Abstract
本发明涉及一种设置于车辆座椅椅背的可调节位置的颈椎支撑装置,根据驾驶员的身体特性,在座椅椅背上通过位置调节来支撑后方侧颈椎,从而与驾驶员的身体特性相对应地纠正驾驶姿势,从而能够减少疲劳。本发明包括着座部、椅背、头枕和颈椎支撑部件,颈椎支撑部件位于椅背的上端部及前端部侧开放的设置空间部;颈椎支撑部件的后方固定有设置板,设置板的后方隔开设置左螺旋及右螺旋,左螺旋及右螺旋上分别设置有移动螺母,距离调节杆分别连接于移动螺母,并以交叉的形式与设置板后方两侧铰链部相连接,左螺旋及右螺旋利用马达进行旋转;马达侧部设置有竖直设置板,竖直设置板下部设置有底部设置台,在底部设置台的下部连接设置有与气缸相连接的杆。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种设置于车辆座椅椅背的可调节位置的颈椎支撑装置,更加详细地,涉及一种设置于车辆座椅椅背的可调节位置的颈椎支撑装置,根据每个车辆驾驶员的身体特性,在车辆座椅椅背上通过位置调节来支撑后方侧颈椎(颈骨),从而与驾驶员的身体特性相对应地纠正驾驶姿势,可持续保持稳定的驾驶姿势,从而能够减少疲劳。
背景技术
通常,车辆座椅构成为在有限的空间和重量的范围内能够安全、舒适地支撑乘客。根据配置,所述座椅分为驾驶座、副驾驶座、后座。此外,根据形状,座椅分为长椅子形态的长条座椅和可分别分离的独立式座椅(SEPARATE SEAT)。
这种汽车的座椅由用于支撑坐着的人的臀部的座垫和用于支撑后背的背板构成。
如果驾驶员将身体依靠在这种车辆的座椅的状态下驾驶,则通常是驾驶员的颈椎部下侧的腰椎部分贴在椅背侧的状态下驾驶,但是越往作为其上部的胸椎或者颈椎部分上面越与椅背部隔开的状态下驾驶。尤其,初学者的驾驶员的情况,这种情况更严重。
因如此错误的驾驶姿势而容易诱发驾驶员的疲劳,受疲劳感困扰的驾驶员,其瞬间判断变迟钝或者模糊,从而存在很大可能诱发大型事故的问题。

由此,本发明为了解决如上所述的所有问题而集中关注设置于车辆座椅椅背的可调节位置的颈椎支撑装置,根据每个车辆驾驶员的身体特性,在车辆座椅椅背上通过位置调节来支撑后方侧颈椎(颈骨),从而与驾驶员的身体特性相对应地纠正驾驶姿势,可持续保持稳定的驾驶姿势,从而能够减少疲劳。
本发明在将颈椎支撑装置构成于设置有着座部10、椅背20、头枕30的车辆座椅椅背时,特征在于,包括:颈椎支撑部件50,其位于向所述椅背20的上端部及前端部侧开放的设置空间部92,从而支撑驾驶员的颈椎;前后方距离调节部60,其在所述颈椎支撑部件50的后方紧贴固定有设置板68,与所述设置板68的后方相隔开的左螺旋61及右螺旋62位于前后方距离调节部60,在所述左螺旋61及右螺旋62上分别以可移动的形式设置有移动螺母63、64,将距离调节杆74分别连接于所述移动螺母63、64,以与设置于所述设置板68后方的两侧铰链部76交叉的形式连接,并以中心销72为基准进行旋转,所述左螺旋61及右螺旋62利用马达67进行旋转,通过利用所述马达67进行的左螺旋61及右螺旋62的旋转来使得距离调节杆74交叉旋转,同时使得颈椎支撑部件50前后方移动;上下距离调节部80,其以支撑所述马达67侧部的形式设置有竖直设置板81,以支撑所述竖直设置板81下部侧的形式设置有底部设置台83,在底部设置台83的下部连接设置有与气缸87相连接的杆85,以便使得所述底部设置台83升降,从而通过所述气缸87的操作使得颈椎支撑部件50上下移动。
此外,特征在于,板形态的竖直前方盖52形成于颈椎支撑部件50的下端部前方侧,颈椎支撑部件50利用所述前后方距离调节部60在椅背20上向前后方进行距离调节,与所述竖直前方盖52的后方侧相隔开地形成有板形态的竖直后方盖54,向所述椅背20的前方上部侧竖直延长的前方支撑板21插入于竖直前方盖52及竖直后方盖54之间,从而构成为通过所述竖直前方盖52及竖直后方盖54的前后方移动而使得前方支撑板21紧贴于竖直前方盖52及竖直后方盖54的两内侧面的同时,限制颈椎支撑部件50的前后方移动。
