Abstract
The invention relates to health products containing prebiotics for reducing blood sugar and blood fat and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of health products, wherein the health products comprise polygonatum extract, kudzu root extract, mulberry leaf extract, cinnamon powder or cinnamon extract, prebiotics and auxiliary materials, the polygonatum extract is the water extract of polygonatum or the water extract and alcohol precipitate of polygonatum, the kudzu root extract is the water extract of kudzu root, the mulberry leaf extract is the water extract of mulberry leaf, the cinnamon extract is the water extract and volatile oil of cinnamon, the cinnamon powder is the fine powder of cinnamon, the prebiotics are fructo-oligosaccharide or xylo-oligosaccharide, 4-30 parts of polygonatum extract, 2-20 parts of kudzu root extract, 2-15 parts of mulberry leaf extract, 0.5-20 parts of cinnamon extract or cinnamon powder, 2-50 parts of prebiotics and an appropriate amount of auxiliary materials are taken according to the weight proportion, mixed, made into soft materials, granulated, dried and sized particles, and made into granules, hard capsules and tablets.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health products, and particularly relates to prebiotics-containing health products for reducing blood sugar and blood fat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The relevant data show that the prevalence of diabetes in people over 18 years of age in China rapidly increases from 4.2% in 2002 to 9.7% in 2012, with over 9700 ten thousand of Chinese diabetic patients at present, and about 1.5 million of pre-diabetic people.
Hyperlipidemia refers to diseases which are seriously harmful to human health, such as atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, pancreatitis and the like, and the research report of Chinese resident nutrition and chronic diseases issued by the national health and family planning committee 2015 at the beginning shows that the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia in China in 2012 is 40.40%, compared with the prevalence rate level in 2002, the prevalence rate of hyperlipidemia is greatly increased, wherein the prevalence rate of hypercholesterolemia is 4.9%, the prevalence rate of hypertriglyceridemia is 13.1%, and the prevalence rate of hypo-HDL-cholesterolemia is 33.9%.
Prebiotics are non-digestible food ingredients that can beneficially affect the host by selectively stimulating the growth or activity of or a small number of bacteria in the colon, thereby promoting host health.
The fructo-oligosaccharide is which is the most studied prebiotic with the application range of , has been proved to be an all-natural ingredient with and the dual physiological characteristics of super-strong bifidus factors and water-soluble dietary fibers, is safe and nontoxic, is approved by more than 200 national and regional governments worldwide and is applied to the fields of food, health care, medicine, cosmetics and feed by , and the daily intake effective dose of the fructo-oligosaccharide is 3-20 g.

Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati is dried rhizome of Druce (Polygonatum odoratum) belonging to Liliaceae. Yuzhu is a traditional Chinese medicine in China, which was recorded in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, listed as the top grade, and mainly contains steroid saponin, polysaccharide, flavone and anthraquinone chemical components. Has effects in nourishing yin, moistening dryness, promoting salivation, and quenching thirst. Can be used for treating yin injury of lung and stomach, cough due to dryness-heat, dry throat, thirst, and diabetes due to internal heat. The rhizoma Polygonati Odorati polysaccharide has effects of resisting oxidation, lowering blood sugar, and reducing blood lipid.
Radix Puerariae is dried root of Ohwi of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi of Leguminosae, and has effects of relieving muscles and fever, promoting fluid production to quench thirst, promoting eruption, invigorating yang and relieving diarrhea, dredging meridian passage, and relieving alcoholism. Can be used for treating fever, headache, stiffness and pain of neck and back, thirst, diabetes, measles without adequate eruption, dysentery due to heat evil, diarrhea, vertigo, headache, apoplexy, hemiplegia, thoracic obstruction, cardiodynia, and alcoholic injury. The kudzu root mainly comprises flavonoid, puerarin, triterpenoid saponin and alkaloid components, and the isoflavone comprises daidzein, daidzin, puerarin and the like, is a main effective component, and has the effects of protecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular vessels, reducing blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure, relieving alcoholism, protecting liver, resisting oxidation, enhancing immunity, improving osteoporosis and the like.
The mulberry leaves are dry leaves of mulberry Morus alba L. of Moraceae, and contain phytosterol, flavone, polysaccharide, alkaloid, lipid and other components.

