本发明涉及吹塑托盘制备技术领域,具体为一种新型强化边缘吹塑制备方法。
背景技术
吹塑成形制品由于具有中空结构,因而重量轻,此外,由于其材质、形状及结构的原因,具有刚性强、耐冲击性好、不易损坏等优点,近年来,吹塑成形制品在众多领域被广泛采用,特别是吹塑托盘,应用更广。
目前的托盘的成型工艺主要有吸塑、吹塑、模压和注塑等,其中吹塑托盘是一种发展迅速的塑料加工方法而成型的产品。吹塑托盘成型工艺所采用的吹塑设备一般均需要较为大型的中空成型机、制造出的吹塑托盘具有防滑性好,无边角余料、承载能力强的优点,但是目前吹塑托盘的边缘壁的位置处比较脆弱,这个位置会成为吹塑托盘容易受损的潜在故障点,从而容易因撞击而产生破碎,从而降低了吹塑托盘的使用价值。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种新型强化边缘吹塑制备方法,具备吹塑托盘边缘结构强度高的优点,解决了背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型强化边缘吹塑制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、准备HDPE再生料100~150份、紫外线吸收剂2~3份、抗氧剂0.5~0.8份、防老化剂3~5份、LDPE再生料50~80份、刚性填料6~10份和玻璃纤维15~20份;
2)、按照步骤1)的配比将上述原材料放入进混料机内混合均匀可以得到混合物料A;
3)、将步骤2)得到的混合物料A放入进挤出机内进行熔融处理,挤出管状坯料B;
4)、将管状坯料B夹持住放入进前模内,然后前模和后模开始进行半合模处理,同时对管状坯料B的末端进行机械封口处理;
5)、通过挤出机的吹气口往管状坯料B的内部进行预吹气处理,预吹气气压0.4~0.6MPa,预吹气时间3~5s,然后管状坯料B开始慢慢膨胀;
6)、将前模和后膜完全合模,此时前模和后膜的边缘凸出部分相互挤压使管状坯料B形成加强部,然后通过挤出机的吹气口继续往管状坯料B的内部进行吹气处理,气压为0.65~0.7MPa,吹气时间为200~260s;
7)、继续进行吹气处理,开始对前模和后膜进行水冷处理,冷却水的温度为30~45℃,直至托盘成型;
8)、托盘完全成型后,停止吹气,将前模和后膜内的空气排出、然后将前模和后膜分离,同时将托盘的进气口部进行切割;
9)、将制作成托盘的外表面进行修整,从而得到一个完成的吹塑托盘。
优选的,所述步骤1)中的HDPE再生料和LDPE再生料分别采用废弃HDPE制品和LDPE制品粉碎、清洗后制成。
优选的,所述步骤1)中刚性填料为硅藻土粉、二氧化硅粉或碳酸钙粉的一种或多种。
优选的,所述硅藻土粉、二氧化硅粉或碳酸钙粉的目数均在900~1150目之间。
优选的,所述步骤3)中挤出机螺杆温度为170~190℃,螺杆转速为50~65r/min,口模温度为200~210℃。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种新型强化边缘吹塑制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
1、该新型强化边缘吹塑制备方法,通过在吹塑托盘的原材料内添加刚性填料和玻璃纤维,可以改善吹塑托盘的刚性,同时降低了制备吹塑托盘的材料成本,同时选用HDPE再生料和LDPE再生料作为制造吹塑托盘的主材料,可以节约资源。

实施例1:
本发明提供一种新型强化边缘吹塑制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、准备HDPE再生料120份、紫外线吸收剂2份、抗氧剂0.6份、防老化剂3份、LDPE再生料70份、刚性填料7份和玻璃纤维16份;
2)、按照步骤1)的配比将上述原材料放入进混料机内混合均匀可以得到混合物料A;
3)、将步骤2)得到的混合物料A放入进挤出机内进行熔融处理,挤出管状坯料B;
4)、将管状坯料B夹持住放入进前模内,然后前模和后模开始进行半合模处理,同时对管状坯料B的末端进行机械封口处理;
5)、通过挤出机的吹气口往管状坯料B的内部进行预吹气处理,预吹气气压0.5MPa,预吹气时间4s,然后管状坯料B开始慢慢膨胀;
6)、将前模和后膜完全合模,此时前模和后膜的边缘凸出部分相互挤压使管状坯料B形成加强部,然后通过挤出机的吹气口继续往管状坯料B的内部进行吹气处理,气压为0.7MPa,吹气时间为220s;
7)、继续进行吹气处理,开始对前模和后膜进行水冷处理,冷却水的温度为40℃,直至托盘成型;
8)、托盘完全成型后,停止吹气,将前模和后膜内的空气排出、然后将前模和后膜分离,同时将托盘的进气口部进行切割;
9)、将制作成托盘的外表面进行修整,从而得到一个完成的吹塑托盘。
具体的,步骤1)中的HDPE再生料和LDPE再生料分别采用废弃HDPE制品和LDPE制品粉碎、清洗后制成。

4)、将管状坯料B夹持住放入进前模内,然后前模和后模开始进行半合模处理,同时对管状坯料B的末端进行机械封口处理;
5)、通过挤出机的吹气口往管状坯料B的内部进行预吹气处理,预吹气气压0.5MPa,预吹气时间5s,然后管状坯料B开始慢慢膨胀;
6)、将前模和后膜完全合模,此时前模和后膜的边缘凸出部分相互挤压使管状坯料B形成加强部,然后通过挤出机的吹气口继续往管状坯料B的内部进行吹气处理,气压为0.7MPa,吹气时间为250s;
7)、继续进行吹气处理,开始对前模和后膜进行水冷处理,冷却水的温度为45℃,直至托盘成型;
8)、托盘完全成型后,停止吹气,将前模和后膜内的空气排出、然后将前模和后膜分离,同时将托盘的进气口部进行切割;
9)、将制作成托盘的外表面进行修整,从而得到一个完成的吹塑托盘。

3)、将步骤2)得到的混合物料A放入进挤出机内进行熔融处理,挤出管状坯料B;
4)、将管状坯料B夹持住放入进前模内,然后前模和后模开始进行半合模处理,同时对管状坯料B的末端进行机械封口处理;
5)、通过挤出机的吹气口往管状坯料B的内部进行预吹气处理,预吹气气压0.4~0.6MPa,预吹气时间3~5s,然后管状坯料B开始慢慢膨胀;
6)、将前模和后膜完全合模,此时前模和后膜的边缘凸出部分相互挤压使管状坯料B形成加强部,然后通过挤出机的吹气口继续往管状坯料B的内部进行吹气处理,气压为0.65~0.7MPa,吹气时间为200~260s;
7)、继续进行吹气处理,开始对前模和后膜进行水冷处理,冷却水的温度为30~45℃,直至托盘成型;
8)、托盘完全成型后,停止吹气,将前模和后膜内的空气排出、然后将前模和后膜分离,同时将托盘的进气口部进行切割;
9)、将制作成托盘的外表面进行修整,从而得到一个完成的吹塑托盘。
