本发明公开了一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴，包括外侧的发热层和内侧的药物层，药物层为28味中药按照一定比例配比，研磨成粉装袋，使用时配合36味中药研磨成粉用55度左右的纯粮酿造酒浸泡15天以上的药液润湿药物层的纯中草药粉袋。本发明的有益效果为：本发明具有很强的柔韧性，可随意贴敷身体的任何部位，疗效好、见效快、复发率低、无副作用、使用方便、制备方法简单。本发明发热体能够恒温发热，性能相当稳定；另外用中药液润湿药物层的纯中草药粉袋，配方为纯中药制剂，无毒无害，发热层持续12小时恒温发热使药物层对患处恒温熏蒸，效果显著。

本发明涉及中药发热贴技术领域，具体是指一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴。
背景技术
目前治疗骨科疾病的中药内服制剂治疗周期长、复发率高，而外涂膏剂使用不方便，因此外用贴剂由于使用方便常常用来治疗骨科疾病，发热贴剂可以发热，缓解疼痛，有利于骨科疾病的治疗，但是现有自发热外用贴剂存在的缺点是：发热体发热时间不稳定，同时不能做到恒温发热；另外所用药物层非纯中药制剂，药物层的药理作用不明显。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷，提供一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴，以解决现有技术中治疗骨科疾病的中药治疗周期长、复发率高、使用不方便的问题。
为了达到上述发明目的，本发明采用的技术方案为：一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴，包括外侧的发热层和内侧的药物层，药物层包括以下重量份的原料：桃仁5-7份，归尾5-7份，红花5-7份，松香5-7份，碎补5-7份，大黄10-14份，南星8-10份，半夏8-10份，川乌8-10份，附子8-12份，姜活8-10份，独活8-10份，白芥子3-7份，牙皂3-7份，细辛3-7份，当归5-7份，川芎5-7份，桂枝8-12份，白芷10-14份，苏木10-14份，仙鹤草8-10份，樟脑14-16份，冰片2-4份，土鳖14-16份，川椒5-7份，一支蒿14-16份，五加皮8-12份，薄荷8-12份。

(2)药物层制作：28味中药按照配比研磨成粉，包装成袋，药物层位于贴剂的内侧，发热层位于外侧。
进一步的，所述中药粉贴的使用方法为：用与药物层配合使用的中药液润湿药物层，将发热层内侧边缘的胶黏面贴于患处，发热层持续12小时恒温发热使药物层对患处恒温熏蒸。

(1)发热层制作：发热层所用包装袋由透气薄膜制成，以PE为载体，透气膜上分布微孔结构，该透气膜用于包装发热材料，所述发热材料由铁粉、活性碳、蛭石、水、矿物盐构成；
(2)药物层制作：28味中药按照配比研磨成粉，包装成袋，药物层位于贴剂的内侧，发热层位于外侧。
所述中药粉贴的使用方法为：用与药物层配合使用的中药液润湿药物层，将发热层内侧边缘的胶黏面贴于患处，发热层持续12小时恒温发热使药物层对患处恒温熏蒸。
与药物层配合使用的中药液包括以下重量份的原料：生马钱子100份，血竭100份，蕲蛇100份，桃仁100份，防风100份，生川乌30份，川芎30份，生地50份，乳香50份，血藤100份，一枝蒿30份，蜈蚣10条，续断50份，没药50份，生草乌30份，柴胡100份，全虫50份，三七100份，细辛50份，牛膝50份，姜黄50份，丹皮50份，升麻100份，甲珠100份，杜仲100份，白芷50份，海马50份，独活100份，赤芍50份，黄芪100份，木瓜100份，桂枝100份，红花100份，当归50份，木香100份，枳壳100份。中药液制作方法如下：将36味中药研磨成粉，用纱布包裹，在55度的纯粮酿造酒中浸泡15天以上，即得中药液。

