一种复合面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合面料的制备方法。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。
在纺织加工业中,各种各样的面料层出不穷,根据功能区分主要有凉爽面料、保暖面料、免熨面料、抗皱面料等等,这些面料大多为单独纺织材料织造或是多种材料混纺而成,性能较单一,面料的柔软性、透气性、弹性、舒适性等性能不能够得到同时满足。
发明内容
为解决目前传统面料大多为单独纺织材料织造或是多种材料混纺而成,性能较单一,面料的柔软性、透气性、弹性、舒适性等性能不能够得到同时满足等问题,本发明提供了一种复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
一种复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制备上层面料,分别选取玉米纤维和竹炭纤维进行混纺,并放入针织机制得上层面料;
步骤S2:制备下层面料,将玉米纤维单独针织,制得下层面料;
步骤S3:在步骤S1中的上层面料的下表面均匀涂胶;
步骤S4:在步骤S2中的下层面料的上表面设置发泡剂,形成若干均匀分布的发泡剂点;
步骤S5:将步骤S1上层面料和步骤S2中的下层面料放入复合机进行复合,使上层面料的下表面与下层面料的上表面粘合,制得复合面料;
步骤S6:漂白,将步骤S5中制得复合面料放入漂白设备中进行漂白处理;
步骤S7:染色,将步骤S6中漂白后的面料进行染色处理;
步骤S8:消毒,将步骤S7中染色处理后的面料进行消毒处理;
步骤S9:烘干,将步骤S8中消毒后的面料放入烘干设备烘干处理,使干燥后的复合面料中间的发泡剂点膨胀支撑面料。
步骤S4.2:将步骤S4.1中漂白后的面料进行染色处理;
步骤S5:将步骤S4.1中染色处理后的面料进行消毒处理。
优选的,在步骤S1中玉米纤维和竹炭纤维质量百分比的比例为20%-40%:60%-80%。
优选的,步骤S3中的涂胶为乳化聚氨酯胶水。
优选的,步骤S4中发泡剂为发泡聚氨酯。
优选的,步骤S5中的复合温度为80℃-90℃。
优选的,步骤S7中,使用的染色剂为植物染色剂。
有益效果:本发明通过将面料分成上层面料和下层面料,上层面料使用玉米纤维和竹炭纤维混纺的方式,使得面料具有较好的弹性,柔软性以及舒适性,同时还具有竹炭纤维吸湿透气、抗菌抑菌的效果,下层面料使用玉米纤维织造,具有较好的柔软性和舒适性,中间通过发泡剂支撑,形成若干小气孔,增加面料整体的保暖性,染色使用天然植物染色剂,使得本发明通过纯天然材质制成,在具有较好的使用性能的同时,也能够避免化学产品对人体的危害。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参见图1所示,一种复合面料的制备方法步骤如下:
步骤S1:制备上层面料,分别选取玉米纤维和竹炭纤维进行混纺,并放入针织机制得上层面料,其中玉米纤维和竹炭纤维质量百分比的比例为40%:60%;
步骤S2:制备下层面料,将玉米纤维单独针织,制得下层面料;
步骤S3:在步骤S1中的上层面料的下表面均匀涂乳化聚氨酯胶水;
步骤S4:在步骤S2中的下层面料的上表面设置发泡聚氨酯,形成若干均匀分布的发泡剂点;
步骤S5:将步骤S1上层面料和步骤S2中的下层面料放入复合机进行复合,使上层面料的下表面与下层面料的上表面粘合,制得复合面料,复合温度为90℃;
步骤S6:漂白,将步骤S5中制得复合面料放入漂白设备中进行漂白处理;
步骤S7:染色,将步骤S6中漂白后的面料进行染色处理;
步骤S8:消毒,将步骤S7中染色处理后的面料进行消毒处理;
步骤S9:烘干,将步骤S8中消毒后的面料放入烘干设备烘干处理,使干燥后的复合面料中间的发泡剂点膨胀支撑面料。
步骤S4.2:将步骤S4.1中漂白后的面料进行染色处理,使用植物染色剂;
步骤S5:将步骤S4.1中染色处理后的面料进行消毒处理。
发明通过将面料分成上层面料和下层面料,上层面料使用玉米纤维和竹炭纤维混纺的方式,使得面料具有较好的弹性,柔软性以及舒适性,同时还具有竹炭纤维吸湿透气、抗菌抑菌的效果,下层面料使用玉米纤维织造,具有较好的柔软性和舒适性,中间通过发泡剂支撑,形成若干小气孔,增加面料整体的保暖性,染色使用天然植物染色剂,使得本发明通过纯天然材质制成,在具有较好的使用性能的同时,也能够避免化学产品对人体的危害。

1.一种复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:制备上层面料,分别选取玉米纤维和竹炭纤维进行混纺,并放入针织机制得上层面料;
步骤S2:制备下层面料,将玉米纤维单独针织,制得下层面料;
步骤S3:在步骤S1中的上层面料的下表面均匀涂胶;
步骤S4:在步骤S2中的下层面料的上表面设置发泡剂,形成若干均匀分布的发泡剂点;
步骤S5:将步骤S1上层面料和步骤S2中的下层面料放入复合机进行复合,使上层面料的下表面与下层面料的上表面粘合,制得复合面料;
步骤S6:漂白,将步骤S5中制得复合面料放入漂白设备中进行漂白处理;
步骤S7:染色,将步骤S6中漂白后的面料进行染色处理;
步骤S8:消毒,将步骤S7中染色处理后的面料进行消毒处理;
步骤S9:烘干,将步骤S8中消毒后的面料放入烘干设备烘干处理,使干燥后的复合面料中间的发泡剂点膨胀支撑面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S1中玉米纤维和竹炭纤维质量百分比的比例为20%-40%:60%-80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S3中的涂胶为乳化聚氨酯胶水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S4中发泡剂为发泡聚氨酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S5中的复合温度为80℃-90℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S7中,使用的染色剂为植物染色剂。
