本发明涉及复合材料成型技术领域,特别是一种水溶性芯模,与现有技术相比,该水溶性芯模由玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂复配而成,通过设置一个专用模具,将玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂通过一定比例混合后注入模具中,待模具中的溶液冷却后固化定型,然后同时进行吹塑3到5层的尼龙热缩离型膜,将尼龙热缩离型膜套在固化定型的内芯模上,通过水浴加热方式使尼龙热缩离型膜紧贴在内芯模上,制作完整芯模,用于空腔型异型件(如轮圈、大小头管件)等直条型或弯曲型造型件。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料成型技术领域,特别是一种水溶性芯模。
背景技术
现有技术中的空腔型异型件(如轮圈、大小头管件)等直条型或弯曲型造型件的复合成型都是采用:先用复合膜进行裁剪和焊接,然后根据焊接后的复合膜芯进行吹气成型。采用这种方式成型由于需要大量的复合膜进行裁剪和焊接,因此制造速度慢,会浪费很多复合膜,而且在裁剪和焊接的部位在成型后容易在产品的内壁形成皱褶,影响产品质量。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中空腔型异型件芯模所存在的缺陷和问题,提供一种水溶性芯模。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的一种水溶性芯模由玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂复配而成,通过设置一个专用模具,将玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂通过一定比例混合后注入模具中,待模具中的溶液冷却后固化定型,然后同时进行吹塑3到5层的尼龙热缩离型膜,将尼龙热缩离型膜套在固化定型的内芯模上,通过水浴加热方式使尼龙热缩离型膜紧贴在内芯模上,制作完整芯模。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种水溶性芯模通过3到5层的尼龙热缩离型膜套在由玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂复配而成的内芯模上,并通过水浴加热方式使尼龙热缩离型膜紧贴在内芯模上,用于空腔型异型件(如轮圈、大小头管件)等直条型或弯曲型造型件,具有成型效率高、成本底等优点。
具体实施方式:
本发明的一种水溶性芯模由玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂复配而成,通过设置一个专用模具,将玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂通过一定比例混合后注入模具中,待模具中的溶液冷却后固化定型,然后同时进行吹塑3到5层的尼龙热缩离型膜,将尼龙热缩离型膜套在固化定型的内芯模上,通过水浴加热方式使尼龙热缩离型膜紧贴在内芯模上,制作完整芯模。
综上所述,与现有技术相比,本发明的一种水溶性芯模通过3到5层的尼龙热缩离型膜套在由玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂复配而成的内芯模上,并通过水浴加热方式使尼龙热缩离型膜紧贴在内芯模上,用于空腔型异型件(如轮圈、大小头管件)等直条型或弯曲型造型件,具有成型效率高、成本底等优点。

Claims (2)

1.一种水溶性芯模,其特征在于:由玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂复配而成。
2.一种水溶性芯模的成型工艺:
(1)、设置一个专用模具;
(2)、将玻璃微珠、水溶性胶和增容剂通过一定比例混合后注入模具中;
(3)、待模具中的溶液冷却后固化定型;
(4)、同时进行吹塑3到5层的尼龙热缩离型膜;
(5)、将尼龙热缩离型膜套在固化定型的内芯模上;
(6)、通过水浴加热方式使尼龙热缩离型膜紧贴在内芯模上,制作完整芯模。
