Abstract

一种硅基液晶(1)、波长选择开关(100)、配向方向R1获取方法以及一种硅基液晶(1)制作方法。应用于波长选择开关(100)的硅基液晶(1)具有第一像素区(20),液晶层(13)包括位于第一像素区(20)内的第一液晶(131),在电场的控制下,第一液晶(131)在垂直于第一面板(11)的平面上发生偏转,且在平行于第一面板(11)的平面上向第一方向D1偏转,配向膜(15)包括位于第一像素区(20)内的第一部分配向膜(151),第一部分配向膜(151)的配向方向R1相对入射光束(202)的偏振方向P1向第二方向D2偏转,第二方向D2与第一方向D1相反,以降低偏转光束(203)的损耗。硅基液晶(1)能够降低波长选择开关(100)的损耗。