A health product containing prebiotics for lowering blood sugar and blood lipid is prepared from rhizoma Polygonati Odorati extract, radix Puerariae extract, folium Mori extract, cortex Cinnamomi powder or extract, and prebiotics.
Preparing a polygonatum extract: pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati Odorati into coarse powder, adding water, reflux-extracting, vacuum concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, drying at low temperature, pulverizing the dry extract, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve. Or pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati Odorati into coarse powder, extracting with water under reflux, vacuum concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, adding ethanol to ethanol content of 70-95% (by volume), collecting precipitate, drying at low temperature, pulverizing, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve.
Preparing a kudzu root extract: taking radix puerariae decoction pieces, adding water for reflux extraction, concentrating an extracting solution in vacuum to obtain an extract, drying the extract at low temperature, crushing the dry extract, and sieving the crushed dry extract by a 100-mesh sieve.

Preparing cinnamon powder: drying cortex Cinnamomi at low temperature, pulverizing, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve.
The prebiotics are fructo-oligosaccharide, xylo-oligosaccharide or other oligosaccharides, the purity is more than 90 percent, and the prebiotics meet the edible requirements.
A health product containing prebiotics for lowering blood sugar and blood lipid is characterized in that the health product comprises, by weight, 4-30 parts of fragrant solomonseal rhizome extract, 2-20 parts of kudzu vine root extract, 2-15 parts of mulberry leaf extract, 0.5-20 parts of cinnamon extract or cinnamon powder, 2-50 parts of prebiotics powder, and the auxiliary materials comprise or more of resistant dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, steviosin and the like, and the dosage of the auxiliary materials is added according to the requirement.
Mixing rhizoma Polygonati Odorati extract, radix Puerariae extract, folium Mori extract, cortex Cinnamomi extract or cortex Cinnamomi powder, prebiotics powder and adjuvants, adding 70-95% ethanol, making into soft material, sieving with 10-16 mesh sieve, granulating, drying at 50-80 deg.C until the water content is below 7%, grading, sieving to obtain qualified granule, making into granule, spraying the extracted cortex Cinnamomi volatile oil, and mixing.
The above granules can be packed into composite membrane bag to make into granule; or encapsulating to obtain hard capsule; or making into tablet.

Example 1
A health product containing prebiotics for lowering blood sugar and blood lipid is prepared by mixing the following raw materials at a certain ratio, and making into tablet.
Polygonatum odoratum extract 150g
Pueraria root extract 125g
Mulberry leaf extract 75g
Cinnamon powder 175g
Oligo-xylose 175g
Microcrystalline cellulose 100g
Stevia rebaudianum 0.4g
Magnesium stearate 0.3g
Weighing the polygonatum extract, the kudzuvine root extract, the mulberry leaf extract, the cinnamon powder, the xylo-oligosaccharide, the microcrystalline cellulose and the steviosin according to the formula proportion, uniformly mixing, adding a proper amount of 95% ethanol to prepare a soft material, performing wet granulation by using a 14-mesh sieve to prepare granules, drying at the temperature of below 60 ℃ until the water content is below 7%, granulating, adding the magnesium stearate, uniformly mixing, tabletting, and preparing into 1000 tablets, wherein each tablet weighs about 0.8 g. Claims (7)
- health products containing prebiotics for reducing blood sugar and blood fat, which is characterized in that the health products comprise, by weight, 4-30 parts of polygonatum extract, 2-20 parts of kudzu root extract, 2-15 parts of mulberry leaf extract, 0.5-20 parts of cinnamon extract or cinnamon powder, 2-50 parts of prebiotics powder, and or more auxiliary materials including resistant dextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, steviosin and the like, wherein the auxiliary materials are added according to the need.
- 2. The prebiotics-containing health product for reducing blood sugar and blood fat according to claim 1, wherein the specific values of the raw materials are as follows: 150g of polygonatum extract, 125g of kudzuvine root extract, 75g of mulberry leaf extract, 175g of cinnamon powder, 175g of xylo-oligosaccharide, 100g of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.4g of steviosin and 0.3g of magnesium stearate, and the weight of each tablet is about 0.8g, and 1000 tablets are prepared.

