Abstract

本发明公开了一种电缆裁线机,其结构包括控制面板、箱体、裁切系统、导线辊、散热窗,箱体顶端面上设有控制面板,箱体侧面开有一个散热窗,箱体前端面安装有裁切系统,裁切系统水平方向一侧安装有导线辊,导线辊和散热窗相邻;本发明的调节压辊水平宽度不一致,宽度由宽至窄,当输送至裁切系统时,线槽直径较大的那端刚好与电缆的端口相锲合,随着调节压辊转动,收紧电缆,集中电缆内的电线,防止其散开,无法绷紧进行切割,本发明调节压辊的线槽可通过水平推动推杆进行调节推板的位置,并根据电缆的直径大小进行调节,适用与任何尺寸的电缆。

本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其是涉及到一种电缆裁线机。
背景技术
常见的电缆,通常是由几根或几组导线(每组至少两根)绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,其硬度高,不易弯折,采用裁切机进行切割时,硬度过高,在切断的时候,能够迅速向上反弹,最外面的覆盖层的切面不齐整,因为硬度过高,会迅速反弹,直接造成覆盖层二次破损,内部导线零散地散开,无法和导线轮再契合,下一段电缆切割时无法保持绷直的状态,电缆无法被切割断。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种电缆裁线机,其结构包括控制面板、箱体、裁切系统、导线辊、散热窗,所述箱体顶端面上设有控制面板,所述箱体侧面开有一个散热窗,所述箱体前端面安装有裁切系统,所述裁切系统水平方向一侧安装有导线辊,所述导线辊和散热窗相邻;所述裁切系统包括循环刀架、套箱、调节压辊,所述套箱设于箱体前端面,所述箱体和套箱固定,所述套箱内部安装有循环刀架,所述循环刀架正下方设有调节压辊,所述调节压辊和箱体活动配合,所述循环刀架和调节压辊之间设有电缆,所述电缆上下两端分别和循环刀架、调节压辊相接触。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述循环刀架包括扇形刀架、旋转柱、刀片,所述扇形刀架通过螺铨固定安装在旋转柱上,所述扇形刀架缺口中安装有刀片,所述刀片和扇形刀架通过螺铨固定,所述旋转柱和套箱活动配合。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述扇形刀架水平两侧的箱体内壁上设有压制弧架,所述压制弧架由弧面板和螺丝构成,所述弧面板正中间底面为弧面,所述弧面板水平两端分别和套箱采用螺丝固定连接,所述弧面板和电缆活动触碰。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述调节压辊设有安装柱、线槽、辊体,所述辊体一端面正中间设有安装柱,所述安装柱和辊体水平固定,所述辊体正中间开有一个线槽,所述线槽为环形,所述线槽水平宽度不一致,宽度由宽至窄。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述调节压辊的线槽内设有推板,所述推板所在位置和安装柱相对,所述推板另一端和推杆水平固定,所述推板为弧状,所述推杆另一端贯穿辊体后裸露在外面,所述推杆上为卡齿状,所述推杆和辊体啮合。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,所述推板远离推杆另一端的端面设有胶条,所述胶条和推板胶接,在电缆移动过程中不会有刮擦,不会因为断层产生的覆盖层的裂口越来越大,里面的电线再次分散,无法闭合。
有益效果
本发明一种电缆裁线机与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1.本发明的调节压辊水平宽度不一致,宽度由宽至窄,当输送至裁切系统时,线槽直径较大的那端刚好与电缆的端口相锲合,随着调节压辊转动,收紧电缆,集中电缆内的电线,防止其散开,无法绷紧进行切割。
2.本发明调节压辊的线槽可通过水平推动推杆进行调节推板的位置,并根据电缆的直径大小进行调节,适用与任何尺寸的电缆。
3.本发明且推板上面的胶条设计,避免电缆移动过程中的刮擦问题,不会因为断层产生的覆盖层的裂口越来越大,里面的电线再次分散,无法闭合,下次电缆切割端面不齐整。
4.本发明在刀片的两侧设有压制弧架,抑制电缆在切割后上扬着,与刀片行二次触碰,直接造成覆盖层二次破损。
5.本发明刀片采用旋转式的间歇性进行切割,非上下移动进行切割,短暂的反弹并不会触碰到裁刀,进一步保证了电缆的覆盖层不会被损坏,断面整齐。

