背景技术
现代的生活方式,加班熬夜,饮食不规律,作息不规律,压力大,长期透支身体,人们都出现了脸色变差,贫血,脱发,免疫力低下,浮肿等症状;女性还有大范围的出现经期不规律等现象;
一只母鸡在饲养了400天以上,生过蛋的,尤其是孵过小鸡的,就可以被称为老母鸡,老母鸡具备补气的良好功效,辅以中药,会出现事半功倍的效果。
但是现代人工作生活节奏快,繁忙没时间,在家自己熬制鸡汤,可能性很小,而且需要备齐所有食材,耗费几个小时,想每天喝上一碗鸡汤,不太现实。
为此,设计一种补气鸡汤的制备方法,解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明为克服以上不足,提供一种补气鸡汤的制备方法,包括的步骤:
第一步、选用老母鸡800份-1200份,将鸡宰杀并煺干净毛,从肛门处开一个长30毫米-40毫米的口子,去内脏,用清水浸泡0.5小时-1.5小时后,将鸡取出,用刀剁去爪尖及嘴尖,剩下的部分切成鸡块,同时将鸡肉中黄色的鸡油去除干净,在盆中滤去血水,放入清水中烧开煮去血水,在出汤过程中,加入麻椒8-12份使得鸡肉的口感更好,在将血水完全煮出后将鸡肉捞出备用,将血水倒掉,将锅冲洗干净备用;
第二步、选取鲜姜20份-30份,刮去外皮,洗净晾干后用刀拍成姜块状;
第三步、选取鲜大葱30份-50份,切除须根,除老叶,用清水洗净晾干,切成30mm的段;
第四步、选取新鲜大蒜10份-30份,剥皮洗净;
第五步、选取无虫蛀南山楂8份-12份、无虫蛀桂皮2份-3份、无虫蛀新疆大枣干17份-19份、无虫蛀黄芪9份-10份、无虫蛀干莲子7份-9份、成色好无虫蛀枸杞4份-5份、无虫蛀香叶0.4份-0.6份分别在清水中清洗2-3次,除去上面灰尘;
第六步、选取姬松茸8份-9份放入清水中,泡软后去蒂;
第七步、先将24-30份花生油倒入锅中小火待油温七成热的时候加入葱姜蒜煸炒至散发香味,再将前处理好的肉放入锅中炒制;
第八步、待鸡肉中的油脂都炒制出来以后,加入3000份-3500份提前煮开的矿泉水;
第九步、向锅中加入料酒28-32份与精盐6-10份,将称好洗干净的中药用纱布包好放入锅中;
第十步、到指定时间后关火,放置鸡汤至自然冷却;

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种补气鸡汤的制备方法,
(1)制作的补气鸡汤既保留散养老母鸡的特有风味及口感,又融入现代生产工艺、最大程度减少鸡汤营养成分及其原料中的鲜味物质的损失,,不添加任何防腐剂,具有良好的商品化特性;
(2)生产过程安全卫生,并适合现代化自动化设备生产加工,适合工厂进行商业化生产。
(3)制作的补气鸡汤具有高蛋白、低脂肪、低盐少糖的特点,
(4)制作的补气鸡汤所添加的中草药具有补气,消食,疏通筋络,提高人体的免疫功能等多种作用。

具体实施方式
以下将结合本发明的实施例参照附图进行详细叙述。
一种补气鸡汤的制备方法,包括的步骤:
第一步、选用老母鸡800份-1200份,将鸡宰杀并煺干净毛,从肛门处开一个长30毫米-40毫米的口子,去内脏,用清水浸泡0.5小时-1.5小时后,将鸡取出,用刀剁去爪尖及嘴尖,剩下的部分切成鸡块,同时将鸡肉中黄色的鸡油去除干净,在盆中滤去血水,放入清水中烧开煮去血水,在出汤过程中,加入麻椒8-12份使得鸡肉的口感更好,在将血水完全煮出后将鸡肉捞出备用,将血水倒掉,将锅冲洗干净备用;
第二步、选取鲜姜20份-30份,刮去外皮,洗净晾干后用刀拍成姜块状;
第三步、选取鲜大葱30份-50份,切除须根,除老叶,用清水洗净晾干,切成30mm的段;
第四步、选取新鲜大蒜10份-30份,剥皮洗净;
第五步、选取无虫蛀南山楂8份-12份、无虫蛀桂皮2份-3份、无虫蛀新疆大枣干17份-19份、无虫蛀黄芪9份-10份、无虫蛀干莲子7份-9份、成色好无虫蛀枸杞4份-5份、无虫蛀香叶0.4份-0.6份分别在清水中清洗2-3次,除去上面灰尘;
第六步、选取姬松茸8份-9份放入清水中,泡软后去蒂;
第七步、先将24-30份花生油倒入锅中小火待油温七成热的时候加入葱姜蒜煸炒至散发香味,再将前处理好的肉放入锅中炒制;
第八步、待鸡肉中的油脂都炒制出来以后,加入3000份-3500份提前煮开的矿泉水;
第九步、向锅中加入料酒28-32份与精盐6-10份,将称好洗干净的中药用纱布包好放入锅中;
第十步、到指定时间后关火,放置鸡汤至自然冷却;

