Description
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a Tianshu Huoluo oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the modern society with increasingly accelerated life pace and multiplied working pressure, people do not exercise frequently, and the symptoms of neck and shoulder discomfort, headache, dizziness, numbness and weakness of limbs, waist and back pain, knee joint pain and the like are caused by long-term bending over of a desk, so that the normal life and work of people are seriously influenced.
At present, when the above symptoms occur, the treatment methods adopted include medication, traction massage physiotherapy, and surgical therapy. The western medicine mainly adopts symptomatic medicines for treatment, but has obvious side effects, patients are unwilling to take the medicines for a long time, and part of the medicines are expensive and difficult to bear, so that the western medicine has great limitations. The traction massage physiotherapy effect is unstable and easy to recur. The operation therapy causes great damage to human body, and has long treatment course and slow recovery.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the meridian obstruction and unsmooth qi and blood circulation are caused by wind-cold invasion, so that pain and numbness of limb skin, muscles, bones and joints and the like are caused by the obstruction of the meridian.
The traditional Chinese medicine with the effects of relaxing tendons, activating collaterals, dispelling wind and removing stasis on the market has an unsatisfactory curative effect due to poor compatibility of the components.
Therefore, the research of a medicine for relaxing channels, activating collaterals and easing pain with obvious curative effect, safety and no side effect is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention provides the Tianshu Huoluo oil and the preparation method thereof, and the components have good cooperativity, obvious curative effect, safety and no side effect, so as to solve the problems in the prior art.

2) placing the gastrodia elata into a glass container, adding 55-degree white spirit to enable the liquid level to be 2-3 cm higher than the medicine level, sealing, placing in a cool and dry place for 18 days, separating, and concentrating the obtained extracting solution under reduced pressure to obtain an extract A; frying radix angelicae pubescentis, notopterygium root, divaricate saposhnikovia root, ligusticum wallichii, angelica sinensis, prepared monkshood, turmeric, gentiana macrophylla and cassia bark core with sesame oil at the temperature of 100 ℃ for 35 minutes, cooling and filtering to obtain a solution B;
3) and combining the extract A and the solution B.
Test example
1. General data
Selecting 360 pain patients, including rheumatic arthropathy, rheumatism, rheumatoid diseases, scapulohumeral periarthritis, lumbar muscle strain, synovitis, gout, and mechanical strain, randomly dividing all patients into 1-5 groups and control groups, each group comprises 60 patients. The data of the general data such as age, sex, course and the like of each group of patients are not obviously different (P is more than 0.05).
2. Method of treatment
The patients in the treatment groups 1-5 are respectively coated with the Tianshu Huoluo oil prepared in the examples 1-5, and the using method comprises the following steps: the TIANSHUOLUOLUO is applied onto cotton or palm for 1-2 min, or soaked in medicated liquor and applied onto the affected part for 3 times daily, and 7 days is a treatment course for 2 treatment courses.
The patients in the control group adopt the collateral-activating oil (Zhuhai Hongli pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., national Standard Z20023059), and the application method is the same as above.
3. Observation index and evaluation criterion
And observing the clinical symptoms of the patients, and recording the occurrence condition of adverse reactions after the patients take the medicine.
The clinical symptoms and physical signs of two groups of patients are evaluated according to the marking standard of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral formulated in the clinical research guiding principle of new traditional Chinese medicine, the treatment effect is judged according to the reduction rate of the syndrome integral, and the treatment effect grades are divided into obvious effect, effective effect and ineffective effect.
The effect is shown: the syndrome score after treatment is reduced by more than or equal to 60 percent compared with that before treatment;
the method has the following advantages: the syndrome score after treatment is reduced by 30-60% compared with that before treatment;
and (4) invalidation: the syndrome score after treatment is reduced by less than 30 percent compared with that before treatment, the obvious effect and the effective effect are counted as total effective, and the total effective rate of treatment is calculated.
4. Statistical method
The results of comparing the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
Group of | Number of examples | Show effect | Is effective | Invalidation | Total effective rate |
Treatment 1 group | 60 | 39 | 18 | 3 | 95% |
Treatment of 2 groups | 60 | 37 | 22 | 1 | 98.3% |
Treatment of 3 groups | 60 | 45 | 15 | 0 | 100% |
Treatment of 4 groups | 60 | 36 | 20 | 4 | 93.3% |
Treatment of 5 groups | 60 | 41 | 17 | 2 | 96.7% |
Control group | 60 | 20 | 26 | 14 | 76.7% |
As can be seen from Table 1, the total clinical treatment effective rate of the patients in the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group, SPSS23.0 statistical software is used for analyzing data, and counting data are expressed in (%) and tested by chi-square; the statistical software analyzes that P is less than 0.05, and the method has statistical significance.
And (3) safety evaluation: the treatment of 1-5 groups of patients showed no abnormality in blood routine, liver function and electrocardiogram during and after the treatment.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
