Abstract
本发明涉及一种热敷贴用发热敷料及其制备方法。该热敷贴用发热敷料,包括铝箔袋、透气压敏胶带、无纺布袋和发热敷料,所述发热敷料是由炭粉、还原铁粉、磁粒、远红外负离子粉、高吸水树脂、工业盐、水、冰片、生姜提取液、细辛挥发油、莪术挥发油、三棱、稀签草制备而成的。该热敷贴用发热敷料以传导的方式将热量传递于患处,提高患病处的温度,改善微循环,促进血液循环,防止组织缺氧,缓解局部器官组织的疼痛。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种热敷贴用发热敷料及其制备方法。
背景技术
热敷贴,又称发热贴,自从90年代从日本引进到国内后,经过20余年的发展,发热贴已经在国内得到相当大的普及应用,发热贴的反应原理为利用原电池加快氧化反应速度,将化学能转变为热能。发热贴一般由原料层,明胶层和无纺布袋组成。原料层置于无纺布袋,无纺布袋是采用微孔透气膜制作的。它还得有一个不透气的外袋。在使用时,去掉外袋,让内袋即无纺布袋暴露在空气里,空气中的氧气通过透气膜进入里面。放热的时间和温度就是通过透气膜的透氧速率进行控制的。如果透氧太快,热量一下子就放掉了,而且还有可能烫伤皮肤。如果透氧太慢,就没有什么温度了,所以控制发热贴的发热温度和发热时间是关键。
发热贴的治病原理如下:人体各部分都存在局部的微循环系统,为机体的各部份输运营养,排出体 内垃圾。中医理论强调“通则不痛,痛则不通”,意即当人体经常受寒气侵袭, 局部的微循环系统发生阻滞时,使相应机体既得不到营养,又无法排出废物, 就会产生痛疼,进而引起病变。而发热贴的持续放热可以促进人体微循环进入良性循环状态,恢复正常的生理机能,从而消除疼痛,治疗疾病。
现有各种各样的发热贴产品,其中关于发热材料的选择,大多是以炭粉加上铁粉为主,其发热原理是在炭粉的作用下,铁粉和空气接触面积增大,通过氧化反应而放出热量。早期的产品主要是解决发热剂的问题。例如,专利号为88216507.0、名称为“焐手暖包”的中国专利公开了一种取暖用的焐手暧包。它所采用的发热剂是以凹凸棒粘土及铁粉为主要成份,申请号为201010248282.9、名称为“竹炭暖贴”的中国专利申请公开了一种竹炭暖贴,它所采用的发热材料包括竹炭250-350g、铁粉200-300g、氯化钠200-300g、吸水树脂100-200g、蛭石200-300g。但现有技术中的发热贴存在发热温度不均衡和发热时间过短、不能达到有效治疗疾病的问题。
传统敷贴的缺陷:1、纯热疗效应,治疗效果弱;2、发热温度不均衡,温度特性不稳定,出现低温烫伤的概率大;3、生产工艺对温度特性的影响较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有热疗、磁疗、远红外理疗、中药复方疗效,发热均匀,热力持久的热敷贴用发热敷料;
本发明的另一目的是提供一种热敷贴用发热敷料制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过下列的技术方案实现的:
本发明所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,包括铝箔袋、透气压敏胶带、无纺布袋和发热敷料,所述发热敷料是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:
炭粉3-20份、还原铁粉40-100份、磁粒0.3-2.5份、远红外负离子粉5-25份、高吸水树脂0.3-2.5份、工业盐0.5-8份、水8-35份、冰片0.1-1份、生姜提取液0.1-1份、细辛挥发油0.1-1份、莪术挥发油0.1-1份、三棱0.5-5份、稀签草0.5-5份。
优选的:
炭粉5-15份、还原铁粉50-90份、磁粒0.5-2份、远红外负离子粉8-20份、高吸水树脂0.5-2份、工业盐1-5份、水10-30份、冰片0.1-0.8份、生姜提取液0.1-0.8份、细辛挥发油0.1-0.8份、莪术挥发油0.1-0.8份、三棱1-3份、稀签草1-3份。
以下是本发明中药原料的药材来源:
三棱,为黑三棱科植物黑三棱Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.-Ham.的干燥块茎。辛、苦,平。归肝、脾经。破血行气,消积止痛。用于症瘕痞块,瘀血经闭,食积胀痛。
莪术,为姜科植物蓬莪术 Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.、广西莪术 CurcumaKwangsiensis S. G.Lee et C. F. Liang或温郁金Curcuma wenyujin Y.H. Chen et C.Ling的干燥根茎。辛、苦,温。归肝、脾经。行气破血,消积止痛。
所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入4-6倍量的水,加热提取2-3h,过滤,即得。