1ml食用油的质量为0.9g;1ml料酒质量为1g;1ml矿泉水质量为1g;
老母鸡是指母鸡在饲养了400天以上,生过蛋的,尤其是孵过小鸡的。
实施例一
一种补气鸡汤的制备方法,包括的步骤:
第一步、选用老母鸡800g,将鸡宰杀并煺干净毛,从肛门处开一个长30毫米-40毫米的口子,去内脏,用清水浸泡0.5小时-1.5小时后,将鸡取出,用刀剁去爪尖及嘴尖,剩下的部分切成鸡块,同时将鸡肉中黄色的鸡油去除干净,在盆中滤去血水,放入清水中烧开煮去血水,在出汤过程中,加入麻椒8g使得鸡肉的口感更好,在将血水完全煮出后将鸡肉捞出备用,将血水倒掉,将锅冲洗干净备用;
第二步、选取鲜姜20g,刮去外皮,洗净晾干后用刀拍成姜块状;
第三步、选取鲜大葱30g,切除须根,除老叶,用清水洗净晾干,切成30mm的段;
第四步、选取新鲜大蒜10g,剥皮洗净;
第五步、选取无虫蛀南山楂8g、无虫蛀桂皮2g、无虫蛀新疆大枣干17g、无虫蛀黄芪9g、无虫蛀干莲子7g、成色好无虫蛀枸杞4份、无虫蛀香叶0.4g分别在清水中清洗2-3次,除去上面灰尘;
第六步、选取姬松茸8g放入清水中,泡软后去蒂;
第七步、先将24.66ml花生油倒入锅中小火待油温七成热的时候加入葱姜蒜煸炒至散发香味,再将前处理好的肉放入锅中炒制;
第八步、待鸡肉中的油脂都炒制出来以后,加入3000g提前煮开的矿泉水;
第九步、向锅中加入料酒28ml与精盐6g,将称好洗干净的中药用纱布包好放入锅中;
第十步、到指定时间后关火,放置鸡汤至自然冷却;

第五步、选取无虫蛀南山楂12g、无虫蛀桂皮3g、无虫蛀新疆大枣干19g、无虫蛀黄芪10g、无虫蛀干莲子9g、成色好无虫蛀枸杞5g、无虫蛀香叶0.6g分别在清水中清洗2-3次,除去上面灰尘;
第六步、选取姬松茸9g放入清水中,泡软后去蒂;
第七步、先将33.33ml花生油倒入锅中小火待油温七成热的时候加入葱姜蒜煸炒至散发香味,再将前处理好的肉放入锅中炒制;
第八步、待鸡肉中的油脂都炒制出来以后,加入3500ml提前煮开的矿泉水;
第九步、向锅中加入料酒32ml与精盐10g,将称好洗干净的中药用纱布包好放入锅中;
第十步、到指定时间后关火,放置鸡汤至自然冷却;
第十一步、起锅,装袋,每袋装冷却完毕的鸡汤210g、瘦肉90g,鸡汤用纱布滤去杂质后再灌装,用电封口机封口时封口两次,将封口好的鸡汤放入高压蒸汽灭菌锅中进行灭菌,灭菌温度为110度十分钟,待到高压蒸汽灭菌锅自然冷却放气以后将鸡汤取出放置至自然冷却;

第五步、选取无虫蛀南山楂10g、无虫蛀桂皮2.5g、无虫蛀新疆大枣干18g、无虫蛀黄芪9.5g、无虫蛀干莲子8g、成色好无虫蛀枸杞4.5g、无虫蛀香叶0.5g分别在清水中清洗2-3次,除去上面灰尘;
第六步、选取姬松茸8.5g放入清水中,泡软后去蒂;
第七步、先将30ml花生油倒入锅中小火待油温七成热的时候加入葱姜蒜煸炒至散发香味,再将前处理好的肉放入锅中炒制;
第八步、待鸡肉中的油脂都炒制出来以后,加入3250g提前煮开的矿泉水;
第九步、向锅中加入料酒30ml与精盐8g,将称好洗干净的中药用纱布包好放入锅中;
第十步、到指定时间后关火,放置鸡汤至自然冷却;
第十一步、起锅,装袋,每袋装冷却完毕的鸡汤210g、瘦肉90g,鸡汤用纱布滤去杂质后再灌装,用电封口机封口时封口两次,将封口好的鸡汤放入高压蒸汽灭菌锅中进行灭菌,灭菌温度为110度十分钟,待到高压蒸汽灭菌锅自然冷却放气以后将鸡汤取出放置至自然冷却;

