Abstract

本发明提供了一种防潮阻燃面料，属于纺织产品技术领域。它解决了现有技术中面料防水防火性差，容易吸热和粘身，韧性差，易褶皱的问题。本防潮阻燃面料，包括由下往上依次设置的吸水纱网、环氧树脂层、云母层和聚氨酯涂层，聚氨酯涂层中添加有二甲基甲酰胺86～90份、色料1～3份、木质粉3～6份、表面活性剂0.5～1份、耐磨助剂3～6份、阻燃助剂3～6份。它采用两个或叁个弹簧芯子，使眼镜脚具有较大的弹力，能够牢牢的佩戴在使用者头部。本面料防火防水性强，排热不粘身，不易褶皱且韧性强。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织产品技术领域，涉及一种面料，特别是一种防潮阻燃面料。
背景技术
随着经济技术的发展，人民的生活水平的得到了很大的提高，在这个时尚的年代，人们对于穿衣打扮要求也在一点点的变得严格起来，而服装以面料制作而成，面料就是用来制作服装的材料，作为服装三要素之一，面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性，而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果，但是传统的面料在功能方面比较单一，仅仅起到了美观舒适的效果，而如今的服装面料的要求越来越苛刻，这就需要将传统的面料进一步优化改善，来使其更加完善实用，本发明提供了一种防火防潮面料，它能够在日常生活中防水防火，使面料保持干净整洁，弹性强，透气性好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题，提出了一种防潮阻燃面料，它解决了现有技术中面料防水防火性差，容易吸热和粘身，韧性差，易褶皱的问题。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，包括由下往上依次设置的吸水纱网、环氧树脂层、云母层和聚氨酯涂层，所述聚氨酯涂层中添加有二甲基甲酰胺86～90份、色料1～3份、木质粉3～6份、表面活性剂0.5～1份、耐磨助剂3～6份、阻燃助剂3～6份。
聚氨酯涂层中通过添加多种辅助成分可以提高面料的阻燃防火性，吸水纱网能够吸收水分，避免面料过于潮湿而粘身。
在上述的防潮阻燃面料中，所述聚氨酯涂层上覆盖有透气膜，所述聚氨酯涂层内部的顶部均匀设有多个纳米硅沸石管。透气膜和纳米硅沸石管相配合使得面料既具有良好的透气性，又能具有防水效果。
在上述的防潮阻燃面料中，所述透气膜均匀设有若干个三角体，所述三角体的表面涂有反光材料层。反光材料层能够反射太阳光，减少面料对面料的吸收，提高面料的隔热性。
在上述的防潮阻燃面料中，所述纳米硅沸石管为U型结构。U型结构能够对水分进行更好的阻挡，避免水分渗透到面料深处。
在上述的防潮阻燃面料中，所述吸水纱网与环氧树脂层之间通过多个弹性拉丝活动连接，所述弹性拉丝由橡胶树脂或木纤维材料制成。弹性拉丝能够增加面料的韧性，使得面料不易发生褶皱。
在上述的防潮阻燃面料中，所述吸水纱网的底面均匀设有多个塑胶凸点。当吸水纱网贴服在人体表面上时，能够随着人体运动而对人体进行按摩，提高使用舒适性，同时具有保健作用。
在上述的防潮阻燃面料中，所述防潮阻燃面料还包括若干个由上往下依次穿过聚氨酯涂层、云母层和环氧树脂层的透气槽，所述透气槽呈弧形且倾斜设置，所述透气槽的顶部位于聚氨酯涂层内，且透气槽的底端抵靠在吸水纱网的顶面上。透气槽能够增强面料内面的透气性。
在上述的防潮阻燃面料中，所述吸水纱网和环氧树脂层之间还具有朝向环氧树脂层凹陷的内凹槽，所述内凹槽的底部连接在洗水纱网的顶面上，且内凹槽位于两个相邻的透气槽之间。内凹槽有利于通风透气，加快汗液的蒸发。
在上述的防潮阻燃面料中，所述吸水纱网内均匀设有竹炭颗 粒。竹炭颗粒可以去除面料中的异味。
与现有技术相比，本防潮阻燃面料通过设有纳米硅沸石管来防止雨水进入面料内部，通过设有弹性拉丝来增强面料的韧性，不易发生褶皱，通过设有塑胶凸点不仅可为人体按摩还使面料不粘身，通过设有三角体来将太阳光反射，减少面料热能的吸入，通过设有环氧树脂层以其耐火性来防火，通过设有聚氨酯涂层以其疏水性用来防水。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图，对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述，但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