实施例
请参阅图1-图5,本发明提供一种电缆裁线机,其结构包括控制面板1、箱体2、裁切系统3、导线辊4、散热窗5,所述箱体2顶端面上设有控制面板1,所述箱体2侧面开有一个散热窗5,所述箱体2前端面安装有裁切系统3,所述裁切系统3水平方向一侧安装有导线辊4,所述导线辊4和散热窗5相邻;所述裁切系统3包括循环刀架31、套箱32、调节压辊34,所述套箱32设于箱体2前端面,所述箱体2和套箱32固定,所述套箱32内部安装有循环刀架31,所述循环刀架31正下方设有调节压辊34,所述调节压辊34和箱体2活动配合,所述循环刀架31和调节压辊34之间设有电缆33,所述电缆33上下两端分别和循环刀架31、调节压辊34相接触。
所述循环刀架31包括扇形刀架311、旋转柱312、刀片313,所述扇形刀架311通过螺铨固定安装在旋转柱312上,所述扇形刀架311缺口中安装有刀片313,所述刀片313和扇形刀架311通过螺铨固定,所述旋转柱312和套箱32活动配合。
所述扇形刀架311水平两侧的箱体2内壁上设有压制弧架35,所述压制弧架35由弧面板351和螺丝352构成,所述弧面板351正中间底面为弧面,所述弧面板351水平两端分别和套箱32采用螺丝352固定连接,所述弧面板351和电缆33活动触碰。
所述调节压辊34设有安装柱341、线槽342、辊体343,所述辊体343一端面正中间设有安装柱341,所述安装柱341和辊体343水平固定,所述辊体343正中间开有一个线槽342,所述线槽342为环形,所述线槽342水平宽度不一致,宽度由宽至窄,当电缆33进来的时候,线槽342最大的那端端口刚好正对着电缆33,防止电缆33散乱无法集合扩散开来,绕线不紧,影响下次切割。
所述调节压辊34的线槽342内设有推板345,所述推板345所在位置和安装柱341相对,所述推板345另一端和推杆344水平固定,所述推板345为弧状,所述推杆344另一端贯穿辊体343后裸露在外面,所述推杆344上为卡齿状,所述推杆344和辊体343啮合,通过推杆344推动,调整推板345的所在位置,从而调整线槽342槽口的宽度,适应任何电缆33的尺寸。
所述推板345远离推杆344另一端的端面设有胶条,所述胶条和推板345胶接,在电缆33移动过程中不会有刮擦,不会因为断层产生的覆盖层的裂口越来越大,里面的电线再次分散,无法闭合。
把需要裁切的电缆33经过导线辊4传输至裁切系统3的正下方的调节压辊34和扇形刀架311之间,在输送时,线槽342直径较大的那端刚好与电缆33的端口相锲合,随着调节压辊34转动,收紧电缆33,集中电缆33内的电线,防止其散开,无法绷紧进行切割,其次,调节压辊34上方设有压制弧架35,压制弧架35的压制弧架35进行压制电缆33,避免其发生上下滑动,最后,还能手握推杆344,调整推板345的水平距离,调整线槽342的宽度,推板345越往线槽342的方向推去,其线槽342宽度越小,即夹持的电缆33尺寸就越小,循环刀架31的旋转柱312被动力系统带动,带动循环刀架31的刀片313旋转式的间歇性进行切割,非上下移动进行切割,短暂的反弹并不会触碰到裁刀,进一步保证了电缆33的覆盖层不会被损坏,断面整齐,覆盖层不易破裂,裸露出电线,方便和调节压辊34衔接,一直保持电缆33的绷直状态,切断完毕后,电缆33会被裁切系统3的压制弧架35所压制,抑制其上扬着,与刀片313无法二次触碰,直接造成覆盖层二次破损,确保电缆33的正确输送。

把需要裁切的电缆(33)经过导线辊(4)传输至裁切系统(3)的正下方的调节压辊(34)和扇形刀架(311)之间,在输送时,线槽(342)直径较大的那端刚好与电缆(33)的端口相锲合,随着调节压辊(34)转动,收紧电缆(33),集中电缆(33)内的电线防止其散开,避免无法绷紧进行切割,其次,调节压辊(34)上方设有压制弧架(35),压制弧架(35)进行压制电缆(33),避免其发生上下滑动,最后,还能手握推杆(344),调整推板(345)的水平距离,调整线槽(342)的宽度,推板(345)越往线槽(342)的方向推去,线槽(342)宽度越小,即夹持的电缆(33)尺寸就越小,循环刀架(31)的旋转柱(312)被动力系统带动,带动循环刀架(31)的刀片(313)旋转式的间歇性进行切割,非上下移动进行切割,切断完毕后,电缆(33)会被裁切系统(3)的压制弧架(35)所压制,抑制其上扬,与刀片(313)无法二次触碰,确保电缆(33)的正确输送。
