Abstract

本发明公开了一种橡胶板材加工的剪切设备,其结构包括机架、切割机构、进料口、输送带、输送架、控制箱、传动机构,机架中间安装有输送架,输送架上设有输送带,输送带安装有切割机构且切割机构与输送带之间设有进料口,有益效果:本发明在切刀两侧安装有压板,压板底部设有弧形的压条,可以增加橡胶板与压板之间的摩擦力,防止在切割过程中出现滑动现象;在切刀两侧安装有推料头,气流分成两股进入到气囊中,一股气流使气囊往下鼓起,使推板对橡胶板切割处的两侧凸起的部分进行压平;另外一股气流进入到分流道中,吹气孔朝向着切刀面,吹落附着在切刀刀身上的橡胶碎料,防止卡刀现象。

技术领域
本发明是一种橡胶板材加工的剪切设备,属于新材料加工设备技术领域。
背景技术
橡胶板系由混炼胶经压延贴合成型或挤出成型,用平板硫化机硫化或用鼓式硫化机连续硫化而制成,具有一定厚度和较大面积的片状产品,橡胶板广泛用于工矿企业、交通运输部门及房屋地面等方面。用作密封胶圈、胶垫、门窗封条和铺设工作台及地板;在对橡胶板进行裁切时,由于橡胶板具有一定的弹性,裁切刀的刀尖薄刀身厚的特点,起刀时,容易使切割处的橡胶板带起来且橡胶碎末容易贴住刀身,时间久了,造成卡刀现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种橡胶板材加工的剪切设备,以解决。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种橡胶板材加工的剪切设备,其结构包括机架、切割机构、进料口、输送带、输送架、控制箱、传动机构,所述机架中间安装有输送架,所述输送架上设有输送带,所述输送带安装有切割机构且切割机构与输送带之间设有进料口,所述控制箱安装在机架的左上角上,所述切割机构与架内部的传动系统通过传动机构相连接;
作为优选的,所述切割机构由剪切装置、压制装置、挡料装置组成,所述剪切装置安装在输送带的上方,所述压制装置与挡料装置为对称设置,所述剪切装置的前后两侧都设有压制装置与挡料装置。
作为优选的,所述剪切装置由第一升降缸、滑槽、切刀组成,所述滑槽对称安装在传动机构左右板的两侧上,所述切刀与第一升降缸相连接且两侧与滑槽滑动配合。
作为优选的,所述压制装置由第二升降缸与压板组成,所述压板通过第二升降缸安装在切刀的前后两侧。
作为优选的,所述挡料装置由输气管、分流管、支气管、推料头组成,所述输气管与分流管的中间贯通连接,所述分流管底部开有两个以上通孔,所述通孔与支气管相连接,所述支气管底部连接有推料头。
作为优选的,所述推料头由连接板、气囊、推板组成,所述连接板与推板之间通过气囊相连接,所述连接板中间开有通气道且通气道与支气管相连接。
作为优选的,所述气囊内部设有分流板,所述分流板右侧设有分流道。
作为优选的,所述推板的右侧上开有吹气孔,所述吹气孔与分流道。相连接且吹气孔朝向着切刀面。
作为优选的,所述机架内部设有空压机,所述输气管与空压机相连接。
作为优选的,所述压板底部设有弧形的压条,增加橡胶条与压板之间的摩擦力。
有益效果
本发明一种橡胶板材加工的剪切设备,具有以下效果:
本发明在切刀两侧安装有压板,压板底部设有弧形的压条,可以增加橡胶板与压板之间的摩擦力,防止在切割过程中出现滑动现象;
本发明在切刀两侧安装有推料头,气流分成两股进入到气囊中,一股气流使气囊往下鼓起,使推板对橡胶板切割处的两侧凸起的部分进行压平;另外一股气流进入到分流道中,吹气孔朝向着切刀面,吹落附着在切刀刀身上的橡胶碎料,防止卡刀现象。