稀签草,为菊科植物豨莶Siegesbeckia orientalis L.、腺梗豨莶Siegesbeckiapubescens Makino或毛梗豨莶Siegesbeckia glabrescens Makino的干燥地上部分。辛、苦,寒。归肝、肾经。祛风湿,利关节,解毒。用于风湿痹痛,筋骨无力,腰膝酸软,四肢麻痹,半身不遂,风疹湿疮。
细辛,为马兜铃科植物北细辛Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidtvar.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag. 、汉城细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq. var. seoulenseNakai或华细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq.的干燥全草。辛,温。归心、肺、肾经。祛风散寒,通窍止痛,温肺化饮。用于风寒感冒,头痛,牙痛,鼻塞鼻渊,风湿痹痛,痰饮喘咳。
冰片,以松节油、樟脑等为原料经化学方法合成的龙脑。辛、苦,微寒。归心、脾、肺经。开窍醒神,清热止痛。用于热病神昏、痉厥,中风痰厥,气郁暴厥,中恶昏迷,目赤,口疮,咽喉肿痛,耳道流脓。
生姜,为姜科植物姜Zingiber officinale Rosc.的新鲜根茎。辛,微温。归肺、脾、胃经。解表散寒,温中止呕,化痰止咳。用于风寒感冒,胃寒呕吐,寒痰咳嗽。
所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入4-6倍量的水,加热提取2-3h,过滤,即得。
所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入3-5倍量的水浸泡1-2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1-2h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述莪术挥发油的制备方法为:取莪术,加入3-5倍量的水浸泡1-2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1-2h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述配方比例,将还原铁粉、工业盐、远红外负离子粉、稀签草、三棱、搅拌均匀,得物料A,备用;
2)按照上述配方比例,将生姜提取液、冰片、细辛挥发油、莪术挥发油依次加入到配方比例的水中,室温搅拌10-30分钟,再加入高吸水树脂,搅拌均匀,加入碳粉搅拌均匀,得物料B,备用;
3)将磁粒、物料A、物料B混和后即得发热敷料。
将发热敷料装进无纺布袋中并在15min内封口,同时将无纺布袋固定在透气压敏胶带上,剪裁成贴,装入铝箔袋中密封保存,须在15min内封口保存,防止温度特性失效,即得一种复合型热敷贴。
本发明提供的热敷贴用发热敷料配方中:
1、远红外负离子粉受热后,提供波长介乎8-15微米之间的远红外线,科学家称之为生命光线,与人体细胞分子的振动频率接近,远红外线能渗入皮下组织3-5毫米,引起人体细胞的原子和分子的共振,分子之间摩擦生热形成热反应,促使皮下深层温度上升,并使维血管扩张,加速血液循环系,增强血管壁垒弹性,增加人体的供血供养,有利于清除血管囤积物及体内有害物质,将妨害新陈代谢的障碍清除,活血化瘀,镇痛消炎,改善局部代谢,复活机能受损的病变组织;
2、磁粒提供一定的磁场强度,磁疗效应可以调节体内生物磁场、产生感应微电流、改变细胞膜通透性、改变某些酶的活性和扩张血管、加速血流,从而达到如止痛、消肿等辅助治疗作用。热疗效应可以将热量传递于患处,提高患病处的温度,加速局部血液循环,血内氧的含量增加,患病处新陈代谢加快;
3、中药复方,具有解表散寒,祛风止痛,消炎,消肿,止痒,祛除风湿,强健筋骨,清热解毒的功效,但是,单独使用中药贴敷,药性浓度大,没有缓释的作用,对皮肤刺激性较大,会有毒性,刺激性等副作用;本发明热敷贴在缓慢受热后,中药复方会缓慢释放药效,持续发热能够加大药效的挥发及渗透效果,伴随热能带有药效,传递到患部深处,保持时间持久,持续缓慢地发挥药效,加大治疗效果,更有利于去除风湿、骨痛、关节炎等慢性疾病;
4、适宜的热疗温度、适宜药疗浓度、长时间的持续缓释时间、磁疗和远红外治疗的配合,可以发挥最大的治疗效果。
本发明有益效果为:
1、拆开铝箔袋后,发热敷料发生缓慢的氧化还原反应释放热能,产品自行升温发热,起效迅速、热力持久,以传导的方式将热量传递于患处,提高患病处的温度,改善微循环,促进血液循环,防止组织缺氧,缓解局部器官组织的疼痛,用于风湿骨痛、关节炎、男科病、尿频、尿急、前列腺炎、妇科病、痛经、小腹坠痛等的治疗及预防保健;
2、本发明是集热疗、磁疗、远红外理疗、中药治疗为一体的外用产品,直接敷贴于患处,发热持久,止疼效果良好,提高了患者给药的顺应性,附加磁疗疗效、远红外线理疗和中药复方药效,达到贴敷局部效果持久的疗效。。

