Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
Example 1
Taking the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of red ginseng, 10 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 10 parts of leech, 10 parts of pearl, 10 parts of stiff silkworm, 10 parts of coptis chinensis, 10 parts of cinnamon, 10 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 10 parts of trichosanthes root, 10 parts of kudzuvine root, 10 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 10 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 10 parts of hawthorn.
The method comprises the following steps:
(1) soaking cortex Cinnamomi, Polygoni Multiflori radix, Trichosanthis radix, radix Puerariae, Saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, radix Ophiopogonis, rhizoma Polygonati and fructus crataegi in water;
(2) decocting the raw materials soaked in the step (1), filtering out residues of the raw materials, concentrating the obtained liquid medicine to a solid state, and crushing to obtain first mixed medicinal powder;
(3) respectively frying pearl and stiff silkworm, mixing the fried pearl and stiff silkworm with red ginseng, pseudo-ginseng, leech, coptis chinensis and cinnamon, and crushing to obtain second mixed medicinal powder;
(4) and mixing the first mixed powder and the second mixed powder, drying, screening, and uniformly stirring to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Example 2
Taking the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of red ginseng, 50 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 50 parts of leech, 50 parts of pearl, 50 parts of stiff silkworm, 50 parts of coptis chinensis, 50 parts of cinnamon, 50 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 50 parts of trichosanthes root, 50 parts of kudzuvine root, 50 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 50 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 50 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 50 parts of hawthorn.
The method comprises the following steps:
(1) soaking cinnamon, polygonum multiflorum, trichosanthes root, kudzu root, salvia miltiorrhiza, ophiopogon root, polygonatum and hawthorn in water, wherein the weight part of the water is 5 times of the sum of the weight parts of the cinnamon, the polygonum multiflorum, the trichosanthes root, the kudzu root, the salvia miltiorrhiza, the ophiopogon root, the polygonatum and the hawthorn;
(2) decocting the raw materials soaked in the step (1) at 180 ℃ for 30 minutes, then continuing to decoct for 40 minutes at 120 ℃, and filtering to obtain liquid medicine and the decocted raw materials; adding water into the decocted raw materials, decocting for 2 times according to the previous decocting mode, filtering out residues of the raw materials, mixing liquid medicines obtained each time, concentrating at 150 ℃, concentrating to a solid state, and crushing to obtain first mixed medicinal powder;
(3) parching Margarita to crack at 120 deg.C, parching Bombyx Batryticatus to golden yellow surface, mixing parched Margarita and Bombyx Batryticatus with Ginseng radix Rubri, Notoginseng radix, Hirudo, Coptidis rhizoma and cortex Cinnamomi, and pulverizing to obtain a second mixed powder;
(4) and mixing the first mixed powder and the second mixed powder, naturally drying in the shade, and sieving by a 150-mesh sieve to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Example 3
Taking the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of red ginseng, 100 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 100 parts of leech, 100 parts of pearl, 100 parts of stiff silkworm, 100 parts of coptis, 100 parts of cinnamon, 100 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 100 parts of trichosanthes root, 100 parts of kudzuvine root, 100 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 100 parts of radix ophiopogonis, 100 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 100 parts of hawthorn.
The method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding cinnamon, tuber fleeceflower root, Mongolian snakegourd root, kudzuvine root, danshen root, dwarf lilyturf tuber, manyflower solomonseal rhizome and hawthorn fruit into water for soaking, wherein the weight of the water is 10 times of the sum of the weight of the cinnamon, the tuber fleeceflower root, the Mongolian snakegourd root, the kudzuvine root, the danshen root, the dwarf lilyturf tuber, the;
(2) decocting the raw materials soaked in the step (1) for 50 minutes at 200 ℃, then continuously decocting for 40 minutes at 150 ℃, and filtering to obtain liquid medicine and the decocted raw materials; adding water into the decocted raw materials, decocting for 3 times according to the previous decocting mode, filtering out residues of the raw materials, mixing liquid medicines obtained each time, concentrating at 140 ℃, concentrating to a solid state, and crushing to obtain first mixed medicinal powder;
(3) parching Margarita to crack at 130 deg.C, parching Bombyx Batryticatus to golden surface, mixing parched Margarita and Bombyx Batryticatus with Ginseng radix Rubri, Notoginseng radix, Hirudo, Coptidis rhizoma and cortex Cinnamomi, and pulverizing to obtain a second mixed powder;
(4) and mixing the first mixed powder and the second mixed powder, naturally drying in the shade, and sieving by a 200-mesh sieve to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Alternatively, in the above embodiments of the present invention, the mass per 1 part is specifically 1 g.
The following six cases, cases 1 and 2 were administered with the Chinese medicinal composition provided in this example 1, cases 3 and 4 were administered with the Chinese medicinal composition provided in this example 2, and cases 5 and 6 were administered with the Chinese medicinal composition provided in this example 3.
Case 1: sunzhi, male, age 49, type II diabetic. Fasting blood glucose before taking the drug of the invention: 8.13mmol/l, 10.5mmol/l of blood sugar after meal, metformin, glimepiride and the like are taken once, but the curative effect is poor. Case 6: male, age 46, type ii diabetic. Fasting blood glucose at the time of treatment: 9.1mmol/l, postprandial blood glucose 11.5 mmol/l.
