In the embodiment of the invention, magnetic stirring is adopted for stirring. In the embodiment of the invention, the stirring speed is 500-800 rpm.
The paint stripping test in the embodiment of the invention is in accordance with the industry standard HG/T28811997 paint stripping efficiency test method.
The water used in the examples of the present invention is deionized water.
The paint on the surface of the workpiece to be depainted in the embodiment of the invention is epoxy resin paint, alkyd resin paint, acrylic resin paint or silicone-acrylate resin paint and the like.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of an environment-friendly and nontoxic water-based paint remover, which comprises the following steps: obtaining deionized water at normal temperature, and placing a preset amount of deionized water in a reaction kettle; adding a thickening agent into the reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring to obtain a prepared solution; sequentially adding benzyl alcohol, a cosolvent, an active agent, a corrosion inhibitor, an inhibitor and hydrogen peroxide in a preset amount into the reaction kettle, and continuously stirring until all the raw materials are uniformly mixed in the preparation liquid; and taking out the product from the kettle and filling the product to obtain a finished product, wherein the finished product is the environment-friendly and nontoxic water-based paint remover.

Experiments prove that the environment-friendly and non-toxic water-based paint remover provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively remove paint films.

the alkene is any one of limonene, phenylpropene and terpene.
2. The environment-friendly nontoxic water-based paint remover according to claim 1, characterized in that the accelerator is hydrogen peroxide.
3. The environmentally friendly, non-toxic aqueous paint stripper of claim 1, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is thiourea.

The environment-friendly nontoxic water-based paint remover according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following raw material components by mass percent: 45% of benzyl alcohol, 15% of hydrogen peroxide, 15% of ethers, 10% of alkenes, 3% of thickening agent, 3% of inhibitor, 4% of activator and 5% of corrosion inhibitor.
