The preparation method of the practical multifunctional efficient environment-friendly water-based paint remover comprises the following steps:
adding deionized water into a stirring kettle at room temperature, starting stirring at the rotating speed of 50-100 r/min, adding N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, dimethyl sulfoxide and hydrogen peroxide, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; adding ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt and sodium citrate at the rotating speed of 100-200 r/min, and stirring until the tetrasodium salt and the sodium citrate are completely dissolved; then adding an aluminum alloy corrosion inhibitor XL845, sodium silicate, potassium silicate, sodium molybdate, potassium molybdate and methylbenzotriazole, and stirring until the aluminum alloy corrosion inhibitor XL845, the sodium silicate, the potassium silicate, the sodium molybdate, the potassium molybdate and the methylbenzotriazole are completely dissolved; adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate, and stirring to dissolve completely; adding isomeric polyether polyol L61, polyether polyol L64, polyoxyethylene oleate 105 and polyoxyethylene lauryl ether LEP-10 at the rotation speed of 300-400 r/min, and stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved; and (3) adding guar gum at the rotating speed of 400-500 r/min, and stirring until the guar gum is completely dissolved. The whole stirring time is 60-90 min, and the paint is finally a uniform solution, so that the practical multifunctional high-efficiency environment-friendly water-based paint remover is obtained.
Example 4
A practical multifunctional high-efficiency environment-friendly water-based paint remover comprises the following components in parts by weight:
35-45 parts of a main solvent, 2-8 parts of a cosolvent, 2-11 parts of an accelerator, 0.5-5 parts of a complexing agent, 2-12 parts of a composite metal corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-6 parts of a composite surfactant, 0-3 parts of a solubilizer, 1-6 parts of a thickener and the balance of deionized water to 100 parts.
Preferably, the resistivity of the deionized water is greater than 4M Ω -cm; or the solubilizer is sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate or sodium cumene sulfonate.
Preferably, the main solvent is one or a mixture of more than two of benzyl alcohol and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone; or the cosolvent is one or a mixture of more than two of isopropanol, 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol and dimethyl sulfoxide.
Preferably, the complexing agent is one or a mixture of more than two of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, sodium citrate, sodium gluconate and sodium polyacrylate; or the composite metal corrosion inhibitor is a non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor and a ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor in a mass ratio of 1-4: 1; or the accelerant is one of hydrogen peroxide or organic acid.
Preferably, the non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor is a mixture of two or more than two of aluminum alloy corrosion inhibitor XL845, aluminum alloy corrosion inhibitor N815, sodium silicate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, potassium silicate, benzotriazole and methylbenzotriazole; the ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor is one or two of sodium benzoate, sodium molybdate and potassium molybdate;
or the organic acid is one of formic acid, citric acid and glycolic acid.
Preferably, the composite surfactant is a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant in a mass ratio of 1: 1-5; or the thickening agent is one or two of aleurone powder or guar gum.
Preferably, the nonionic surfactant is polyether polyols L61, L64, F68; oleic acid polyoxyethylene ester OEO-103, 105, 110, 115; isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ethers 1309, 1305; laurinol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether LEP-10; one or a mixture of more than two of cardanol polyoxyethylene ether BGF-10, BGF-9 and BGF-7;
or the anionic surfactant is one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfate and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate.
The preparation method of the practical multifunctional efficient environment-friendly water-based paint remover comprises the following steps:
A. weighing a main solvent, a cosolvent, an accelerator, a solubilizer, a complexing agent, a composite metal corrosion inhibitor, a composite surfactant and a thickening agent according to the mass ratio;
B. adding deionized water into a stirring kettle at room temperature, starting stirring, and then sequentially adding a main solvent, a cosolvent, an accelerator, a solubilizer, a complexing agent, a composite metal corrosion inhibitor, a composite surfactant and a thickening agent;
C. stirring at the rotating speed of 50-500 r/min for 60-90 min, and uniformly mixing to obtain the practical multifunctional high-efficiency environment-friendly water-based paint remover.
Preferably, in the step B: when the main solvent, the cosolvent, the accelerator, the solubilizer, the complexing agent, the composite metal corrosion inhibitor, the composite surfactant and the thickener are added in sequence, one component is added each time, the mixture is stirred until the components are completely dissolved, and then the next component is added.
The practical multifunctional efficient environment-friendly water-based paint remover is applied to the paint spraying of railways, airplanes, ships, automobiles, buildings, industrial equipment, machinery and furniture.

the complexing agent is one or a mixture of more than two of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, sodium citrate, sodium gluconate and sodium polyacrylate; the composite metal corrosion inhibitor is a non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor and a ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor in a mass ratio of 1-4: 1; the non-ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor is a mixture of two or more than two of aluminum alloy corrosion inhibitor XL845, aluminum alloy corrosion inhibitor N815, sodium silicate, sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, potassium silicate, benzotriazole and methyl benzotriazole; the ferrous metal corrosion inhibitor is one or two of sodium benzoate, sodium molybdate and potassium molybdate;
the accelerator is one of hydrogen peroxide or organic acid; the organic acid is one of formic acid, citric acid and glycolic acid;
the composite surfactant is a mixture of a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant according to a mass ratio of 1: 1-5; the thickening agent is one or two of aleurone powder or guar gum;
the nonionic surfactant is polyether polyols L61, L64 and F68; oleic acid polyoxyethylene ester OEO-103, 105, 110, 115; isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ethers 1309, 1305; laurinol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether LEP-10; one or a mixture of more than two of cardanol polyoxyethylene ether BGF-10, BGF-9 and BGF-7;
the anionic surfactant is one of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfate and fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate sulfonate;
the resistivity of the deionized water is more than 4M omega cm; the solubilizer is sodium dimethyl benzene sulfonate or sodium isopropyl benzene sulfonate;

A. weighing a main solvent, a cosolvent, an accelerator, a solubilizer, a complexing agent, a composite metal corrosion inhibitor, a composite surfactant and a thickening agent according to the mass ratio;
