Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of paint removers, and particularly relates to an efficient environment-friendly non-toxic water-based paint remover as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
With the high growth of national economy and the rapid development of industry in China, various coatings are adopted in industry and agriculture to protect and decorate the surfaces of materials such as metal, wood, plastic, leather and the like. The application range is wider and wider, and the variety, the performance and the coating technology of the coating are also obviously improved. High-grade paint such as high-grade polyurethane paint powder paint, water paint using water to replace organic solvent, etc. is developed rapidly. These new coatings generally have good adhesion, flexibility, abrasion resistance, shock resistance, temperature resistance, water resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and other properties, and have good decorative effects. During the use of the coating, the coating film can be damaged or gradually aged. When coating or repairing electrical appliances, mechanical equipment, vehicles and ships, the old or damaged coating needs to be removed and then sprayed. The method of removal of old paint films varies from substrate to substrate, coating and from one coating to another. The methods for removing the old paint film are various, and the common methods include a paint remover method, an alkaline solution method, a paint paste removing method, an organic solvent method, a flame method, a manual shovel method, a sand blasting method and the like. The paint remover can quickly remove the old paint by a series of physical and chemical actions such as dissolution, permeation, swelling, stripping, reaction and the like, thereby being widely applied.
At present, paint removers developed at home and abroad are various in types, and can be generally divided into organic paint removers and inorganic paint removers in composition. The inorganic paint remover is usually an alkaline aqueous solution, and the main components are charged potassium, charged sodium, sodium silicate and the like. The alkaline paint remover utilizes the saponification reaction of alkali liquor on resin, and has the advantages of low cost, safe production, small influence on human body, good paint removing effect, and the defects of heating during use, needing a certain heating device, being limited by the size of paint removing parts and long paint removing period. The treated surface is not easy to spray paint and has serious corrosion to metal. The organic paint remover has good paint removing effect, high speed, small corrosivity to metal, simple operation, toxicity, flammability and high cost. Organic strippers generally contain more methylene chloride, phenol, volatile solvents and other harmful substances, thereby causing the strippers to be more volatile and toxic. Combining the advantages and disadvantages of both inorganic and organic strippers, organic strippers are widely used, and thus the research work on them has been rapidly developed. Therefore, the research on novel paint removers with low volatility, low toxicity or no toxicity, safety to metal substrates and no harm to operators or environment is particularly necessary. The aqueous paint remover refers to paint removers which take organic solvents with strong water solubility as main solvents, and even paint removers which do not contain organic solvents at all. With the enhancement of environmental awareness, the advantages of the water-based paint remover are more and more obvious. However, the current researches on the water-based paint remover are not many, and the utilization of the water-based paint remover is limited. The water-based paint remover relieves the problem of environmental pollution caused by excessive solvent in the original paint remover, so that the water-based paint remover has more obvious advantages than an organic paint remover, especially a chlorinated hydrocarbon paint remover.
Through searching, the following patent publications related to the patent application of the invention are found:
1. a non-corrosive and non-scratch metal paint remover and a preparation method and application thereof (CN107353701A), the paint remover is convenient and simple to use, and can effectively remove various common paint layers; the paint remover has the advantages of no corrosion damage to a base material, low volatility, no damage to a human body during use, no attachments such as paraffin, kerosene and the like, convenience for secondary paint spraying, capability of improving the efficiency of paint layer wiping by the added inorganic additive carbon oxide nanotube, no scratch to the base material, safety, environmental protection, no chlorinated hydrocarbon type organic solvent, low cost of the cleaning agent, no corrosion to a metal base material by the paint remover, antibacterial property and high stability.
2. A nontoxic environment-friendly paint remover (CN102408775A) comprises aromatic alcohol, acid and emulsifier, wherein the content of aromatic alcohol is 10-60 wt%, the content of acid is 30-70 wt%, and the content of emulsifier is 5-20 wt%. The paint remover has the advantages of high paint removing speed, good effect, low toxicity, low volatility and no corrosion to various base materials, the base materials after paint removing can be directly sprayed for the second time, the adhesive force with a paint layer is good, the secondary injection molding is omitted, and the cost is saved for recycling the base materials again.
3. A paint remover composition (CN101058691) comprises aromatic alcohol, acid and emulsifier, wherein the content of the aromatic alcohol is 10-60 wt%, the content of the acid is 30-70 wt%, and the content of the emulsifier is 5-20 wt% based on the total weight of the composition.
By contrast, the present patent application is substantially different from the above patent publications. Although the paint strippers described above are effective in stripping paint films from metal surfaces, they do not contain accelerators or the accelerators are acids. Which causes problems of slow paint removal and corrosion of the metal substrate. Therefore, the requirements of quick paint removal and no corrosion to metal substrates can be met only by compounding a safe and effective accelerator and a solvent.
