Abstract
The invention discloses an initial dam of an upstream method dam-building tailing pond, which comprises the following steps: the two sides of the main dam body are respectively inside and outside the reservoir; the impervious pile body is positioned in the warehouse and positioned at the lower part of the main dam body; a seepage drainage layer which is laid in the warehouse; the water collecting pipe is embedded in the seepage drainage layer and laid parallel to the axis of the main dam body; and the flow guide pipe penetrates through the bottoms of the main dam body and the impermeable pile body, one end of the flow guide pipe extends into the warehouse and is connected with the water collecting pipe, and the other end of the flow guide pipe extends out of the warehouse so as to communicate the warehouse with the outside of the warehouse. According to the initial dam provided by the invention, the water-tight pile, the drainage layer, the strainer and the flow guide pipe are arranged, so that the flow guide can be realized in the construction period of a tailing pond, the 'muddy' running of tailings can be prevented in the initial operation period, and a long-term effective bottom drainage system can be provided in the middle and later operation periods.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of tailing ponds, and particularly relates to an initial dam for an upstream damming tailing pond.
Background
In the related technology, during the construction of the initial dam, two sets of systems, namely a diversion system and a drainage system, need to be built at the same time, so that the capital investment is high; at the initial stage of operation of the tailing pond, the seepage amount is large, muddy running is easy to form, and the environment pollution is easy to cause due to insufficient capacity of downstream seepage recovery facilities; after the tailing pond starts to pile up the dam, the inner slope of the initial dam is covered by the tailing piled body, the water permeability is poor, and drainage and seepage facilities are often required to be additionally arranged in the piled-up dam for drainage and seepage.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention aims to provide an initial dam for constructing a tailing pond by an upstream method, wherein the initial dam can guide flow during construction and has good effects of draining seepage and preventing muddy water after operation.
The initial dam of the upstream damming tailing pond according to the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the dam body is a permeable rock-fill body, and two sides of the dam body are respectively inside and outside the reservoir; a watertight stack located within the garage and below the main dam; a seepage drainage layer which is laid in the warehouse; the water collecting pipe is embedded in the seepage drainage layer and laid parallel to the axis of the main dam body; and the diversion pipe penetrates through the main dam body and the bottom of the impervious pile body, one end of the diversion pipe extends into the warehouse and is connected with the water collection pipe, and the other end of the diversion pipe extends out of the warehouse so as to communicate the warehouse with the warehouse.
According to the initial dam provided by the invention, the water-tight pile, the drainage layer, the strainer and the flow guide pipe are arranged, so that the flow guide can be realized in the construction period of a tailing pond, the 'muddy' running of tailings can be prevented in the initial operation period, and a long-term effective bottom drainage system can be provided in the middle and later operation periods.
According to the initial dam of one embodiment of the present invention, the drainage layer is filled with thick grit. According to the initial dam of one embodiment of the invention, the water collecting pipe is buried in the seepage drainage layer, and the water collecting pipe is laid parallel to the axis of the main dam body.
According to the initial dam of one embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the drainage layer is T, and T satisfies the following condition: t is more than or equal to 50cm and less than or equal to 200 cm.
According to the initial dam of one embodiment of the present invention, the water collecting pipe is a strainer having a plurality of water inlets distributed on a wall thereof.
According to the initial dam of one embodiment of the present invention, the outside of the water collecting pipe is covered with a geotextile.
According to the initial dam of one embodiment of the invention, the number of the draft tubes is multiple, the draft tubes are arranged at intervals, and the draft tubes are communicated with the water collecting pipe.
According to the initial dam of one embodiment of the present invention, the water collecting pipe and the draft pipe are made of a high density polyethylene material.
According to the initial dam of one embodiment of the present invention, the dam body is filled with rockfill, and the watertight body is filled with fine-grained soil.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
An initial dam 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the initial dam 100 according to the present invention includes: the dam comprises a main dam body 1, a watertight pile body 2, a drainage and seepage layer 3, a water collecting pipe 4 and a flow guide pipe 5.
In the field of mineral products, a preliminary dam 100 may be constructed to intercept a place where tailings or other industrial waste residues are discharged after ore dressing is performed, to form a tailings pond.