此外,特征在于,颈椎支撑部件50的上端部后方侧安放于下部移动限制板25上,从而构成为限制颈椎支撑部件50的向下移动,颈椎支撑部件50利用所述上下距离调节部80在椅背20上向上下进行距离调节,下部移动限制板25水平形成于向所述椅背20的后方上部侧竖直延长的后方支撑板23的内侧。
此外,特征在于,所述颈椎支撑部件50的上端部后方侧构成为安放支撑于安放槽部24,安放槽部24凹入形成于向所述椅背20的后方上部侧竖直延长的后方支撑板23的上部侧。
此外,特征在于,在所述颈椎支撑部件50的内部设置有加热装置及振动装置中任意一个以上。
根据如上所述的本发明,根据每个车辆驾驶员的身体特性,在车辆座椅椅背上通过位置调节来支撑后方侧颈椎(颈骨),从而与驾驶员的身体特性相对应地纠正驾驶姿势,可持续保持稳定的驾驶姿势,从而能够减少疲劳。

首先,如图1所示,本发明的颈椎支撑装置构成于设置有着座部10、椅背20、头枕30的车辆座椅椅背,如图2所示,用于实现所述构成的所述颈椎支撑部件50构成为位于向所述椅背20的上端部及前端部侧开放的设置空间部92,从而支撑驾驶员的颈椎。
所述颈椎支撑部件50作为用于在椅背20上支撑驾驶员的后方侧颈椎(颈骨)从而纠正驾驶姿势并可持续保持稳定的驾驶姿势的装置,除所述功能之外,虽然图中未示出,但是在颈椎支撑部件50的内部设置有加热装置及振动装置中任意一个以上,从而当驾驶员在车辆休息时可实施热敷或者按摩功能。
所述颈椎支撑部件50设置有前后方距离调节部60及上下距离调节部80,首先,为了构成所述前后方距离调节部60,如图3及图4所示,在颈椎支撑部件50的后方紧贴固定有设置板68,与所述设置板68的后方相隔开的左螺旋61及右螺旋62位于前后方距离调节部60,在所述左螺旋61及右螺旋62上分别以可移动的形式设置有移动螺母63、64。
并且,将距离调节杆74分别连接于所述移动螺母63、64,并以交叉的形式与设置于所述设置板68后方的两侧铰链部76相连接,以中心销72为基准进行旋转,所述左螺旋61及右螺旋62利用马达67进行旋转。
由于如上所述的构成,如图3及图4的(b)所示,通过利用所述马达67进行的左螺旋61及右螺旋62的旋转来使得距离调节杆74交叉旋转的同时,使得颈椎支撑部件50向前后方移动。
此时,作为实施例,如图4所示,板形态的竖直前方盖52形成于颈椎支撑部件50的下端部前方侧,颈椎支撑部件50利用所述前后方距离调节部60在椅背20上向前后方进行距离调节,与所述竖直前方盖52的后方侧相隔开地形成有板形态的竖直后方盖54,向所述椅背20的前方上部侧竖直延长的前方支撑板21插入于竖直前方盖52及竖直后方盖54之间,从而可构成为通过所述竖直前方盖52及竖直后方盖54的前后方移动而使得前方支撑板21紧贴于竖直前方盖52及竖直后方盖54的两内侧面的同时,限制颈椎支撑部件50的前后方移动。
并且,为了构成所述上下距离调节部80,如图5所示,以支撑所述马达67侧部的形式设置有竖直设置板81,以支撑所述竖直设置板81下部侧的形式设置有底部设置台83,在底部设置台83的下部连接设置有与气缸87相连接的杆85,以便使得所述底部设置台83升降,从而构成为通过所述气缸87的操作使得颈椎支撑部件50上下移动。
由于如上所述的构成,如图5(b)所示,通过气缸87的操作使得与杆85相连接的底部设置台83及竖直设置板81升降移动,同时使得颈椎支撑部件50上下移动。
此时,作为实施例,如图5所示,颈椎支撑部件50的上端部后方侧安放于下部移动限制板25上,从而可构成为限制颈椎支撑部件50的向下移动,颈椎支撑部件50利用所述上下距离调节部80在椅背20上向上下进行距离调节,下部移动限制板25水平形成于向所述椅背20的后方上部侧竖直延长的后方支撑板23的内侧。
所述下部移动限制板25不仅执行限制颈椎支撑部件50的向下移动的功能,如图4的(b)所示,还同时执行如下功能:当颈椎支撑部件50利用前后方距离调节部60向前后方移动时,可支撑颈椎支撑部件50的后方的同时仅滑行移动。
