技术领域
本发明涉及中医药领域，尤其涉及一种治疗冬季感冒发烧的退热贴及其制备方法。
背景技术
冬季气候寒冷干燥，是感冒的多发季节。中医把感冒一般分为风寒感冒、风热感冒和暑湿感冒，冬季一般多发风寒感冒。
风寒感冒多伴有发热、浑身疼痛、鼻塞、咽喉痒痛、咳嗽等症状。目前，目前，治疗感冒的药物种类繁多，大体可分四类：

虽然治疗感冒的药物众多，但是一方面西药普遍副作用比较大，容易降低免疫力，另一方面现有的中成药普遍缺乏对冬季感冒发热的针对性，现有技术中，还没有从冬季感冒发热的根本病因分析，并辩证治疗冬季感冒发热的退热贴。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题和/或缺陷，并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种治疗冬季感冒发烧的退热贴，能够有效治疗冬季感冒发烧，快速退烧，并方便使用，作用时间长，无副作用。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种治疗冬季感冒发烧的退热贴的制备方法。
为实现上述目的和一些其他的目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗冬季感冒发烧的退热贴，包含以下重量份的组分：
天仙藤4-10、麻黄2-6、桂枝20-40、荆芥16-24、防风10-16、藁本10-16、辛夷14-24、葱白40-60、白芍16-30、当归16-24、大枣20-40、鲜姜16-30、款冬花16-24、明胶20-40、二氧化硅10-30、聚丙烯酸钠10-30、聚维酮10-30、羧甲基纤维素钠6-16、卡波姆2-6、羟苯乙酯0.2-1以及甘油100-200。

天仙藤8、麻黄5、桂枝30、荆芥20、防风14、藁本14、辛夷20、葱白35、白芍20、当归20、大枣30、鲜姜25、款冬花20、明胶30、二氧化硅20、聚丙烯酸钠20、聚维酮20、羧甲基纤维素钠13、卡波姆4、羟苯乙酯0.5以及甘油160。
一种治疗冬季感冒发烧的退热贴的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、将天仙藤、麻黄、桂枝、荆芥、防风、藁本、辛夷、葱白、白芍、当归、大枣、鲜姜以及款冬花粉碎研磨至120目以上，得到药粉，将所得药粉与20-30倍体积的70-80％乙醇混合提取，得到提取液；
步骤二、将提取液加热熬制成粘稠状，得到稠膏；
步骤三、将明胶加8-12倍水稀释，然后与稠膏及二氧化硅混合搅拌，得到混合药液；
步骤四、将冰片、聚丙烯酸钠、聚维酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、卡波姆、羟苯乙酯、甘油混合后与所得混合药液混合加热，得药膏，将药膏涂布在载体上，密封，即得所述退热贴。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果：首先，本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为冬季感冒发热的病因为寒邪客于皮毛肌表，致肺失宣肃，阻遏卫气的正常宣发，郁而发热。邪气郁滞经络，气血流行不畅故头身疼痛，鼻塞、咽喉痒痛、咳嗽等症状。治疗宜解表、温经驱寒邪、补血、通经、补元治疼痛、宣肺气。基于以上原理，本发明利用以下中药组合物治疗冬季感冒发热：天仙藤，散风寒、解表；麻黄，宣肺气、开腠理、散风寒；桂枝，发汗解表、温经通阳；荆芥，利咽喉、清头目；防风，发散表邪、祛风散寒、止痛；藁本，发表散寒、止巅顶痛；辛夷，散风寒、通鼻窍；葱白根，散寒通阳、发汗解表；白芍，养血、调和营卫；当归，和血补血；大枣，补益营血、调和营卫；鲜姜，助卫气发汗；款冬花，润肺下气。
其次，本发明通过把治疗冬季感冒发烧的中药组合物制备成退热贴的形式，将退热贴贴于前额，使药物有效成分通过毛孔直接渗透入人体，并结合退热贴的物理降温作用，起到降温退烧并治疗冬季感冒的效果。

步骤一、将天仙藤、麻黄、桂枝、荆芥、防风、藁本、辛夷、葱白、白芍、当归、大枣、鲜姜以及款冬花粉碎研磨至120目以上，得到药粉，将所得药粉与20-30倍体积的70-80％乙醇混合提取，得到提取液；
步骤二、将提取液加热熬制成粘稠状，得到稠膏；
步骤三、将明胶加8-12倍水稀释，然后与稠膏及二氧化硅混合搅拌，得到混合药液；
步骤四、将冰片、聚丙烯酸钠、聚维酮、羧甲基纤维素钠、卡波姆、羟苯乙酯、甘油混合后与所得混合药液混合加热，得药膏，将药膏涂布在载体上，密封，即得所述退热贴。