The prebiotics-containing health product for reducing blood sugar and blood fat according to claim 1, wherein the specific values of the raw materials are as follows: 75g of polygonatum extract, 62.5g of kudzuvine root extract, 37.5 g of mulberry leaf extract, 82.5g of cinnamon powder, 82.5g of xylo-oligosaccharide and 50g of dextrin, and the capsules are filled into a hard capsule, wherein each capsule is about 0.4g, and the weight of each capsule is 1000 capsules.

The prebiotics-containing health product for reducing blood sugar and blood fat according to claim 1, wherein the specific values of the raw materials are as follows: 300g of polygonatum extract, 250g of kudzuvine root extract, 150g of mulberry leaf extract, 50g of cinnamon extract, 1500g of fructo-oligosaccharide, 750g of dextrin and 6g of steviosin, and the mixture is prepared into granules, 3g of each bag and 1000 bags.

The prebiotics-containing health product for reducing blood sugar and blood fat according to claim 1, wherein the specific values of the raw materials are as follows: 300g of polygonatum extract, 250g of kudzuvine root extract, 150g of mulberry leaf extract, 50g of cinnamon extract, 350g of xylo-oligosaccharide, 1285g of resistant dextrin and 15g of steviosin, and the granules are prepared into granules, 3g of granules in each bag and 1000 bags.

The preparation method of the prebiotics-containing health product for reducing blood sugar and blood fat as claimed in claims 1-6 comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a polygonatum extract: pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati Odorati into coarse powder, adding water, reflux-extracting, vacuum-concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, drying at low temperature, pulverizing the dry extract, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve, or pulverizing rhizoma Polygonati Odorati into coarse powder, adding water, reflux-extracting, vacuum-concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, adding ethanol to ethanol content of 70-95% (volume ratio), collecting precipitate, drying at low temperature, pulverizing, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve; (2) preparing a kudzu root extract: reflux-extracting radix Puerariae decoction pieces with water, vacuum concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, drying at low temperature, pulverizing the dry extract, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve; (3) preparing a mulberry leaf extract: chopping folium Mori, adding water, reflux-extracting, vacuum-concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, drying at low temperature, pulverizing the dry extract, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve; (4) preparing cinnamon extract and cinnamon oil: pulverizing cortex Cinnamomi into coarse powder, adding water, reflux-extracting, collecting volatile oil, vacuum concentrating the extractive solution to obtain extract, drying at low temperature, pulverizing the dry extract, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve; (5) preparing cinnamon powder: drying cortex Cinnamomi at low temperature, pulverizing, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve; (6) material preparation and mixing: weighing the raw and auxiliary materials according to the formula proportion, placing the raw and auxiliary materials into a mixer, and uniformly mixing; (7) preparing soft materials and granulating: mixing the above raw materials, adding 70-95% ethanol, making into soft material, sieving with 10-16 mesh sieve, and making into wet granule; (8) and (3) drying the particles: drying the wet granules at 50-80 ℃ until the water content is below 7%; (9) straightening: finishing, sieving and screening qualified granules; (10) preparing granules: spraying the above qualified granules with the extracted volatile oil of cortex Cinnamomi, mixing, packaging with composite film bags, each bag containing 3g, packaging, and placing into a box; (11) preparation of tablets: taking the qualified granules, tabletting, wherein each tablet is 0.8g, putting into a plastic bottle, boxing, and placing an instruction book; (12) preparing a hard capsule: and (3) taking the qualified granules, filling the granules into capsules, filling the capsules into plastic bottles, boxing the plastic bottles and placing the specifications.