下面通过实施例进一步说明本发明。应该理解的是,本发明的实施例是用于说明本发明而不是对本发明的限制。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。除非另有说明,本发明中的乙醇量的百分数是体积百分数,v/v表示溶液的体积比,最后通过减压旋蒸回收乙醇。

一种热敷贴用发热敷料,包括铝箔袋、透气压敏胶带、无纺布袋和发热敷料,所述发热敷料是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:
炭粉3g、还原铁粉40g、磁粒0.3g、远红外负离子粉5g、高吸水树脂0.3g、工业盐0.5g、水8g、冰片0.1g、生姜提取液0.1g、细辛挥发油0.1g、莪术挥发油0.1g、三棱0.5g、稀签草0.5g。
所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入4倍量的水,加热提取3h,过滤,即得。
所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入3倍量的水浸泡1h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。

2)按照上述配方比例,将生姜提取液、冰片、细辛挥发油、莪术挥发油依次加入到配方比例的水中,室温搅拌10分钟,再加入高吸水树脂,搅拌均匀,加入碳粉搅拌均匀,得物料B,备用;
3)将磁粒、物料A、物料B混和后即得发热敷料。。

一种热敷贴用发热敷料,包括铝箔袋、透气压敏胶带、无纺布袋和发热敷料,所述发热敷料是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:
炭粉20g、还原铁粉100g、磁粒2.5g、远红外负离子粉25g、高吸水树脂2.5g、工业盐8g、水35g、冰片1g、生姜提取液1g、细辛挥发油1g、莪术挥发油1g、三棱5g、稀签草5g。
所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入6倍量的水,加热提取2h,过滤,即得。
所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入5倍量的水浸泡2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取2h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述莪术挥发油的制备方法为:取莪术,加入5倍量的水浸泡2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取2h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述配方比例,将还原铁粉、工业盐、远红外负离子粉、稀签草、三棱、搅拌均匀,得物料A,备用;
2)按照上述配方比例,将生姜提取液、冰片、细辛挥发油、莪术挥发油依次加入到配方比例的水中,室温搅拌30分钟,再加入高吸水树脂,搅拌均匀,加入碳粉搅拌均匀,得物料B,备用;
3)将磁粒、物料A、物料B混和后即得发热敷料。

一种热敷贴用发热敷料,包括铝箔袋、透气压敏胶带、无纺布袋和发热敷料,所述发热敷料是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:
炭粉5g、还原铁粉50g、磁粒0.5g、远红外负离子粉8g、高吸水树脂0.5g、工业盐1g、水10g、冰片0.1g、生姜提取液0.1g、细辛挥发油0.1g、莪术挥发油0.1g、三棱1g、稀签草1g。
所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入5倍量的水,加热提取2h,过滤,即得。
所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入4倍量的水浸泡1.5h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1.5h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。

所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入4倍量的水,加热提取2h,过滤,即得。
所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入3.5倍量的水浸泡1h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1.5h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。

炭粉10g、还原铁粉70g、磁粒1g、远红外负离子粉12g、高吸水树脂1g、工业盐3g、水20g、冰片0.5g、生姜提取液0.5g、细辛挥发油0.5g、莪术挥发油0.5g、三棱2g、稀签草2g。
所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入6倍量的水,加热提取3h,过滤,即得。
所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入4.5倍量的水浸泡2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述莪术挥发油的制备方法为:取莪术,加入4.5倍量的水浸泡2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。