The two sides of the main dam body 1 are an inside reservoir 7 and an outside reservoir 8 respectively, wherein the inside reservoir 7 of the main dam body 1 is formed into an initial tailing reservoir, tailings and industrial waste residues discharged from a mine are stored in the inside reservoir 7, the outside reservoir 8 is the outside of the tailing reservoir of the tailing dam 100, and seepage water in the tailing reservoir can be discharged from the tailing reservoir to the outside reservoir 8.
The impermeable pile body 2 is positioned in the reservoir 7 of the dam body of the initial dam 1, the main dam body 1 is used for forming the main body of the initial dam 100, the impermeable pile body 2 is positioned at the lower part of the main dam body 1 of the reservoir 7, the impermeable pile body 2 has waterproof property, and water in the reservoir 7 cannot penetrate through the impermeable pile body 2, so that water in the tailing reservoir cannot penetrate through the initial dam 100, and the tailing reservoir is prevented from running muddy at the initial running stage.
The drainage and seepage layer 3 is laid in the warehouse 7, and the water collecting pipe 4 is buried in the drainage and seepage layer 3 and laid parallel to the axis of the main dam body.
The draft tube 5 runs through the bottom of the main dam body 1 and the bottom of the impermeable pile body 2, one end of the draft tube 5 extends into the reservoir 7 and is connected with the water collecting pipe 4, the other end of the draft tube 5 extends out of the reservoir 8 to communicate the reservoir 7 with the reservoir 8, the draft tube 5 can be used for draining and permeating water in the tailing reservoir, water in the tailing reservoir can be drained out of the tailing reservoir from the draft tube 5, in some examples, a drain valve 6 is arranged at one end, located outside the reservoir 8, of the draft tube 5, and the drain valve 6 is used for controlling on-off of the permeating water from the reservoir 7 to the reservoir 8.
When the initial dam is constructed, the guide pipe 5 can be used for discharging water in the reservoir 7, damming is facilitated, the arrangement of the impermeable pile body 2 can prevent the tailing reservoir from 'running muddy' in the initial stage, the water collecting pipe 4 can be connected with the guide pipe 5 after the initial dam has a water storage condition, and the guide pipe 5 is matched with the seepage drainage layer 3 and the water collecting pipe 4 and can be used for draining seepage in the tailing reservoir and discharging seepage out of the tailing reservoir. In some embodiments, the drainage layer 3 is filled with thick coarse sand, and the drainage layer 3 is convenient to lay and low in cost.
In some examples, the thickness of the drainage layer 3 is T, which satisfies: a drainage layer 3 of this thickness is effective when L is 50 cm. ltoreq.L.ltoreq.200 cm, for example T.ltoreq.100 cm.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 2, a cut-off dam 9 may be built outside the reservoir 8 of the initial dam 100, and the seeping water may be collected by the cut-off dam 9 after being discharged from the draft tube 5 to the outside of the reservoir 8, so as to be treated.
According to the initial dam 100 provided by the invention, the main dam body 1, the impermeable pile body 2, the seepage drainage layer 3, the water collecting pipe 4 and the draft tube 5 are arranged, so that the initial dam 100 can prevent muddy running, and the initial dam 100 can provide a long-term effective reservoir bottom seepage drainage system for a tailings reservoir.
Some embodiments of an incipient dam 100 according to the invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, there are a plurality of draft tubes 5, the draft tubes 5 are arranged at intervals, the arrangement of the draft tubes 5 can enhance the water seepage drainage capability of the initial dam 100, and the number of the draft tubes 5 can be determined according to the drainage and drainage radial flow in the tailing pond.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the initial dam 100 further includes a water collecting pipe 4, the water collecting pipe 4 extends along the interval of the plurality of flow guiding pipes 5, and the water collecting pipe 4 is communicated with the plurality of flow guiding pipes 5, and the water collecting pipe 4 is used for collecting the seepage water and guiding the seepage water to the plurality of flow guiding pipes 5, so as to enhance the seepage drainage capability of the initial dam 100.
In some embodiments, the water collecting pipe 4 is a strainer with a plurality of water inlets distributed on the pipe wall, so that the water inlets of the water collecting pipe 4 are more, the water seepage effect is better, and the water collecting pipe 4 can prevent tailings and small stones from entering the water inlet pipe, thereby preventing the water collecting pipe 4 or the flow guiding pipe 5 from being blocked.
