通内外的排风口,内部下表面设有进风口。
5.一种橡胶工业用布制造方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(a)放布:将聚酯短纤维原布输入放布机;
(b)浸渍:将(a)中原布输入浸渍机进行浸渍;
(c)固化:将(b)中所得布输入固化机,经定型机拉伸固定,依次通过固化机体,并接受加热;
(d)收布:将(c)中所得输入收布机内收布,即得橡胶工业用布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种橡胶工业用布制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(c)中的固化机包括依序排列的固相区和熟化区。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种橡胶工业用布制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(c)中的加热为红外线方式的加热。
8.一种使用权利要求1所述设备和权利要求5所述方法制备的橡胶工业用布,其特征在于:所述用布材质包含聚酯短纤维,且其表面包裹有浸渍层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种橡胶工业用布,其特征在于:所述用布中聚酯短纤维含量为70%~100%。
10.根据权利要求8所述的一种橡胶工业用布,其特征在于:所述浸渍层是浸渍溶液在红外线加热方式下,在固相、熟化后形成的。
