Abstract
The invention discloses a composition with a whitening effect, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-2% of nicotinamide, 10-25% of glycerol, 5-15% of lotus seed extract, 2-10% of centella asiatica extract, 1-3% of carnosine and 55-81% of deionized water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the composition, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing the lotus seed extract and the centella extract, then adding the weighed nicotinamide, glycerol and carnosine into deionized water, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment until the nicotinamide, the glycerol and the carnosine are completely dissolved; and (3) when the temperature is reduced to 35-40 ℃, adding the centella extract and the lotus seed extract, stirring, and homogenizing to obtain the composition with the whitening effect.
