本发明属于纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种纺织用反光面料。该反光面料包括由下到上依次设置的以聚砜酰胺纱线层、环氧树脂层和聚氨酯涂层和反光材料层,所述反光材料层以重量份计,主要由如下各组份制成:玻璃微珠20‑45份,石墨烯1‑20份,聚丙烯纤维3‑10份,聚乙二醇15‑34份。本发明提供的反光面料不仅具有优异的反光性能,还具有较好的耐磨性。

一种纺织用反光面料
技术领域
本发明属于纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种纺织用反光面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活质量的提高和材料技术的发展,人们对于穿衣打扮的要求也在一点点变得严格起来。作为服装的制作材料,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特点,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。但是传统面料在功能方面比较单一,仅仅起到了美观舒适的效果,越来越难以满足人们在不同环境,不同条件下多元化的要求。功能性纤维和面料在这方面则体现出自己先天的优势,可以满足人们对面料越来越多元化,甚至苛刻的要求。目前,防水、阻燃等多功能纺织品已广泛应用于服装面料、生活用布(伞布、帐篷、厨房用布、餐桌用布、装饰用布)、产业用布、劳动防护用布和军队用布等多种领域。
现有技术中,为了实现反光,主要有的反光材料有三种,如文献《交警制服的三种反光材料》中介绍的,回归反射材料、光致发光材料和电致发光材料。其中,回归反射材料可通过玻璃微珠和微棱镜来实现。主要产品反光膜、反光布、反光织带等。目前在服用面料中引入的反光材料,一般是将反光膜粘合在织物表面,采用这种反光面料得到的反光服装存在弹性差、透气性差和立体感不强等缺点[1-2]
为了解决上述问题,薛灿浓等人在文献《服用反光面料的开发及反光性能研究》(纺织工程.2017(7):29-33)中公开了利用不同宽度的反光长丝,通过改变织物中反光材料的浮长线组织点个数、交织纱线颜色等,研究织物组织、反光材料宽度、交织纱线颜色等因素对服用反光面料反光性能的影响,进而开发透气性好、反光图案更立体,且反光效果更好的服用反光面料,为解决目前反光服装存在的问题提供解决思路。
但该文献主要是从纺织工艺的角度研究反光材料、反光纱线等因素对面料反光性能的影响。
但对于现有的将反光膜粘合在织物表面制得的反光服装,耐水洗性和耐磨性较差,经市场调研发现,当服装上的反光性能受损后,相应服装即会被废弃,一方面会影响消费者对相应服装的体验感,另一方面,在衣服未损坏的情况下即被废弃也会造成资源的浪费。

发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种纺织用反光面料,使其具有优良的反光性能的同时,提高其耐水洗性及耐磨性,进而提高面料的使用寿命。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种纺织用反光面料,其包括由下到上依次设置的以聚砜酰胺纱线层、环氧树脂层和聚氨酯涂层和反光材料层,所述反光材料层以重量份计,主要由如下各组份制成:玻璃微珠20-45份,石墨烯1-20份,聚丙烯纤维3-10份,聚乙二醇15-34份。
优选地,所述聚氨酯涂层以重量份计,添加有二甲基甲酰胺50-70份,纺织用玻璃纤维10-18份,石墨1-7份。
优选地,所述聚砜酰胺纱线层采用的纱线是以聚砜酰胺纱线浸于聚乙二醇/聚丙烯酸的混合浆料中,经浸轧、烘干后制得。
优选地,所述聚乙二醇的分子量为3000-4000。
进一步优选地,聚乙二醇/聚丙烯酸的重量比为1:1-3。
本发明提供的反光面料由于外层反光材料层除玻璃微珠外,加入石墨烯、聚丙烯纤维和聚乙二醇后,可明显提高面料的整体耐磨性5%以上。
优选地,制备所述反光材料层的各组份还包括耐磨助剂0.5-2.2份。
所述耐磨助剂采用本领域常规助剂,可直接市场购入。
作为优选,本发明的耐磨助剂选用纳米二氧化硅。
优选地,所述石墨烯为粒径为1-10微米。
优选地,所述反光材料层所用纱线的制备方法包括如下步骤:将聚乙二醇与石墨烯、聚丙烯纤维混合后于200-250℃条件下搅拌均匀后加入玻璃微珠,混匀后烘干后纺制成纱。
优选地,所述反光材料层的厚度为所述反光面料总厚度的1/10-1/8。
本发明提供的纺织用反光面料与现有技术相比,存在的有益效果在于:
本发明提供的反光面料在反光层中除玻璃微珠外,同时加入石墨烯、聚丙烯纤维和聚乙二醇,可明显提高面料的整体耐磨性能;而且在反光层下面采用多层组合的方式,可明显提高面料的韧性和耐磨性、防水性。而且试验结果表明,在反光层下设置加有玻璃纤维的聚氨酯层可保证面料的优异反光性能。

实施例1
一种纺织用反光面料,其包括由下到上依次设置的以聚砜酰胺纱线层、环氧树脂层和聚氨酯涂层和反光材料层,所述反光材料层以重量份计,主要由如下各组份制成:玻璃微珠20份,石墨烯(粒径5-6微米)2份,聚丙烯纤维5份,聚乙二醇(分子量为3000)18份,纳米二氧化硅3份。
所述聚氨酯涂层以重量份计,添加有二甲基甲酰胺60份,纺织用玻璃纤维10份,石墨2份。
所述聚砜酰胺纱线层采用的纱线是以聚砜酰胺纱线浸于聚乙二醇/聚丙烯酸的混合浆料中,经浸轧、烘干后制得;

参照文献《服用反光面料的开发及反光性能研究》(薛灿浓.纺织工程.2017年第5期.第29-33页)中公开的反光性能测试方法,进行测试,测试结果如下表1。

2、耐磨性
参照标准EN ISO 20471:2013的规定,对本发明提供的面料的耐磨性、韧性等性能进行了测试,结果如下表2。同时,为了更好的检测其在浸水后的耐磨性能,将各待测面料浸入水中以相同力度反复揉搓,每隔50次拿出低温烘干,检测其反光性能(逆反射系数),反光性能折损率达到50%时,对应的揉搓次数记为耐磨次数。统计结果如下表。

结合表2数据可以看出,本发明提供的面料的耐磨性明显优于对比例。

2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织用反光面料,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯涂层以重量份计,添加有二甲基甲酰胺50-70份,纺织用玻璃纤维10-18份,石墨1-7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纺织用反光面料,其特征在于,制备所述反光材料层的各组份还包括耐磨助剂0.5-2.2份。

6.根据权利要求1所述的纺织用反光面料,其特征在于,所述反光材料层的制备方法包括如下步骤:将聚乙二醇与石墨烯、聚丙烯纤维混合后于200-250℃条件下搅拌均匀后加入玻璃微珠,混匀后压制成膜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纺织用反光面料,其特征在于,所述聚砜酰胺纱线层采用的纱线是以聚砜酰胺纱线浸于聚乙二醇/聚丙烯酸的混合浆料中,经浸轧、烘干后制得。
8.根据权利要求7所述的纺织用反光面料,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇的分子量为3000-4000。
9.根据权利要求7所述的纺织用反光面料,其特征在于,聚乙二醇/聚丙烯酸的重量比为1:1-3。
