替代地,还可以规定允许通过打开的阀门返回到液体罐中。这在以下情况下是特别有利的:取出的液体(例如防晒霜)应当从所述雾化器的循环返回到液体罐中以便尽可能完全排空所述雾化器而不浪费材料。
输送装置101和高压源109可以经由通过电按钮107形成的激活装置106来激活。在此,按钮107的致动元件107a是导电的并且被构造为与雾化器喷嘴102a至102b相反的极。在必须持续地按压按钮107以进行喷雾之后,以这种方式确保了使用者与喷雾装置101的参考电位的良好连接,并且避免了对使用者的静电加载。
雾化器101包括声学信号发生器119,该信号发生器连接到控制电子装置108。由此可以在声学上告知所述使用者雾化器101的正确或错误使用,并且可以因此训练和优化对雾化器101的操作。附加地或替代地,设置触觉的、特别是振动的信号发生器,其中该信号发生器总是在所述喷雾器喷雾时以确定的频率被激活。通过以不同的频率振动,可以向所述使用者传送其他信息,例如错误操作。
雾化器101包括连接装置120,其中液体罐110可松脱地并且经由自己关闭的阀门121与连接装置120连接。由此可以通过简单的手部运动来进行液体罐110的耦合和脱耦,由此也有效地防止了液体罐110的不希望的泄漏。
液体罐110被构造为自塌缩罐,并且为此包括箔袋110a。替代地,所述液体罐也可以配备有被动的随动活塞。这种液体罐可以成本有利地加以制造。此外,通过在相应地使用透明部件和/或相应地定位开口时的目视检查,可以轻松检测这种液体罐的液位。
第一管道112、第二管道113和输送软管117整体地构造而成,并通过优选整体构造的连接软管122形成。由此减少了连接位置的数量,从而降低了形成沉积物的风险。
在液体罐110和控制电子装置108之间包括用于识别液体罐110的装置123,其中这些装置123被构造为检测装置,它们检测印刷在所述液体罐上或存储在液体罐上的信息并将相应的信息转发给所述控制电子装置。由此,控制电子装置108能够将各种参数如高压的大小、泵的功率等与待喷出的液体103匹配。在此特别优选地可以设置RFID标记,所述RFID标记被构造为特别是可读和可写,从而也可以存储当前信息,例如首次使用液体罐的日期。
在所示实施方式中,雾化器101包括以环形方式布置的8个雾化器喷嘴102a至102h(见图3)。由此可以喷涂几平方厘米的身体表面,从而保证快速的喷雾进展。
雾化器喷嘴102a至102h形成喷嘴阵列124(见图3),其中喷嘴阵列124被构造为网格125,具有在网格点126a至126i处相交的网格线127a至127f,其中特别是规定,雾化器喷嘴102a至102h形成平行的网格线的网格点。通过这种规则的几何布置,可以实现液体的均匀施加。
从图1和图2中可以再次看出,壳体101包括抓握区段128、头部区段129和布置在抓握区段128与头部区段129之间的中央区段130,其中雾化器喷嘴102a至102h布置在头部区段129中,其中输送装置111布置在液体罐110与雾化器喷嘴102a至102h之间。
所述控制电子装置包括传感器装置S102-1和S102-2,利用它们在雾化器喷嘴102g处检测电压V102和/或电流强度A102。此外,控制电子装置108包括传感器装置S109-1和S109-2,利用它们在高压源109处检测电压V109和/或电流强度A109。
依据在雾化器喷嘴102g处测量的电压V102和/或电流强度A102和/或依据在高压源109处测量的电压V109和/或电流强度A109,控制所述输送装置111和/或高压源109来优化雾化器101的液体输出。由此可以监视输送装置111和/或高压源109的按规定的功能。此外,这种监视允许引入改进措施、发出错误通知以及质量监视。
此外规定,对雾化器喷嘴102a至102h中的至少一个雾化器喷嘴和激活装置106的操作元件107的导电区段处的电流强度A102或A107和/或电压V102或V107进行分析,并将这些测量值与参考值进行比较,所述参考值存储在控制电子装置108中。由此同样可以监视雾化器的按规定的功能。这种监视同样允许引入改进措施、发出错误通知以及质量监视。在操作元件107处,利用传感器装置S107-1和S107-2测量电压和/或电流强度。
还可以规定,通过对所测量的电流强度和/或电压的分析来确定雾化器喷嘴102a至102h中的至少一个雾化器喷嘴与待喷涂的表面F之间的距离值AW。
此外规定,通过对所测量的电流强度和/或电压的分析来确定涂覆参数BP例如待喷涂的表面F上的层的厚度。
还可以规定,通过分析雾化器喷嘴102a至102h中至少一个雾化器喷嘴的测量的电流强度和/或电压,确定所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴102a至102h相对于待喷涂的表面F的对准。
根据未示出的实施变型规定,所述雾化器除了第一液体罐之外还包括第二液体罐,所述雾化器除了第一输送装置之外还包括第二输送装置,在这些输送装置和所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴之间中间连接着混合装置,其中控制所述第一输送装置的输送容积和所述第二输送装置的输送容积,使得在所述混合装置中产生具有预定的组成的混合液体。由此不同的液体可以在喷出之前彼此混合。通过运行具有不同输送功率的输送装置,还可以确定混合比。
如从图1可以看出的,还规定雾化器101包括加热装置140和冷却装置141,其中液体103在从雾化器喷嘴102a至102h溢出之前被加热或冷却以达到预定的温度和/或粘度。
规定:在激活雾化器101时,首先激活高压发生器109,然后激活输送装置111。由此可以确保,到达雾化器喷嘴102a至102h的液体103立即被雾化并且雾化器喷嘴不会滴液。
此外规定,当去激活所述雾化器时首先去激活所述输送装置,然后去激活所述高压发生器。由此同样可以防止雾化器喷嘴滴液。另外可以规定,在去激活所述输送装置之前,自动地将所述输送装置从正向输送切换到短暂的反向输送。由此,液体被从第二管道113吸出,从而更可靠地避免了滴液并且可以减少关闭过程所需的时间。
在针对所述激活的流程中还规定,在激活高压发生器109之前激活雾化器101时,将雾化器喷嘴102a至102h从静止位置R102置入至工作位置A102,其中为此借助于提升气缸134来移动雾化器喷嘴102a至102h。
在针对去激活的流程中还规定,在去激活高压发生器109之后去激活雾化器101时,将雾化器喷嘴102a至102h从工作位置A102移动至静止位置R102,其中为此再次借助于升降气缸来使得雾化器喷嘴102a至102h运动。