参照图1，本实施例提供一种防火防潮面料，包括透气槽1、云母层2、环氧树脂层3、吸水纱网4、三角体5、透气膜6、纳米硅沸石管7、聚氨酯涂层8、弹性拉丝9和塑胶凸点10，其中吸水纱网4、环氧树脂层3、云母层2和聚氨酯涂层8由下往上依次设置，聚氨酯涂层8中添加有二甲基甲酰胺86～90份、色料1～3份、木质粉3～6份、表面活性剂0.5～1份、耐磨助剂3～6份、阻燃助剂3～6份，可以增加面料的阻燃防火性，吸水纱网4的底端均匀设有多个塑胶凸点10，吸水纱网4用于吸收人身上的汗液，塑胶凸点10用于在人运动的过程中为人体按摩，吸水纱网4的顶端通过多个弹性拉丝9与环氧树脂层3活动连接，环氧树脂层3以其耐火性来防火，弹性拉丝9有利于面料的拉扯，且不易产生 褶皱，环氧树脂层3的顶端设有云母层2，云母层2增强了面料的抗压性和防腐蚀性，云母层2的顶端设有聚氨酯涂层8，聚氨酯涂层8以其疏水性用来防水，聚氨酯涂层8的两侧均通过透气槽1与吸水纱网4的顶端固定连接，透气槽1有利于面料的通风透气，聚氨酯涂层8内部的顶端均匀设有多个制为U型结构的纳米硅沸石管7，各纳米硅沸石管7相互抵靠，纳米硅沸石管7通过其U型结构来防止雨水进入面料内部，纳米硅沸石管7的顶端设有透气膜6，有利于面料的透气，透气膜6内均匀设有多个三角体5，用于反射太阳光，减少面料对热能的吸收，提高使用的舒适性
进一步的，吸水纱网4的顶端并在相邻的两个透气槽1之间设有内凹槽11，有利于通风透气，加快汗液的蒸发，且吸水纱网4内均匀设有竹炭颗粒，用于除去面料中的异味。
进一步的，三角体5的表面涂有反光材料层，有利于反射太阳光，减少面料对热能的吸收。
进一步的，弹性拉丝9由橡胶树脂和木纤维材料制成，使整个面料质轻且弹性大。
该种防火防潮面料，通过在聚氨酯涂层8内部的顶端设有纳米硅沸石管7来防止雨水进入面料，通过在吸水纱网4的顶端与环氧树脂层3之间设有弹性拉丝9来增强面料的韧性，不易发生褶皱，通过在吸水纱网4的底端设有塑胶凸点10，不仅可为人体按摩还使面料不粘身，通过在透气膜6内设有三角体5来将太阳光反射，具有透气隔热效果。

1.一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，包括由下往上依次设置的吸水纱网(4)、环氧树脂层(3)、云母层(2)和聚氨酯涂层(8)，所述聚氨酯涂层(8)中添加有二甲基甲酰胺86～90份、色料1～3份、木质粉3～6份、表面活性剂0.5～1份、耐磨助剂3～6份、阻燃助剂3～6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述聚氨酯涂层(8)上覆盖有透气膜(6)，所述聚氨酯涂层(8)内部的顶部均匀设有多个纳米硅沸石管(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述透气膜(6)均匀设有若干个三角体(5)，所述三角体(5)的表面涂有反光材料层。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述纳米硅沸石管(7)为U型结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述吸水纱网(4)与环氧树脂层(3)之间通过多个弹性拉丝(9)活动连接，所述弹性拉丝(9)由橡胶树脂或木纤维材料制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述吸水纱网(4)的底面均匀设有多个塑胶凸点(10)。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述防潮阻燃面料还包括若干个由上往下依次穿过聚氨酯涂层(8)、云母层(2)和环氧树脂层(3)的透气槽(1)，所述透气槽(1)呈弧形且倾斜设置，所述透气槽(1)的顶部位于聚氨酯涂层(8)内，且透气槽(1)的底端抵靠在吸水纱网(4)的顶面上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述吸水纱网(4)和环氧树脂层(3)之间还具有朝向环氧树脂层(3)凹陷的内凹槽(11)，所述内凹槽(11)的底部连接在洗水纱网(4)的顶面上，且内凹槽(11)位于两个相邻的透气槽(11)之间。
9.根据权利要求1或5或6或7或8所述的一种防潮阻燃面料，其特征在于，所述吸水纱网(4)内均匀设有竹炭颗粒。
