The refuse collecting device of claim 2, wherein the safety cover plate (602) is arranged in a triangle shape, the front end of the safety cover plate (602) is integrally provided with a refuse bag inlet slot (607), one end of the safety cover plate (602) far away from the refuse bag inlet slot (607) is integrally provided with a separating cover plate (608), the separating cover plate (608) is connected with the safety cover plate (602) through an upwardly raised arc-shaped connecting plate (609), the lower surface of the safety cover plate (602) is provided with a refuse bag clamping mechanism for conveying refuse bags from the refuse bag inlet slot (607) to the refuse bag separating outlet (9), a refuse bag separating outlet (610) is formed between the separating cover plate (608) and the surface of the conveying belt (606), and one end of the separating cover plate (608) far away from the arc-shaped connecting plate (609) extends downwards to form a baffle (621), the baffle (621) is in contact with the surface of the conveying belt (606).

The garbage collection device for automatically separating the bag materials according to claim 4, wherein the garbage bag holding mechanism comprises an inner holding plate (615) and an outer holding plate (616) which are integrally arranged on the lower surface of the safety protection cover plate (602), the inner holding plate (615) and the outer holding plate (616) are arranged along the motion track of the conveying belt (606), a U-shaped groove (617) for the conveying belt (606) to pass through is formed between the inner holding plate (615) and the outer holding plate (616), the inner holding plate (615) is disconnected at the conveying belt wheel (605), one surface of the conveying belt (606) contacting the conveying belt wheel (605) is in contact with the inner side surface of the inner holding plate (615), and a gap (618) for holding the garbage bag is left between the outer holding plate (616) and the inner holding plate (615).

The bag-breaking mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the bag-breaking mechanism comprises a knife holder, a cutting member (611) disposed on the knife holder, and a bag-breaking motor (612), the knife holder is composed of a vertical knife bar (613) and an inclined knife bar (614), the cutting member (611) is disposed on the knife holder, the upper end of the vertical knife bar (613) is fixed on the lower bottom surface of the safety protection cover plate (602), one end of the inclined knife bar (614) extends towards the opening direction of the garbage bag inlet slot (607), and the bag-breaking motor (612) is electrically connected to the microcomputer controller (701).
7. The refuse collecting device for bag automatic separation according to claim 6, wherein the cutting member (611) is a saw blade, the number of the tool holders is two, the saw blade is installed between the two tool holders, and the saw blade is driven by a bag breaking motor (612).

the ultrasonic waste detection probe (702): the garbage can is arranged on the top plate corresponding to the opening direction of the garbage can and used for detecting whether the garbage in the garbage can reaches a specified height, if the garbage in the garbage can reaches the specified height, a signal is sent to the microcomputer controller (701), and the microcomputer controller (701) receives the information and sends the information to the cloud server;
human body inductor (5): the garbage throwing device is used for sensing the staying time of a person in a specified distance in front of the garbage can, judging that the person throws garbage when the staying time reaches a set time, sending a signal to the microcomputer controller by the human body sensor corresponding to the garbage can, and if the signal is received by the microcomputer controller and sent by the human body sensor on the garbage can containing wet garbage (kitchen garbage), driving the garbage throwing automatic door corresponding to the garbage can containing the wet garbage (kitchen garbage) to open by the microcomputer controller, and simultaneously controlling the conveying mechanism and the bag breaking mechanism to work;
if the microcomputer controller receives a signal sent by a human body sensor on a garbage can for containing dry garbage (other garbage), the microcomputer controller drives a garbage throwing automatic door corresponding to the garbage can for containing the dry garbage (other garbage) to be opened, and the conveying mechanism and the bag breaking mechanism do not work;
meanwhile, the voice broadcasting module (707) broadcasts the garbage can containing the garbage in the station;
if the staying time does not reach the set time, judging that the person does not throw the garbage, and keeping the garbage throwing automatic door in a closed state all the time;
the surveillance camera (705): the system is used for monitoring the garbage classification condition in real time, photographing, recording and uploading the garbage classification condition to the microcomputer controller;
or, the intelligent garbage collector is used for taking a picture of a person passing by within a specified distance and uploading the picture to the microcomputer controller, and the microcomputer controller preliminarily analyzes and judges whether the person is a person throwing garbage; meanwhile, the human body sensor (5) senses the passing speed and the residence time of the person within a fixed distance, if the speed is changed from high to low and the residence time exceeds the set time, the person throwing the garbage bag is judged, otherwise, the person not throwing the garbage is judged, and the garbage throwing automatic door is in a closed state.