发热层反应基本原理：利用原电池加快氧化反应速度，将化学能转变为热能。使用了矿物材料蛭石来保温以使温度能够持续更长。因为产品在使用前不能发生反应所以袋子材质要很特别，由原料层、明胶层和无纺布袋组成。无纺布袋是采用微孔透气膜制作的。它还得有一个常规不透气的外袋(明胶层)。在使用时，去掉外袋，让内袋(无纺布袋)暴露在空气里，空气中的氧气通过透气膜进入里面。放热的时间和温度就是通过透气膜的透氧速率进行控制的。如果透氧太快，热量一下子就放掉了，而且还有可能烫伤皮肤。如果透氧太慢，就没有什么温度了。使用后为黑褐色固体，其中含碳粉、NaCl固体、Fe2O3固体以及含镁铝的盐类。反应原理为利用原电池加快氧化反应速度，将化学能转变为热能。是利用铁氧化反应放热来发热。实际上也就是根据铁在潮湿空气中发生吸氧腐蚀的原理。同时利用活性炭的强吸附性，在活性炭的疏松结构中储有水蒸气，水蒸气液化成水滴，流出与空气和铁粉接触，在氯化钠的催化作用下较为迅速的发生反应生成氢氧化铁，放出热量。铁在自然条件下的氧化反应速度是缓慢的，若能加快这种反应，如设法加大铁的表面积，使用水，食盐和活性炭形成原电池来促进反应，就可以得到发热袋所需的温度，成为发热袋的热源。
负极:Fe-2e-＝Fe2+；
正极：O2+2H2O+4e-＝4OH-；
总反应：2Fe+O2+2H2O＝2Fe(OH)2；
2Fe(OH)2+2H2O+3O2＝4Fe(OH)3↓；
2Fe(OH)3Fe2O3+3H2O
通过铁的缓慢氧化放热，再通过原电池原理加速氧化，使化学能转变为电能，然后利用蛭石来保持温度，同时外加一定尺寸不透气的明胶作为控温辅助，故暖其保温时间能长达12小时之久，而且整个过程温度基本恒定。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述，这种描述没有限制性，只是本发明的实施方式之一，实际的实施方式并不局限于此。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示，在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下，不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例，均应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴，其特征在于：包括外侧的发热层和内侧的药物层，药物层包括以下重量份的原料：桃仁5-7份，归尾5-7份，红花5-7份，松香5-7份，碎补5-7份，大黄10-14份，南星8-10份，半夏8-10份，川乌8-10份，附子8-12份，姜活8-10份，独活8-10份，白芥子3-7份，牙皂3-7份，细辛3-7份，当归5-7份，川芎5-7份，桂枝8-12份，白芷10-14份，苏木10-14份，仙鹤草8-10份，樟脑14-16份，冰片2-4份，土鳖14-16份，川椒5-7份，一支蒿14-16份，五加皮8-12份，薄荷8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴，其特征在于：药物层包括以下重量份的原料：桃仁6份，归尾6份，红花6份，松香6份，碎补6份，大黄12份，南星9份，半夏9份，川乌9份，附子10份，姜活9份，独活9份，白芥子5份，牙皂5份，细辛5份，当归6份，川芎6份，桂枝10份，白芷12份，苏木12份，仙鹤草9份，樟脑15份，冰片3份，土鳖15份，川椒6份，一支蒿15份，五加皮10份，薄荷10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴，其特征在于：所述中药粉贴的制作方法如下：

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴，其特征在于：与药物层配合使用的中药液包括以下重量份的原料：生马钱子90-110份，血竭90-110份，蕲蛇90-110份，桃仁90-110份，防风90-110份，生川乌20-40份，川芎20-40份，生地40-60份，乳香40-60份，血藤90-110份，一枝蒿20-40份，蜈蚣8-12份，续断40-60份，没药40-60份，生草乌20-40份，柴胡90-110份，全虫40-60份，三七90-110份，细辛40-60份，牛膝40-60份，姜黄40-60份，丹皮40-60份，升麻90-110份，甲珠90-110份，杜仲90-110份，白芷40-60份，海马40-60份，独活90-110份，赤芍40-60份，黄芪90-110份，木瓜90-110份，桂枝90-110份，红花90-110份，当归40-60份，木香90-110份，枳壳90-110份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种恒温自发热外用中药粉贴，其特征在于：与药物层配合使用的中药液包括以下重量份的原料：生马钱子100份，血竭100份，蕲蛇100份，桃仁100份，防风100份，生川乌30份，川芎30份，生地50份，乳香50份，血藤100份，一枝蒿30份，蜈蚣10条，续断50份，没药50份，生草乌30份，柴胡100份，全虫50份，三七100份，细辛50份，牛膝50份，姜黄50份，丹皮50份，升麻100份，甲珠100份，杜仲100份，白芷50份，海马50份，独活100份，赤芍50份，黄芪100份，木瓜100份，桂枝100份，红花100份，当归50份，木香100份，枳壳100份。
