The paint removing performance is efficient and durable, the service life is long, and the consumption is low; the environment-friendly composite material does not contain dichloromethane, phenol, formic acid and a low-boiling-point solvent, is safe and environment-friendly, has low volatilization rate at normal temperature, small smell and good stability, and can well meet the requirements of transportation and storage; the cost is low, the production equipment is simple, the preparation method is simple, the using method is simple, and the economic performance is good.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The general long-acting type water-based environment-friendly paint remover comprises, by weight, 30% -65% of deionized water, 5% -30% of inorganic base, 10% -30% of a main solvent, 1% -10% of a cosolvent, 5% -20% of an accelerator, 1% -10% of a complexing agent and 1% -5% of a corrosion inhibitor.
Further, the inorganic base is one or a mixture of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate.
Further, the main solvent is one or a mixture of more of benzyl alcohol, dimethyl sulfoxide, sulfolane, N-dimethylformamide, morpholine, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol propyl ether, ethylene glycol phenyl ether, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and N-hydroxyethyl-2-pyrrolidone.
Further, the cosolvent is one or a mixture of ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol 400, glycerol, diethylene glycol and epoxypropanol.
Further, the accelerant is one or a mixture of furfuryl alcohol, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, furfuryl mercaptan, furfuryl polyethylene glycol, tetrahydrofurfuryl polyethylene glycol, furfuryl amine, tetrahydrofurfuryl amine, 2-phenyl diethanolamine and octadecylamine.
Further, the complexing agent is one or a mixture of more of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, sodium citrate, sodium oxalate and sodium gluconate.
Further, the corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of more of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, diisopropanolamine, triisopropanolamine and sodium metasilicate pentahydrate.
Further, the resistivity of the deionized water is greater than 4M omega cm.
Example 1: the general long-acting water-based environment-friendly paint remover comprises the components shown in the table 1

The preparation method of the paint remover comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in deionized water to form a base solution, then sequentially adding benzyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, tetrahydrofurfuryl amine, sodium gluconate and triethanolamine, and stirring to completely dissolve all the components to obtain the paint remover.
The using method of the paint remover for paint removal comprises the following steps: and completely immersing the painting part to be depainted in the depainting agent, wherein the temperature is 80 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 60 minutes.
Example 2: a general long-acting type water-based environment-friendly paint remover comprises the components shown in the following table 2:

The preparation method of the paint remover comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide in deionized water to form a base solution, then sequentially adding benzyl alcohol, propylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol, furfuryl alcohol, tetrahydrofurfuryl amine, disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and diisopropanolamine, and stirring to completely dissolve all components to obtain the paint remover.
The above-mentioned paint remover is used for paint removal in the same manner as in example 1.
Example 3: the general long-acting water-based environment-friendly paint remover comprises the components shown in the table 3

The preparation method of the paint remover comprises the following steps: dissolving potassium hydroxide in deionized water to form a base solution, then sequentially adding benzyl alcohol, propylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol phenyl ether, ethylene glycol, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, tetrahydrofurfuryl amine, sodium citrate and triisopropanolamine, and stirring to completely dissolve all the components to obtain the paint remover.
The above-described paint remover was used in the same manner as in example 1.
Coating the to-be-depainted coating parts with the same material, the same volume and the same surface area with polyester powder coating, epoxy powder coating, polyurethane paint, fluorocarbon paint, alkyd paint, acrylic acid water-based paint and cathode electrophoretic paint respectively.
The used polyurethane paint is from Bethes industrial coating DJ-291-;
the fluorocarbon paint is from Beziaceae industrial coating FJ-233-;
the alkyd paint is from Bethes industrial coating AD-621-;
Through inspection, the paint remover obtained by the formula in the embodiment 1-3 can remove 6 kinds of coatings completely without residue within 60 minutes of action time at 80 ℃ for 6 kinds of coatings of different systems, and the paint removing rate is 100%. See table 4 specifically:

In addition, after the paint remover prepared by the formula in the embodiment 1-3 is aged, 6 coatings of different systems can be removed completely without residue within 60 minutes of action time at 80 ℃, and the paint removing rate is 100%. See table 5 specifically:

In the invention, inorganic alkali components are preferred, and the coating (polyester, polyurethane, alkyd and the like) containing ester bonds is easy to hydrolyze under strong alkali conditions, so that the coating can be quickly peeled off. Preferably, the aqueous solvent containing aromatic hydrocarbon functional groups utilizes the characteristic of low polarity of the aromatic hydrocarbon functional groups to increase similar compatible effect with coatings (acrylic acid, epoxy, fluorocarbon and the like) with the same low polarity, thereby being beneficial to improving the permeation swelling effect of the paint remover component on the coatings. Particular promoters and complexing agents are preferred to significantly promote osmotic swelling release of the coating by the paint stripper component. At the same time, the paint remover can also be endowed with more efficient and durable paint removing effect. The use method of heating soaking is optimized, so that the interaction among the components can be further accelerated, and the permeation, swelling and stripping effects of the paint remover on the coating are greatly improved.

Claims (10)
1. The universal long-acting type water-based environment-friendly paint remover is characterized by comprising 30-65% of deionized water, 5-30% of inorganic base, 10-30% of main solvent, 1-10% of cosolvent, 5-20% of accelerator, 1-10% of complexing agent and 1-5% of corrosion inhibitor in percentage by weight.
2. The universal long-acting type aqueous environmentally friendly paint stripper according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic base is one or a mixture of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate.
3. The universal long-acting aqueous environmentally friendly paint stripper according to claim 1, wherein the primary solvent is one or more of benzyl alcohol, dimethyl sulfoxide, sulfolane, N-dimethylformamide, morpholine, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol propyl ether, ethylene glycol phenyl ether, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N-hydroxyethyl-2-pyrrolidone.
4. The universal long-acting type water-based environment-friendly paint remover according to claim 1, wherein the cosolvent is one or more of ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol 400, glycerol, diethylene glycol and epoxypropanol.
5. The universal long-acting aqueous environmentally friendly paint stripper according to claim 1, wherein the promoter is one or more of furfuryl alcohol, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol, furfuryl mercaptan, furfuryl polyethylene glycol, tetrahydrofurfuryl polyethylene glycol, furfuryl amine, tetrahydrofurfuryl amine, 2-phenyl diethanolamine, and octadecylamine.
6. The universal long-acting water-based environment-friendly paint remover according to claim 1, wherein the complexing agent is one or a mixture of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, sodium citrate, sodium oxalate and sodium gluconate.
7. The universal long-acting type water-based environment-friendly paint remover according to claim 1, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is one or a mixture of more of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, diisopropanolamine, triisopropanolamine and sodium metasilicate pentahydrate.
8. The universal long-acting aqueous environmentally friendly paint stripper according to claim 1, wherein the deionized water has an electrical resistivity greater than 4M Ω -cm.
9. A method for preparing the universal long-acting type water-based environment-friendly paint remover as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps:
dissolving inorganic base in deionized water to form base solution; then sequentially adding a main solvent, a cosolvent, an accelerator, a complexing agent and a corrosion inhibitor into the base solution;
stirring to completely dissolve all the components to obtain the universal long-acting water-based environment-friendly paint remover.
10. The use method of the universal long-acting type water-based environment-friendly paint remover as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that a painting part to be removed is completely immersed in the universal long-acting type water-based environment-friendly paint remover, the paint removing temperature is 70-90 ℃, and the paint removing time is 1-60 minutes.
