本发明公开了一种桌椅升降滑轨的冲压模具,包括上模板、下模板和下垫板,所述下模板通过螺钉固定在下垫板上,所述下垫板上设有矩形弹簧,所述矩形弹簧贯穿下模板,所述矩形弹簧上设有卸料板,所述下模板上还设有定位柱。本发明装夹方便,生产出的桌椅升降滑轨合格率高,生产效率高,从而提高了工厂的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工技术领域,具体涉及一种桌椅升降滑轨的冲压模具。
背景技术
为保证能够适应不同身高的人使用,现在的桌椅都是可以升降的,但是对于学生课桌椅,通常在安装的时候就会针对不同年龄段的学生安装不同的高度,所以就需要用到升降滑轨,但是升降滑轨本身较薄,通常采用冲压成型的方式制造,但是目前的冲压模具脱模不方便,且产生的废品率多。所以,急需研制一种模具,以降低加工出的桌椅升降滑轨的废品率,且便于脱模。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种桌椅升降滑轨的冲压模具。
一种桌椅升降滑轨的冲压模具,包括上模板2、下模板3和下垫板4,所述下模板3通过螺钉6固定在下垫板4上,所述下垫板4上设有矩形弹簧7,所述矩形弹簧7贯穿下模板3,所述矩形弹簧7上设有卸料板8,所述下模板3上还设有定位柱9。
为便于装夹,所述上模板2上端连接有上固定板1,所述下垫板4下端设有底座5。
为便于定位,所述定位柱9的数量为2-3个,且均布在下模板3的一端。
本发明桌椅升降滑轨的冲压模具,与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:本发明装夹方便,生产出的桌椅升降滑轨合格率高,生产效率高,从而提高了工厂的经济效益。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种桌椅升降滑轨的冲压模具,包括上模板2、下模板3和下垫板4,所述下模板3通过螺钉6固定在下垫板4上,所述下垫板4上设有矩形弹簧7,所述矩形弹簧7贯穿下模板3,所述矩形弹簧7上设有卸料板8,所述下模板3上还设有定位柱9。
为便于装夹,所述上模板2上端连接有上固定板1,所述下垫板4下端设有底座5。
为便于定位,所述定位柱9的数量为2-3个,且均布在下模板3的一端。
本发明使用时,将模具装在冲床上,然后将需要加工的工件放置在下模板3上,通过定位柱9定位,然后操作冲床,使上模板2向下运动,然后冲压工件,将上模板2向上运动时,矩形弹簧7复原,从而将卸料板8弹起,完成卸料,最终加工出的工件如图2所示。
本发明装夹方便,生产出的桌椅升降滑轨合格率高,生产效率高,从而提高了工厂的经济效益。

1.一种桌椅升降滑轨的冲压模具,其特征在于:包括上模板、下模板和下垫板,所述下模板通过螺钉固定在下垫板上,所述下垫板上设有矩形弹簧,所述矩形弹簧贯穿下模板,所述矩形弹簧上设有卸料板,所述下模板上还设有定位柱。
2.如权利要求1所述的桌椅升降滑轨的冲压模具,其特征在于:所述上模板上端连接有上固定板,所述下垫板下端设有底座。