替代或补充雾化器喷嘴的运动地,还可以将壳体部分构造为滑动件(未示出),在去激活状态下该滑动件被推到雾化器喷嘴前方以进行覆盖,并且在此情况下优选地操作通断开关。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于控制用于液体(103)的静电雾化器(101)的方法,其中所述雾化器(101)包括液体罐(110)和用于来自所述液体罐(110)的液体(103)的输送装置(111)、高压源(109)以及至少一个用于雾化液体(103)的雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h),其中所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)连接到所述高压源(109),其特征在于,借助于控制电子装置(108)的传感器装置(S102-1,S102-2)在至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)处检测电压和/或电流强度和/或借助于所述控制电子装置(108)的传感器装置(S109-1,S109-2)检测所述高压源(109)处的电压和/或电流强度,
其中,所述雾化器(101)包括:
-壳体(104),
-电源(105),通过所述电源向所述高压源(109)供电,
-激活装置(106),通过所述激活装置激活所述雾化器(101),以及
-控制电子装置(108),通过所述控制电子装置控制所述雾化器(101)的液体输出,
其中,对所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)处和所述壳体(104)的导电区段或激活装置(106)的操作元件(107a)处的电流强度和/或电压进行分析,并将这些测量与参考值进行比较,
在去激活所述雾化器(101)时,首先去激活所述输送装置(111),然后去激活所述高压发生器(109)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
-所述输送装置(111)布置在所述液体罐(110)和所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)之间,
-其中所述输送装置(111)通过第一管道(112)与所述液体罐(110)连接,并且由所述输送装置(111)从所述液体罐(110)抽吸液体(103),以及
-其中所述输送装置(111)通过第二管道(113)与所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)连接,并且由所述输送装置(111)将液体(103)输送到所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h),
-其中优选地,所述第一管道和所述第二管道被构造为整体挤压成型的软管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,依据在所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)处测量的电压和/或电流强度和/或依据在所述高压源(109)处测量的电压和/或电流强度来控制所述输送装置(111)和/或所述高压源(109)以优化所述雾化器(101)的液体输出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过对测量的电流强度和/或电压的分析来确定在所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)与待喷涂表面(F)之间的距离值(AW)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过对测量的电流强度和/或电压的分析来确定待喷涂表面(F)的涂覆参数(BP)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过对所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)的测量的电流强度和/或电压的分析来确定所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)相对于待喷涂表面(F)的对准。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述雾化器(101)除了第一液体罐(110)之外还包括第二液体罐,所述雾化器(101)除了第一输送装置(111)之外还包括第二输送装置,在所述输送装置和所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)之间中间连接了混合装置,其中控制所述第一输送装置的输送容积和所述第二输送装置的输送容积,使得在所述混合装置中产生具有预定组成的混合流体。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述雾化器(101)包括加热装置(140)和/或冷却装置(141),其中,所述液体(103)在从所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)离开之前被加热或冷却以达到预定的温度和/或粘度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在激活所述雾化器(101)时,首先激活所述高压发生器(109),然后激活所述输送装置(111)。
10.根据权利要求1或9所述的方法,其特征在于,在激活所述高压发生器(109)之前激活所述雾化器(101)时,将所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)从静止位置(R101)置入到工作位置(A101),其中为此使得所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)和/或所述壳体(104)运动和/或其中使得至少一个壳体区段相对于雾化器喷嘴运动。
11.根据权利要求1或9所述的方法,其特征在于,在去激活所述高压发生器(109)之后去激活所述雾化器(101)时,将所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)从工作位置(A101)置入到静止位置(R101),其中为此使得所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)和/或所述壳体(104)、至少一个壳体区段运动。
12.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,依据在所述至少一个雾化器喷嘴(102a-102h)处测量的电压和/或电流强度和/或依据在所述高压源(109)处测量的电压和/或电流强度闭环控制所述输送装置(111)和/或所述高压源(109)以优化所述雾化器(101)的液体输出。
13.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输送装置(111)在其去激活之前从正向输送自动切换为短暂的反向输送。
14.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个壳体区段是滑动件。
