背景技术
涂层布主要是指在布料的基础上采用特殊工艺涂布一层具有特殊功能的材料,使布料增加了特殊的功能,所以也称为功能性涂层面料,现有技术中加工的涂层布隔热阻燃效果较差,表面沾污之后难以清洗,同时在太阳的暴晒下或者在清洗的过程中容易出现表面开裂的情况,此外现有的涂层布子啊长期的折叠使用情况下,容易出现褶皱的情况,降低了产品的美观。

本发明要解决的技术问题是克服传统工艺的品质缺陷,提供一种涂层布的加工方法,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种涂层布,包括基布、溶剂、涂层胶粒、表层以及凝固剂。
作为优选,所述基布选用棉、涤纶或锦纶其中的一种,且所述基布的表面包覆有阻燃隔热层以及铝箔。

(6)缝制:将经过烘箱内部固着之后的基布与涂覆有油光涂层的表层通过缝纫机进行缝制贴合。
(7)检测:通过分层抽样的方法在加工产品中抽取部分产品,然后经过专业的检测方式对产品的质量进行检测,测试其是否达到合格出厂的标准。
(8)包装入库:将经过检验合格的产品按照要求进行包装入库。

7.根据权利要求5所述的一种涂层布的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中需要通过溶剂将有机硅高弹涂层原料溶解成流涎状。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种涂层布的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中基布放置在烘箱内部固着温度为160-180摄氏度。