炭粉15g、还原铁粉80g、磁粒1.5g、远红外负离子粉15g、高吸水树脂1.5g、工业盐4g、水25g、冰片0.8g、生姜提取液0.5g、细辛挥发油0.8g、莪术挥发油0.5g、三棱2.5g、稀签草2.5g。
所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入4.5倍量的水,加热提取2.5h,过滤,即得。
所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入4倍量的水浸泡1h,水蒸气蒸馏提取2h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述莪术挥发油的制备方法为:取莪术,加入4倍量的水浸泡1h,水蒸气蒸馏提取2h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述配方比例,将还原铁粉、工业盐、远红外负离子粉、稀签草、三棱、搅拌均匀,得物料A,备用;
2)按照上述配方比例,将生姜提取液、冰片、细辛挥发油、莪术挥发油依次加入到配方比例的水中,室温搅拌25分钟,再加入高吸水树脂,搅拌均匀,加入碳粉搅拌均匀,得物料B,备用;
3)将磁粒、物料A、物料B混和后即得发热敷料。
对比例1
一种中药复方敷料,是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:
高吸水树脂1g、水20g、冰片0.5g、生姜提取液0.5g、细辛挥发油0.5g、莪术挥发油0.5g、三棱2g、稀签草2g。
所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入6倍量的水,加热提取3h,过滤,即得。
所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入4.5倍量的水浸泡2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述莪术挥发油的制备方法为:取莪术,加入4.5倍量的水浸泡2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
所述的中药复方敷贴,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
按照上述配方比例,将生姜提取液、冰片、细辛挥发油、莪术、稀签草、三棱挥发油依次加入到配方比例的水中,室温搅拌20分钟,再加入高吸水树脂,搅拌均匀,得中药复方敷料。
临床试验
1 一般资料
对124例风湿性关节痛、腰腿痛、腰肌劳损、软组织损伤等患者进行临床试验,随机分成两组,即观察组62例,对照组62例,两组在年龄、损伤程度、性别上无统计学差异。
2 治疗方法
观察组患者用本发明实施例6所述热敷贴用发热敷料处理,对照组患者使用对比例1所述中药复方辅料处理。
3 疗效评定
治愈:功能活动恢复正常,肿胀消除、疼痛消失;
好转:关节功能活动部分改善,肿胀减轻,疼痛基本消失,过度活动时有轻微疼痛;
无效:关节功能活动及疼痛较治疗前无明显变化。
4 结果
利用统计学对数据进行处理,两组损伤修复效果进行比较,结果显示,在7天内,观察组的治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组,结果如表1。

临床验证,本发明用于缓解风湿性关节痛、腰腿痛、腰肌劳损、软组织损伤等症状有效率达100%,疗效显著且无严重不良反应。临床上可以用于骨科、内科、理疗及各种疼痛疾病。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种热敷贴用发热敷料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:
炭粉3-20份、还原铁粉40-100份、磁粒0.3-2.5份、远红外负离子粉5-25份、高吸水树脂0.3-2.5份、工业盐0.5-8份、水8-35份、冰片0.1-1份、生姜提取液0.1-1份、细辛挥发油0.1-1份、莪术挥发油0.1-1份、三棱0.5-5份、稀签草0.5-5份。
2.如权利要求1所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,其特征在于所述发热敷料是由以下重量份的原料制备而成的:
炭粉5-15份、还原铁粉50-90份、磁粒0.5-2份、远红外负离子粉8-20份、高吸水树脂0.5-2份、工业盐1-5份、水10-30份、冰片0.1-0.8份、生姜提取液0.1-0.8份、细辛挥发油0.1-0.8份、莪术挥发油0.1-0.8份、三棱1-3份、稀签草1-3份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,其特征在于,所述生姜提取液的制备方法为:取生姜,加入4-6倍量的水,加热提取2-3h,过滤,即得。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,其特征在于,所述细辛挥发油的制备方法为:取细辛,加入3-5倍量的水浸泡1-2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1-2h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,其特征在于,所述莪术挥发油的制备方法为:取莪术,加入3-5倍量的水浸泡1-2h,水蒸气蒸馏提取1-2h,蒸出液萃取分层后,旋蒸,即得。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的热敷贴用发热敷料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按照上述配方比例,将还原铁粉、工业盐、远红外负离子粉、稀签草、三棱、搅拌均匀,得物料A,备用;
2)按照上述配方比例,将生姜提取液、冰片、细辛挥发油、莪术挥发油依次加入到配方比例的水中,室温搅拌10-30分钟,再加入高吸水树脂,搅拌均匀,再加入碳粉搅拌均匀,得物料B,备用;
3)将磁粒、物料A、物料B混和后即得发热敷料。
