本发明公开了一种用于耐火材料生产研磨装置,底座顶面设置有下料组件,下料口内部固定安装有滤网,加工盘底面中部通过螺钉安装有振动电机,支撑座底端套接有收集框,装置本体一侧设置有进料组件,进料口内部活动安装有活动框,主动研磨辊一侧设置有从动研磨辊,本发明在进行研磨的过程中,利用振动电机带动加工盘振动,使耐火材料研磨更加精细,通过不断振动的加工盘以及研磨盘的推动,使原料向下料口移动,原料最后落于收集框内,便于下料和收集,推动活动框,使活动框一端靠近加工盘,向活动框内倒入原料,经过主动研磨辊和从动研磨辊的初步研磨,原料沿着斜板落到加工盘顶面,操作方便,进料更快。

技术领域
本发明涉及研磨装置技术领域,具体为一种用于耐火材料生产研磨装置。
背景技术
不定型耐火材料又称散状耐火材料,是由具有一定粒度级配的耐火骨料和粉料、结合剂、外加剂混合而成的耐火材料,用于热工设备衬里,不经烧成工序,直接烘烤使用,在进行生产过程中,因不定型耐火材料颗粒大小不均匀,需要进行研磨。
在公开号为CN208599821U的专利中提到了“一种不定型耐火材料生产用研磨装置”,利用转动压杆推动滑动压板做上下直线运动,同时配合滑动压板上预留的弧形开口,方便滑动压板在升降的过程中也能做一定角度的旋转运动,实现研磨板对不定型耐火材料进行快速研磨的目的,省事省力,且成本低,但该装置在研磨过程中研磨板转动研磨幅度较小,研磨不够细致,且上下料均不方便,难以操作。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于耐火材料生产研磨装置,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的该装置在研磨过程中研磨板转动研磨幅度较小,研磨不够细致,且上下料均不方便,难以操作的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于耐火材料生产研磨装置,包括装置本体,所述装置本体底部设置有底座,所述底座顶面设置有加工盘;
所述底座顶面设置有下料组件,所述下料组件包括下料口、滤网、挡圈、振动电机、弹簧、支撑座、收集框和取出口;
所述下料口开设于加工盘顶面边缘处,所述下料口内部固定安装有滤网,所述滤网边缘焊接有挡圈,所述加工盘底面中部通过螺钉安装有振动电机,所述加工盘底面边缘处均匀通过螺钉安装有弹簧,所述弹簧固定安装于支撑座顶端,所述支撑座底端套接有收集框,所述底座正面中部开设有取出口,所述振动电机输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
优选的,所述支撑座顶面对应弹簧处焊接有定位柱,所述弹簧底端焊接于定位柱底端。
优选的,所述收集框内径与支撑座直径相同。
优选的,所述取出口正面铰接有挡板。
优选的,所述装置本体一侧设置有进料组件,所述进料组件包括进料口、活动框、斜板、主动研磨辊、从动研磨辊、驱动电机和限位板;
所述进料口开设于装置本体侧面,所述进料口内部活动安装有活动框,所述活动框内部通过螺钉安装有斜板,所述活动框内部固定安装有主动研磨辊,所述主动研磨辊一侧设置有从动研磨辊,所述主动研磨辊一端位于活动框正面处安装有驱动电机,所述活动框靠近进料口一端处焊接有限位板,所述驱动电机输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
优选的,所述进料口内部底端均匀开设有滚珠槽,且滚珠槽内部镶嵌有滚珠。
优选的,所述驱动电机一侧通过转轴连接有齿轮箱,所述主动研磨辊和从动研磨辊分别与齿轮箱两端相连。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便:
1.设置有下料组件,在进行研磨的过程中,利用振动电机带动加工盘振动,使耐火材料研磨更加精细,通过不断振动的加工盘以及研磨盘的推动,使原料向下料口移动,原料最后落于收集框内,便于下料和收集。
2.设置有进料组件,推动活动框,使活动框一端靠近加工盘,向活动框内倒入原料,经过主动研磨辊和从动研磨辊的初步研磨,原料沿着斜板落到加工盘顶面,操作方便,进料更快。

