本发明涉及一种印刷用废旧橡皮布翻新生产工艺,该生产工艺包括以下步骤:1,去除表面层橡胶,用磨床打磨去除废旧橡皮布表面层橡胶,使用砂纸为200目‑400目,打磨至露出基布即可,保留面层基布;2,硫化:将内层胶片和外层胶片依次复合在已去除表面胶的橡皮布表面,放入平板硫化机硫化,硫化温度165℃‑175℃,时间5分钟‑8分钟,压力10MPa‑12MPa;3,打磨:用磨床将硫化好的橡皮布表面打磨,砂纸目数为400目‑600目,使整体橡皮布厚度控制在1.95mm‑1.97mm,油墨转移面的粗糙度为0.6μmRa‑0.8μmRa。本发明所述的废旧橡皮布翻新工艺方法合理,不使用甲苯等有机溶剂,而是用出片的方式生产外层胶和内层胶,并直接复合硫化,绿色环保。

Description

一种印刷用废旧橡皮布翻新生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷用废旧橡皮布翻新生产工艺。
背景技术
印刷橡皮布是橡胶层和基布构成的复合材料。在胶印行业中,传统油墨所使用的印刷橡皮布是由丁腈橡胶和和基布组成的复合材料,总厚度为1.95mm-1.97mm,表面层是丁腈和无机填料的混炼胶,表面橡胶层下面是0.20mm-0.30mm厚的面布,面布材料为纯棉或涤棉。
在平板印刷中用其将油墨转移到承印物上。印刷前,将橡皮布包裹在胶印机转印滚筒上,印刷中橡皮布处于高速转动中,转移油墨的表面层反复受到印辊和压辊的挤压。在日常的印刷中,导致橡皮布报废的原因有以下三个:
1,在长时间高负荷运转下,导致表面层的磨损变薄,印品的网点发虚;
2,由于印版上酸性润版液和油墨清洁剂的侵蚀,破坏了橡皮布的表面结构;
3,在高速运转中,承印物中夹入了异物,或厚的纸边折角导致局部压力过大,橡皮布表面破裂。
国内印刷行业每年有几百万平方米的橡皮布作为固体废料被处理掉,如何将废旧橡皮布再利用以节省资源是本发明所要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供了一种印刷用废旧橡皮布翻新生产工艺,所述生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1,去除表面层橡胶,用磨床打磨去除废旧橡皮布表面层橡胶,使用砂纸为200目-400目,打磨至露出基布即可,保留面层基布;
2,硫化:将内层胶片和外层胶片依次复合在已去除表面胶的橡皮布表面,放入平板硫化机硫化,硫化温度165℃-175℃,时间5分钟-8分钟,压力10MPa-12MPa;
3,打磨:用磨床将硫化好的橡皮布表面打磨,砂纸目数为400目-600目,使整体橡皮布厚度控制在1.95mm-1.97mm,油墨转移面的粗糙度为0.6μmRa-0.8μmRa。
所述外层胶片为油墨转移面,厚度0.35mm,内层胶片作为粘合层连结基布和外层橡胶,厚度0.15mm。
所述外层胶片配方为:
丁腈橡胶65-90份,聚硫橡胶10-35份,纳米蒙脱土10-30份,纳米凹凸棒土5-10份,硫磺 2-4份,硫化促进剂2-4份,防老剂1-3份,硬脂酸5-10份,氧化锌1-5份,偶联剂1-3份,马来酸改性松香3-6份,酞青蓝 0.5-3份。
所述内层胶片配方为:天然橡胶50-80份,聚硫橡胶20-50份,季戊四醇改性松香3-6份,碳九树脂3-6份,粘合剂AS-88 2-4份,偶联剂1-5份,硫磺2-4份,硫化促进剂2-4份,氧化锌 1-5份,硬脂酸5-10份。
所述外层胶片制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1,混炼胶制备:将丁腈橡胶和聚硫橡胶并胶塑炼,塑炼温度60℃到70℃,拉薄通8到10次,然后将外层胶的其他所有原料投入密炼机,密炼20到30分钟,密炼温度80℃到100℃,制成各组份捏合均匀的混炼胶;
2,外层胶出片:将外层混炼胶在三辊压延机上均匀出片,出片在PVC膜上,压延机出片温度60到80℃,出片速度每分钟3到6米,出片厚度每平方米误差小于0.02mm。
所述内层胶片制备工艺包括以下步骤:
1,混炼胶制备:将内层胶所有组份投入密炼机,密炼15到20分钟,密炼温度80℃到120℃,制成各组分捏合均匀的混炼胶;
2,内层胶出片:将内层混炼胶在三辊压延机上均匀出片,出片在PVC膜上,压延机出片温度75℃到85℃,出片速度每分钟2到4米,出片厚度每平方米误差小于0.02mm。
本发明通过添加纳米材料和聚硫橡胶,使翻新橡皮布的性能达到甚至超过原有全新橡皮布的性能。

一、外层胶制备工艺:
1,混炼胶制备:将外层胶的A和B组份并胶塑炼,塑炼温度60℃到70℃,拉薄通8到10次,然后将外层胶的所有原料投入密炼机,密炼20到30分钟,密炼温度80℃到100℃,制成各组份捏合均匀的混炼胶;
2,外层胶出片:将外层混炼胶在三辊压延机上均匀出片,出片在PVC膜上,压延机出片温度60到80℃,出片速度每分钟3到6米,出片厚度每平方米误差小于0.02mm。
二、内层胶制备工艺
1,混炼胶制备:将内层胶所有组份投入密炼机,密炼15到20分钟,密炼温度80℃到120℃,制成各组分捏合均匀的混炼胶;
2,内层胶出片:将内层混炼胶在三辊压延机上均匀出片,出片在PVC膜上,压延机出片温度75℃到85℃,出片速度每分钟2到4米,出片厚度每平方米误差小于0.02mm;
废旧橡皮布翻新工艺:
1,去除表面层橡胶,用磨床打磨去除废旧橡皮布表面层橡胶,使用砂纸为200目-400目,打磨至露出基布即可,保留面层基布;

K 马来酸改性松香3份,L 酞青蓝 0.5份;
内层胶使用配方:A天然橡胶65份,B 聚硫橡胶35份,C季戊四醇改性松香3份,D 碳九树脂3份, E 粘合剂AS-88 2份,F 偶联剂1份,G 硫磺2份,H 硫磺促进剂4份,I 氧化锌 1份,J 硬脂酸5-份。
制得翻新橡皮布参数指标如下:
厚度(mm):1.96;
表面粗糙度(Micro ground):0.8μmRa;
最大线性伸长(10N/mm):<0.9%;
抗拉升强度(N/cm):>60;
可压缩性(2060KPa):0.26mm;
总硬度:76°shoreA;

本发明所述的废旧橡皮布翻新工艺方法合理,不使用甲苯等有机溶剂,而是用出片的方式生产外层胶和内层胶,并直接复合硫化,绿色环保。本发明使用了纳米无机材料和聚硫橡胶,聚硫橡胶能更好的耐清洁剂和润版液的腐蚀,纳米无机材料使橡皮布有更好的抗压性能和拉伸强度,和耐疲劳性。
