Experiment 3 acne removing and acne mark repairing efficacy evaluation test
Firstly, testing a test article: examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 3, and acne mark removing facial mask prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 3
The test population requires: the method comprises the steps of selecting volunteers with acne and obvious acne marks on the face, wherein the number of the volunteers is 140, and each experimental group comprises 20 volunteers, half of men and women and between 20 and 45 years old.
The test method comprises the following steps: the product is applied for 15 min 3 times per week, and the application period is 4 weeks, and the similar cosmetic is stopped during the test period. Subjects were evaluated clinically by the GAGS acne system scoring system before and 1 to 4 weeks of use and were analyzed by photo-taking before and after trial by a skin facial analyzer VISIA CR (Canfield, usa) and facial Image analysis software Image-Pro Plus (Media Cybernetics, Inc.) for the amount of acne mark removal or the degree of lightening visually observed.
The GAGS scoring method is a GlobalAcnene grading System (GAGS) of an acne comprehensive grading system proposed by Doshi et al in 1997, is a scoring method, and has the characteristics of accuracy, strong consistency, quickness, good overall evaluation effect and the like. The method specifically comprises the following steps: according to the density, distribution and approximate area of the pilosebaceous unit, the good hair part of the acne is divided into 6 areas: zone I, forehead, zone II: right cheek, zone iii: left cheek, region iv: nose, chin zone v, zone vi: chest and upper back. The factor values of the I, II and III zones are 2, the factor values of the IV and V zones are 1, and the factor value of the VI zone is 3. The skin damage score for each region is (the principle is that the most severe local skin damage determines the score for that region): the number of skin lesions was 0, 1 for white or black comedones, 2 for papulo-type acnes (red granules), 3 for pustular acnes (yellow pustules), and 4 for cystic acnes (large granules). The total score of each subarea is factor score multiplied by skin damage score, and the sum of the total scores of different subareas is the comprehensive score.

It can be seen from tables 6 and 8 that the masks of examples 1-4 had a significantly reduced acne score after one week of use, a significantly reduced acne score after 2-4 weeks of use, and had statistical significance (P <0.01), more than 60% of the acne marks had disappeared after 2 weeks of use, more than 80% of the majority of volunteers had disappeared acne marks and the acne was at a mild grade after 4 weeks of use, with the effect of example 3 being more significant. Compared with comparative examples 1-3, examples 1-4 have more remarkable effects, which shows that the compound use of the PLANTAGO major (Plantago LANCEOLATA) extract, the grape (VITIS VINIFERA) fermentation extract and the Terminalia faba (TERMINALIA FERDINANDIANA) fruit extract has good synergistic effect on improving acne and repairing acne marks.

The mask with the functions of removing acnes and repairing acne marks is characterized by comprising mask base cloth and mask liquid; the mask liquid mainly comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.6-1.5% of Plantago major (Plantago LANCEOLATA) extract, 0.5-1.5% of grape (VITIS VINIFERA) fermentation extract, and 0.5-1% of Terminalia faba (TERMINALIAFERDINANDIANA) fruit extract.
2. The mask with the effects of removing acne and repairing acne marks according to claim 1, wherein the mask base cloth is made of gauze.

The mask liquid with the effects of removing acnes and repairing acne marks according to claim 1, which is characterized by further comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.3-0.5% of hydrolyzed olive (Olea EUROPAEA) leaf extract, 30.2-0.5% of ceramide, and 0.5-1% of trehalose.

The mask liquid with the effects of removing acnes and repairing acne marks according to claim 1, which is characterized by further comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 3.5 to 10 percent of polyol, 0.4 to 0.6 percent of preservative, 0.25 to 0.55 percent of rheology modifier and 0.01 to 0.025 percent of pH value regulator.

The mask with effects of removing acne and repairing acne marks according to claim 4, wherein the polyhydric alcohol is one or a mixture of more than one of glycerin, propylene glycol, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 3-propanediol, butanediol, pentanediol, sorbitol, polyethylene glycol-8, polyethylene glycol-32, dipropylene glycol, diglycerin, glyceryl polyether-26, polyglycerol-10, and polyglycerol-8.
6. The mask with effects of removing acne and repairing acne marks according to claim 5, wherein the polyhydric alcohol is composed of glycerin, propylene glycol and 1, 2-hexanediol, and the mass ratio of glycerin to propylene glycol to 1, 2-hexanediol is (1-3) to (2-6): (0.5-1).
7. The mask with effects of removing acne and repairing acne marks according to claim 3, wherein the preservative is one or more of methylparaben, p-hydroxyacetophenone, iodopropynyl butylcarbamate, caprylyl glycol, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, chlorphenesin and ethylhexylglycerin.
8. The mask with effects of removing acne and repairing acne marks according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is p-hydroxyacetophenone.

The mask with effects of removing acne and repairing acne marks according to claim 1, wherein the rheology modifier is composed of polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, acrylic acid (ester)/vinyl isodecanoate cross-linked polymer and hydroxyethyl cellulose, and the mass ratio of the polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, the acrylic acid (ester)/vinyl isodecanoate cross-linked polymer and the hydroxyethyl cellulose is (0.2-0.4): 0.02-0.05): (0.03-0.1).