实施例:如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种技术方案,一种用于耐火材料生产研磨装置,包括装置本体1,装置本体1底部设置有底座2,底座2顶面设置有加工盘3。
底座2顶面设置有下料组件4,下料组件4包括下料口401、滤网402、挡圈403、振动电机404、弹簧405、支撑座406、收集框407和取出口408。
下料口401开设于加工盘3顶面边缘处,下料口401内部固定安装有滤网402,滤网402边缘焊接有挡圈403,加工盘3底面中部通过螺钉安装有振动电机404,加工盘3底面边缘处均匀通过螺钉安装有弹簧405,弹簧405固定安装于支撑座406顶端,支撑座406顶面对应弹簧405处焊接有定位柱,弹簧405底端焊接于定位柱底端,便于对弹簧405进行定位,防止弹簧405偏斜,支撑座406底端套接有收集框407,收集框407内径与支撑座406直径相同,便于将收集框407安装于支撑座406底端,底座2正面中部开设有取出口408,取出口408正面铰接有挡板,遮挡取出口408,防止杂物进入取出口408内,振动电机404输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
装置本体1一侧设置有进料组件5,进料组件5包括进料口501、活动框502、斜板503、主动研磨辊504、从动研磨辊505、驱动电机506和限位板507。
进料口501开设于装置本体1侧面,进料口501内部活动安装有活动框502,进料口501内部底端均匀开设有滚珠槽,且滚珠槽内部镶嵌有滚珠,便于活动框502沿着进料口501底端移动,活动框502内部通过螺钉安装有斜板503,活动框502内部固定安装有主动研磨辊504,主动研磨辊504一侧设置有从动研磨辊505,驱动电机506一侧通过转轴连接有齿轮箱,主动研磨辊504和从动研磨辊505分别与齿轮箱两端相连,便于驱动电机506带动主动研磨辊504和从动研磨辊505转动,主动研磨辊504一端位于活动框502正面处安装有驱动电机506,活动框502靠近进料口501一端处焊接有限位板507,驱动电机506输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:推动进料口501内部的活动框502,使活动框502一端靠近加工盘3顶端中部,启动驱动电机506,驱动电机506型号为50KTYZ,驱动电机506依次带动主动研磨辊504和从动研磨辊505转动,向活动框502内倒入原料,经过主动研磨辊504和从动研磨辊505的初步研磨,原料沿着斜板503落到加工盘3顶面,再拉动活动框502,使活动框502远离加工盘3,操作方便,进料更快。
在进行研磨的过程中,利用振动电机404带动加工盘3振动,振动电机404型号为YZS,使研磨盘和加工盘3之间的耐火材料不断撞击研磨盘,研磨得更加精细,通过不断振动的加工盘3以及研磨盘的推动,使原料向下料口401移动,符合颗粒大小的原料透过滤网402,原料最后落于收集框407内,从取出口408内取出收集框407的原料,便于下料和收集。

所述下料口(401)开设于加工盘(3)顶面边缘处,所述下料口(401)内部固定安装有滤网(402),所述滤网(402)边缘焊接有挡圈(403),所述加工盘(3)底面中部通过螺钉安装有振动电机(404),所述加工盘(3)底面边缘处均匀通过螺钉安装有弹簧(405),所述弹簧(405)固定安装于支撑座(406)顶端,所述支撑座(406)底端套接有收集框(407),所述底座(2)正面中部开设有取出口(408),所述振动电机(404)输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于耐火材料生产研磨装置,其特征在于:所述支撑座(406)顶面对应弹簧(405)处焊接有定位柱,所述弹簧(405)底端焊接于定位柱底端。

所述进料口(501)开设于装置本体(1)侧面,所述进料口(501)内部活动安装有活动框(502),所述活动框(502)内部通过螺钉安装有斜板(503),所述活动框(502)内部固定安装有主动研磨辊(504),所述主动研磨辊(504)一侧设置有从动研磨辊(505),所述主动研磨辊(504)一端位于活动框(502)正面处安装有驱动电机(506),所述活动框(502)靠近进料口(501)一端处焊接有限位板(507),所述驱动电机(506)输入端与外部电源输出端电性相连。