有效成分:
南山楂:又名野山楂,能够有效降低血压和胆固醇含量,软化血管,活血化淤,开胃消食,防治心脑血管疾病,防止动脉硬化,可以缓解患处的淤血凝集状态,防止食物在体内淤积,促进胃肠道蠕动,增加食欲。
桂皮:因含有挥发油而香气馥郁,祛腥解腻,芳香可口,增加食欲,有助于预防或延缓因年老而引起的Ⅱ型糖尿病,桂皮含苯丙烯酸类化合物,对前列腺增生有治疗作用,促进局部组织血运的改善,具有暖胃祛寒活血舒筋、通脉止痛和止泻,可防止并医治腹冷胸满、呕吐噎膈、风湿痹痛、跌损瘀滞、血痢肠风等疾病;
新疆大枣干:味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞:能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,防治骨质疏松、缓解贫血,抗过敏,除腥臭怪味,宁心安神,益智健脑,增强食欲,软化血管,防治高血压。
黄芪:又名黄耆,具益正气,壮脾胃,排脓止痛,活血、补气固表、利尿、强心、降压、抗菌、托毒、排脓、生肌、加强毛细血管抵抗力、止汗和类性激素的功效,治表虚自汗、气虚内伤、脾虚泄泻、浮肿及痈疽等。
干莲子:味甘、涩,性平,归脾、肾、心经,补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神;
枸杞:味甘,性平,养肝,滋肾,润肺;
香叶:祛腥解腻,芳香可口,祛风除湿,行气止痛;
姬松茸:姬松茸性平,味甘;归心、肺、肝、肾经。具有健脑、消炎、益肾、降血糖、改善糖尿病、降胆固醇、增强精力、改善动脉硬化、防治心血管病等功效,可抵抗滤过性病毒,提高免疫功能,阻止致癌物质的吸收,促进骨髓造血,能干扰白血病的细胞增殖。
效果检验:
根据实施例三制作而成补气鸡汤进行试验;
选取对象:10名月经不规律、经常失眠的女性,10名经常失眠的男性,年龄25至45岁,平均为37岁,均无胃酸过多、高血压、高血脂、肾功能不全等疾病,也无与胆道相关的疾病;
方案:每周的周一和周四早晨各吃一次。连续三个月。
效果判定:
(1)前后面色红润度对比。
(2)记录月经不调者的经期时间,共记录六个月,吃鸡汤前三个月与吃鸡汤期间三个月。
(3)采用HUAWEI TruSleepTM睡眠检测技术来判定观察对象的平均睡眠质量,记录数据,半个月一组,共记录六个月,吃鸡汤前三个月与吃鸡汤期间三个月。
(4)记录观察对象血常规中的血红蛋白含量,每半月一次,共记录六个月,吃鸡汤前三个月与吃鸡汤期间三个月。(正常含量参考值:女性110-150g/L,男性是120-160g/L)
试验结果:
1、观察对象脸色明显变红润,如图1所示;
2、观察对象经期趋于稳定,如图2所示;
3、观察对象血常规中血红蛋白含量较低者,其数值逐渐趋于正常值或已达到正常值,含量正常者则无大变化,仍在正常值范围内,如图3所示;
4、大体上,观察对象深睡比例呈现上升趋势,浅睡比例和快速眼动比例呈下降趋势,步入正常比例范围,见表3所示。
综上所述,本发明可益气清火,养血安神,改善经期情况,调整睡眠状态,且补气作用较为温和不会出现补气以后反而上火的情况。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种补气鸡汤的制备方法,其特征在于,包括的步骤:
第一步、选用老母鸡800份-1200份,将鸡宰杀并煺干净毛,从肛门处开一个长30毫米-40毫米的口子,去内脏,用清水浸泡0.5小时-1.5小时后,将鸡取出,用刀剁去爪尖及嘴尖,剩下的部分切成鸡块,同时将鸡肉中黄色的鸡油去除干净,在盆中滤去血水,放入清水中烧开煮去血水,在出汤过程中,加入麻椒8-12份使得鸡肉的口感更好,在将血水完全煮出后将鸡肉捞出备用,将血水倒掉,将锅冲洗干净备用;
第二步、选取鲜姜20份-30份,刮去外皮,洗净晾干后用刀拍成姜块状;