另外,如图4及图5所示,如果所述颈椎支撑部件50的上端部后方侧构成为安放于安放槽部24,则可确保颈椎支撑部件50的稳定的支撑力,安放槽部24凹入形成于向椅背20的后方上部侧竖直延长的后方支撑板23的上部侧。
根据如上所述的本发明,根据每个车辆驾驶员的身体特性,在车辆座椅椅背上通过位置调节来支撑后方侧颈椎(颈骨),从而与驾驶员的身体特性相对应地纠正驾驶姿势,可持续保持稳定的驾驶姿势,从而能够减少疲劳。
在上面说明的本发明并非受前述的实施例及附图的限定,在不脱离本发明的技术思想的范围内,可进行各种置换、变形及变更,这对于本发明所属的技术领域中具有通常知识的技术人员来说是显而易见的。
Claims (4)
1.一种设置于车辆座椅椅背的可调节位置的颈椎支撑装置,将颈椎支撑装置构成于设置有着座部(10)、椅背(20)、头枕(30)的车辆座椅椅背,其特征在于,包括:
颈椎支撑部件(50),其位于向所述椅背(20)的上端部及前端部侧开放的设置空间部(92),从而支撑驾驶员的颈椎;
前后方距离调节部(60),其在所述颈椎支撑部件(50)的后方紧贴固定有设置板(68),与所述设置板(68)的后方相隔开的左螺旋(61)及右螺旋(62)位于前后方距离调节部(60),在所述左螺旋(61)及右螺旋(62)上分别以可移动的形式设置有移动螺母(63、64),将距离调节杆(74)分别连接于所述移动螺母(63、64),并以交叉的形式与设置于所述设置板(68)后方的两侧铰链部(76)相连接,以中心销(72)为基准进行旋转,所述左螺旋(61)及右螺旋(62)利用马达(67)进行旋转,通过利用所述马达(67)进行的左螺旋(61)及右螺旋(62)的旋转来使得距离调节杆(74)交叉旋转,同时使得颈椎支撑部件(50)前后方移动;
上下距离调节部(80),其以支撑所述马达(67)侧部的形式设置有竖直设置板(81),以支撑所述竖直设置板(81)下部侧的形式设置有底部设置台(83),在底部设置台(83)的下部连接设置有与气缸(87)相连接的杆(85),以便使得所述底部设置台(83)升降,从而通过所述气缸(87)的操作使得颈椎支撑部件(50)上下移动;
板形态的竖直前方盖(52)形成于利用所述前后方距离调节部60在椅背(20)上向前后方进行距离调节的颈椎支撑部件(50)的下端部前方侧,与所述竖直前方盖(52)的后方侧相隔开地形成有板形态的竖直后方盖(54),向所述椅背(20)的前方上部侧竖直延长的前方支撑板(21)插入于竖直前方盖(52)及竖直后方盖(54)之间,从而构成为通过所述竖直前方盖(52)及竖直后方盖(54)的前后方移动而使得前方支撑板(21)紧贴于竖直前方盖(52)及竖直后方盖(54)的两内侧面的同时,限制颈椎支撑部件(50)的前后方移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设置于车辆座椅椅背的可调节位置的颈椎支撑装置,其特征在于,
颈椎支撑部件(50)的上端部后方侧安放于下部移动限制板(25)上,从而构成为限制颈椎支撑部件(50)的向下移动,颈椎支撑部件(50)利用所述上下距离调节部(80)在椅背(20)上向上下进行距离调节,下部移动限制板(25)水平形成于向所述椅背(20)的后方上部侧竖直延长的后方支撑板(23)的内侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设置于车辆座椅椅背的可调节位置的颈椎支撑装置,其特征在于,
所述颈椎支撑部件(50)的上端部后方侧构成为安放支撑于安放槽部(24),安放槽部(24)凹入形成于向所述椅背(20)的后方上部侧竖直延长的后方支撑板(23)的上部侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设置于车辆座椅椅背的可调节位置的颈椎支撑装置,其特征在于,
在所述颈椎支撑部件(50)的内部设置有加热装置及振动装置中任意一个以上。
