Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于检测嗜水气单胞菌的特异性引物对以及所述的引物对配合使用的探针。本发明还公开了一种检测试剂盒。本发明以嗜水气单胞菌中aerA基因为检测靶点,通过恒温扩增技术,使用特异性的引物和探针组合,提高了嗜水气单胞菌的检测便捷性和特异性,同时检测时间也大大缩短。与PCR检测方法相比,本发明的方法省去了产物电泳验证过程,避免了假阳性结果出现,提高检测的准确度。与qPCR相比,本发明的方法简便易行,也不需要操作复杂的仪器设备,节约了成本,提高了检测效率,同时便于在大范围内推广使用。与其他恒温扩增方法相比,本发明的检测方法所需时间更短,检测的准确率更高。