In some embodiments, the outside of the water collecting pipe 4 is wrapped with a layer of geotextile, and the geotextile can be used for filtering and seeping water, so as to further prevent small stones or tailings from entering the water collecting pipe 4.
In some embodiments, the water collecting pipe 4 and the draft tube 5 are both made of high density polyethylene material, and the wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance of the water collecting pipe 4 and the draft tube 5 are better; the chemical stability is good, and the drainage reliability of the tailing dam 100 is further improved.
In some embodiments, the dam body 1 is filled with rockfill, and the watertight pile body 2 is filled with fine-grained soil, so that the dam body 1 and the watertight pile body 2 are constructed at low cost, and the construction method is simple and has good seismic performance.
A construction process of the initial dam 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
One stream passes through a dam site area at one side of an initial dam 100 to be built, three guide pipes are buried under the initial dam 100 (namely under a main dam body 1 and a watertight pile body 2) before construction, a drain valve 6 is arranged at one end of each guide pipe 5, which is positioned outside a reservoir 8, and the drain valve 6 is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of seepage water from the reservoir 7 to the reservoir outside the reservoir 8.
Coarse sand with the thickness of 100cm is arranged in the range of 100 meters in an initial warehouse 7 to serve as a drainage layer 3, a water filter pipe with a plurality of water inlet holes is buried below the drainage layer 3 to serve as a water collecting pipe 4, and a layer of geotextile is wrapped outside the water collecting pipe 4 to prevent impurities such as tailings, small stones and the like from entering the water collecting pipe 4. The water collecting pipe 4 is connected with the guide pipe 5 which is embedded previously, and can discharge the seepage water into the collecting pool of the interception dam 9 under the dam.
The slope of the outer side slope in the initial dam is 1: 2, the ratio of the width of the side slope of the initial dam 100 to the height of the side slope of the tailing dam 100 is 1/2, the initial dam 100 is filled by two parts, namely a main dam body 1 and a watertight pile 2, the main dam body 1 is filled by rockfill, and the lower part of the main dam body 1 of the reservoir 7 is filled by fine-grained soil to form the watertight pile 2.
Therefore, the diversion and drainage of the initial dam 100 according to the invention can share the diversion pipe 5, the water collection pipe 4 and the like, so that two sets of systems are avoided being independently built, the engineering investment is saved, muddy running can be effectively prevented at the initial running stage of the tailing pond, the initial dam 100 can also provide a long-term effective bottom drainage system of the tailing pond, and the water seepage amount can be adjusted and controlled.

Claims (9)
1. An initial dam of an upstream damming tailings pond, comprising:
the two sides of the main dam body are respectively inside and outside the reservoir;
a watertight stack within the garage and below the main dam;
the seepage drainage layer is laid in the warehouse;
the water collecting pipe is wrapped in the seepage drainage layer and laid in parallel with the axis of the main dam body;
and the flow guide pipe penetrates through the bottoms of the main dam body and the impermeable pile body, one end of the flow guide pipe extends into the warehouse and is connected with the water filtering pipe, and the other end of the flow guide pipe extends out of the warehouse and is communicated with the inside of the warehouse and the outside of the warehouse.
2. The initial dam of an upstream damming tailings pond of claim 1 wherein the drainage layer is filled with coarse sand.
3. The initial dam of the upstream method dam tailing pond according to claim 1, wherein the water collecting pipe is buried in the drainage layer, and the water collecting pipe is laid parallel to the axis of the main dam body.
4. The initial dam of the upstream damming tailings pond according to claim 3, wherein the water collecting pipe is a strainer with a plurality of water inlets distributed on the pipe wall.
5. The initial dam of the upstream dammed tailing pond according to claim 3, wherein the outside of the water collecting pipe is wrapped with a layer of geotextile.
6. The initial dam of the upstream normal dam tailing pond of claim 1, wherein the flow guide pipe is provided in plurality, the flow guide pipes are arranged at intervals, and the flow guide pipe is communicated with the water collecting pipe.
7. The initial dam of the upstream damming tailings pond of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the draft tube and the header tube are both made of a high density polyethylene material.
8. The initial dam of the tailings pond with upstream method damming according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the main dam body is filled with rockfill, and the watertight pile body is filled with fine-grained soil.
9. The initial dam of the upstream dam tailings pond according to claim 8, wherein the thickness of the drainage layer is T, and T satisfies: t is more than or equal to 50cm and less than or equal to 200 cm.
