Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diabetes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Diabetes mellitus is a chronic endocrine metabolic disease which causes disorder of metabolism of sugar, fat and protein due to insufficient secretion of insulin in a body, causes increase of blood sugar in the body and excretes diabetes. The clinical manifestations are polydipsia, diuresis, polyphagia, fatigue and emaciation. If further development is carried out, complications such as atherosclerosis, microangiopathy, nervous system and the like can be caused, and the health and the life of the human are threatened.
Diabetes is divided into two types, i.e., type I and type II. Type I is insulin dependent, and type II is non-insulin dependent. Among them, type II patients account for about 90% of the total number of diabetic patients, seriously threaten the health and life of people, and at present, there is no ideal medicine for treating both symptoms and root causes at home and abroad.
At present, most of the medicines for treating diabetes have certain curative effect, but most of the western medicines used clinically have large adverse reactions, such as rebound after stopping taking the medicines, liver and kidney damage of patients, rhabdomyolysis and other side effects, and are used for treating symptoms and not treating the root causes. The traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the aspect of treating diabetes, has a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for preventing and treating diabetes, has a long-lasting curative effect, and mostly has no obvious toxic or side effect, but the traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetes is mostly preferred to a single prescription and an proved prescription at present, and lacks of the clinical pharmacodynamic study with complete system. Therefore, based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, the method has important significance in actively searching and making efforts to develop traditional Chinese medicines for treating diabetes (especially for treating type II diabetes) and preventing and treating various complications caused by diabetes according to the pathogenesis of diabetes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diabetes and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems that the existing medicine for treating diabetes has low curative effect, treats both symptoms and root causes, and has large side effect.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diabetes comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-100 parts of red ginseng, 10-100 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 10-100 parts of leech, 10-100 parts of pearl, 10-100 parts of stiff silkworm, 10-100 parts of coptis chinensis, 10-100 parts of cinnamon, 10-100 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 10-100 parts of trichosanthes root, 10-100 parts of radix puerariae, 10-100 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10-100 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 10-100 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 10-100 parts of hawthorn.
Red ginseng is warm in nature and sweet and bitter in taste, and has effects of regulating blood pressure, relieving fatigue, tranquilizing mind, nourishing brain, invigorating lung and spleen, invigorating kidney, tonifying yang, and preventing and treating cancer. The saponin contained in the red ginseng can obviously improve the hyperlipemia and can promote the metabolism of protein in a human body. Ginseng radix Rubri has effects of inhibiting hyperglycemia, invigorating qi, nourishing yin, replenishing blood, promoting fluid production, improving eyesight, tranquilizing mind, and regulating nerve. Ginseng radix Rubri can be used for treating thirst due to deficiency of body fluid, sexual impotence, and frequent micturition. In addition, Ginseng radix Rubri has effects of resisting diabetes and protecting retinopathy caused by diabetes. The argininyl-fructosyl-L-arginine diglycoside in Ginseng radix Rubri has effects of resisting diabetes and obesity, scavenging free radicals, and promoting microcirculation.
Notoginseng radix has sweet and slightly bitter taste, and has effects of dilating blood vessel, lowering blood pressure, improving blood circulation, and increasing blood flow. Simultaneously, can also prevent and treat the ischemic and anoxic diseases of heart and brain tissues, thereby regulating blood sugar, and reducing blood fat and cholesterol. In addition, Notoginseng radix can also inhibit arteriosclerosis, and has effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
The leech contains hirudin which has strong anticoagulation effect and can inhibit the activity of blood platelet in blood. Therefore, the leech-based medicament can be used for treating peripheral neuropathy, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, gastropathy and metabolic syndrome caused by diabetes.
The Margarita has effects of relieving palpitation, tranquilizing mind, removing toxic substance, promoting granulation, nourishing yin, expelling pathogenic wind, and improving eyesight, contains large amount of free calcium, can normalize calcium balance in human body, and can induce normal secretion of insulin, and the Margarita also has effect of inhibiting fatty acid production.
Bombyx Batryticatus contains a protein with stimulating effect on epinephrine, and can regulate endocrine and metabolism balance of patients.
The berberine contained in Coptidis rhizoma can promote regeneration of islet B cell, and has good therapeutic effect on type II diabetes. The berberine can obviously enhance the activity of liver superoxide dismutase, reduce the level of liver lipid peroxide and the content of serum triglyceride and total cholesterol, and has good curative effect on preventing and treating obesity, fatty liver and arteriosclerosis.
