本发明公开了亚精胺及其衍生物的应用。发明人基于现有的蛋白结构数据、小分子结构数据,使用软件计算分析,筛选得到可以有效干扰PAICS活性的化合物,使用后可以减少SAICAR的合成,达到治疗或改善肿瘤的目的。通过联合用药,有望获得更佳的治疗或改善肿瘤的效果。