请参阅图1-图4,本发明提供一种橡胶板材加工的剪切设备技术方案:
如图1和图2所示,其结构包括机架1、切割机构2、进料口3、输送带4、输送架5、控制箱6、传动机构7,所述机架1中间安装有输送架5,所述输送架5上设有输送带4,所述输送带4安装有切割机构2且切割机构2与输送带4之间设有进料口3,所述控制箱6安装在机架1的左上角上,所述切割机构2与架1内部的传动系统通过传动机构7相连接;
其中,所述切割机构2由剪切装置8、压制装置9、挡料装置10组成,所述剪切装置8安装在输送带4的上方,所述压制装置9与挡料装置10为对称设置,所述剪切装置8的前后两侧都设有压制装置9与挡料装置10,压制装置9将橡胶板两侧固定住,剪切装置8对其进行裁切,被带起部分通过挡料装置10将其抖落。
其中,所述剪切装置8由第一升降缸81、滑槽82、切刀83组成,所述滑槽82对称安装在传动机构7左右板的两侧上,所述切刀83与第一升降缸81相连接且两侧与滑槽82滑动配合。
其中,所述压制装置9由第二升降缸91与压板92组成,所述压板92通过第二升降缸91安装在切刀83的前后两侧。
如图3和图4所示,所述挡料装置10由输气管a1、分流管a2、支气管a3、推料头a4组成,所述输气管a1与分流管a2的中间贯通连接,所述分流管a2底部开有两个以上通孔,所述通孔与支气管a3相连接,所述支气管a3底部连接有推料头a4,推料头a4将被切刀83带起的橡胶板切割的部分进行阻挡,防止卡刀现象。
其中,所述推料头a4由连接板b1、气囊b2、推板b3组成,所述连接板b1与推板b3之间通过气囊b2相连接,所述连接板b1中间开有通气道且通气道与支气管a3相连接,气囊b2往下鼓起,使推板b3对橡胶板切割处的两侧凸起的部分进行压平。
其中,所述气囊b2内部设有分流板e,所述分流板e右侧设有分流道f。
其中,所述推板b3的右侧上开有吹气孔g,所述吹气孔g与分流道f。相连接且吹气孔g朝向着切刀83面,吹气孔g吹落附着在切刀83刀身上的橡胶碎料,防止卡刀。
将需要切割的橡胶板放置在输送带4中运送至切割机构2内,第二升降缸91带动压板92向下运动,对橡胶板待切部分的两侧进行压紧固定,压板92底部设有弧形的压条,可以增加橡胶板与压板92之间的摩擦力;固定好后,第一升降缸81带动切刀83往下对橡胶板进行切割,切刀83切完后,向上提取的时候,输气管a1内部的气流经过分流管a2进入到支气管a3中,进入到支气管a3中的气流分成两股进入到气囊b2中,一股气流使气囊b2往下鼓起,使推板b3对橡胶板切割处的两侧凸起的部分进行压平;另外一股气流进入到分流道f中,从吹气孔g朝向着切刀83面,吹气孔g吹落附着在切刀83刀身上的橡胶碎料,防止卡刀现象。

1.一种橡胶板材加工的剪切设备,其特征在于:其结构包括机架(1)、切割机构(2)、进料口(3)、输送带(4)、输送架(5)、控制箱(6)、传动机构(7),所述机架(1)中间安装有输送架(5),所述输送架(5)上设有输送带(4),所述输送带(4)安装有切割机构(2)且切割机构(2)与输送带(4)之间设有进料口(3),所述控制箱(6)安装在机架(1)的左上角上,所述切割机构(2)与机架(1)内部的传动系统通过传动机构(7)相连接;所述切割机构(2)由剪切装置(8)、压制装置(9)、挡料装置(10)组成,所述剪切装置(8)安装在输送带(4)的上方,所述压制装置(9)与挡料装置(10)为对称设置,所述剪切装置(8)的前后两侧都设有压制装置(9)与挡料装置(10);所述剪切装置(8)由第一升降缸(81)、滑槽(82)、切刀(83)组成,所述滑槽(82)对称安装在传动机构(7)左右板的两侧上,所述切刀(83)与第一升降缸(81)相连接且两侧与滑槽(82)滑动配合;所述压制装置(9)由第二升降缸(91)与压板(92)组成,所述压板(92)通过第二升降缸(91)安装在切刀(83)的前后两侧;所述挡料装置(10)由输气管(a1)、分流管(a2)、支气管(a3)、推料头(a4)组成,所述输气管(a1)与分流管(a2)的中间贯通连接,所述分流管(a2)底部开有两个以上通孔,所述通孔与支气管(a3)相连接,所述支气管(a3)底部连接有推料头(a4);所述推料头(a4)由连接板(b1)、气囊(b2)、推板(b3)组成,所述连接板(b1)与推板(b3)之间通过气囊(b2)相连接,所述连接板(b1)中间开有通气道且通气道与支气管(a3)相连接;所述气囊(b2)内部设有分流板(e),所述分流板(e)右侧设有分流道(f);所述推板(b3)的右侧上开有吹气孔(g),所述吹气孔(g)与分流道(f)相连接且吹气孔(g)朝向着切刀(83)面;
将需要切割的橡胶板放置在输送带(4)中运送至切割机构(2)内,第二升降缸(91)带动压板(92)向下运动,对橡胶板待切部分的两侧进行压紧固定,压板(92)底部设有弧形的压条,可以增加橡胶板与压板(92)之间的摩擦力;固定好后,第一升降缸(81)带动切刀(83)往下对橡胶板进行切割,切刀(83)切完后,向上提取的时候,输气管(a1)内部的气流经过分流管(a2)进入到支气管(a3)中,进入到支气管(a3)中的气流分成两股进入到气囊(b2)中,一股气流使气囊(b2)往下鼓起,使推板(b3)对橡胶板切割处的两侧凸起的部分进行压平;另外一股气流进入到分流道(f)中,从吹气孔(g)朝向着切刀(83)面,吹气孔(g)吹落附着在切刀(83)刀身上的橡胶碎料,防止卡刀现象。
