Abstract

一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其工艺步骤如下:第一步,通过模压模具压制两半金属空心球体;第二步,通过焊接定位工装将两半金属空心球体固定好,然后通过焊接方式将两半金属空心球焊接成一个完整的金属空心球;第三步,将完整的金属空心球放入橡胶硫化模具中,添加橡胶后对硫化模具进行加温至130~160℃,并施加压力15~35MPa,保持30~60min;第四步,将硫化好的金属空心球取出,修剪飞边毛刺。本发明的有益效果是,改进现有的橡胶球结构,通过本制作工艺,制作出具有耐压能力强,节约成本,适用工况范围广的球形止回阀用金属橡胶球。

Description

一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门零部件制造工艺,尤其是一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺。
背景技术
目前现有的球形止回阀用橡胶球,一般多为全橡胶球或内部实心金属外表面硫化橡胶结构,其中通过硫化模具直接硫化全橡胶球的耐压能力较弱,先通过机加工内部实心金属球然后通过硫化模具在金属球表面硫化橡胶的球,其重量比较重成本浪费严重。由于这两种结构得橡胶球重量都比较重,所以其适用的场合也有所限制,如通气阻水工况,球的重力大于水的浮力,此球就无法漂浮在水中,无法实现通气阻水性能。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有耐压能力强,节约成本,适用工况范围广的球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺。
本发明的技术方案是,一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
第一步,通过模压模具压制两半金属空心球体;
第二步,通过焊接定位工装将两半金属空心球体固定好,然后通过焊接方式将两半金属空心球焊接成一个完整的金属空心球;
第三步,将完整的金属空心球放入橡胶硫化模具中,添加橡胶后对硫化模具进行加温至130~160℃,并施加压力15~35MPa,保持30~60min。
第四步,将硫化好的金属空心球取出,修剪飞边毛刺。
优选地,模压模具包括模压凸模、定位销Ⅰ、模压凹模。
优选地,焊接定位工装包括上定位工装、定位销Ⅱ、下定位工装。
优选地,橡胶硫化模具包括硫化上模、定位销Ⅲ、硫化下模。
本发明的有益效果是,改进现有的橡胶球结构,通过本制作工艺,制作出具有耐压能力强,节约成本,适用工况范围广的球形止回阀用金属橡胶球。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其工艺步骤如下:第一步,通过模压模具压制两半金属空心球体,所述模压模具包括模压凸模、定位销Ⅰ、模压凹模;第二步,通过焊接定位工装将两半金属空心球体固定好,然后通过焊接方式将两半金属空心球焊接成一个完整的金属空心球,所述焊接定位工装包括上定位工装、定位销Ⅱ、下定位工装;第三步,将完整的金属空心球放入橡胶硫化模具中,添加橡胶后对硫化模具进行加温至130℃,并施加压力35MPa,保持40min,所述橡胶硫化模具包括硫化上模、定位销Ⅲ、硫化下模;第四步,将硫化好的金属空心球取出,修剪飞边毛刺。
实施例2:
一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其工艺步骤如下:第一步,通过模压模具压制两半金属空心球体,所述模压模具包括模压凸模、定位销Ⅰ、模压凹模;第二步,通过焊接定位工装将两半金属空心球体固定好,然后通过焊接方式将两半金属空心球焊接成一个完整的金属空心球,所述焊接定位工装包括上定位工装、定位销Ⅱ、下定位工装;第三步,将完整的金属空心球放入橡胶硫化模具中,添加橡胶后对硫化模具进行加温至160℃,并施加压力25MPa,保持30min,所述橡胶硫化模具包括硫化上模、定位销Ⅲ、硫化下模;第四步,将硫化好的金属空心球取出,修剪飞边毛刺。
实施例3:
一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其工艺步骤如下:第一步,通过模压模具压制两半金属空心球体,所述模压模具包括模压凸模、定位销Ⅰ、模压凹模;第二步,通过焊接定位工装将两半金属空心球体固定好,然后通过焊接方式将两半金属空心球焊接成一个完整的金属空心球,所述焊接定位工装包括上定位工装、定位销Ⅱ、下定位工装;第三步,将完整的金属空心球放入橡胶硫化模具中,添加橡胶后对硫化模具进行加温至145℃,并施加压力15MPa,保持60min,所述橡胶硫化模具包括硫化上模、定位销Ⅲ、硫化下模;第四步,将硫化好的金属空心球取出,修剪飞边毛刺。

1.一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其工艺步骤如下:
第一步,通过模压模具压制两半金属空心球体;
第二步,通过焊接定位工装将两半金属空心球体固定好,然后通过焊接方式将两半金属空心球焊接成一个完整的金属空心球;
第三步,将完整的金属空心球放入橡胶硫化模具中,添加橡胶后对硫化模具进行加温至130~160℃,并施加压力15~35MPa,保持30~60min。
第四步,将硫化好的金属空心球取出,修剪飞边毛刺。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述模压模具包括模压凸模、定位销Ⅰ、模压凹模。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述焊接定位工装包括上定位工装、定位销Ⅱ、下定位工装。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种球形止回阀用金属橡胶球的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述橡胶硫化模具包括硫化上模、定位销Ⅲ、硫化下模。
