The tobacco essence can be one or more of water, ethanol, propylene glycol, glycerol triacetate, caprylic/capric glyceride and vegetable oil, and can be dissolved in water, ethanol, propylene glycol, glycerol triacetate, vegetable oil, such as tobacco essence, sweet orange oil, clary sage oil, mint essence, green apple essence, chocolate essence, tree moss absolute oil, miscellaneous fruit essence, or red date essence.
